"The Pan Pacifica hotel in Beijing was a delight to stay at! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially for those of us Americans who seem lost in new countries. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide array of food. The rooms were large with plenty of amenities."

"La estadia muy agradable. Excelente ubicación y ambientel del hotel."

"직원분들이 친철하고, 주변이 조용해서 좋음"

"The staffs are the most friendly group I have ever met. They are extremely nice and responsive. No need to mention how unique the hotel. Its character and location are superb."

"Clean room and friendly staff "

"Cama confortável"

"Very nice facility with spacious room, hotel staff are excellent, and the breakfast is awesome! "

"Spent one night here before departing from Beijing West Railway station the next day. Its about 15-20 minute walk from the station, I don't think the directions on Expedia are accurate it's not in the North Square which is where their directions took me. Go by the physical address to find the hotel. Otherwise the hotel itself is fine. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are smaller but clean and quiet. I would stay here again for sure."

"Atendimento bom e quarto confortável "

"Quarto limpo, localização conveniente e excelente café da manhã. "

"Ótima hospedagem e excelente suporte da recepção. A equipe é bastante atenciosa mesmo para aqueles que não falam chinês. Me auxiliaram em serviços de cambio, transporte, lavagem de roupas, fazendo eu me sentir muito bem apoiado. O hotel fica a curta distância de uma estação de metro, ao lado de varias lojas de conveniência e alguns restaurantes"

"Very nice service "

"Buena ubicación "

"Très bien, très bon rapport qualité prix"

"Welcoming and spacious hotel which exceeded expectations. The front desk and cleaning personnel were friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Water was given to us every day. There are nice amenities the room. Buffet breakfast has nice variety."

"The room was good enough for me, all i needed for a solo traveller. No english speaking on reveption tho so need the translator. Not too much within walking distance so good job taxi's are reasonably priced. To be fair everything in beijing is quite far from one another"

"値段の割には部屋が狭く、古い。相対的に価格が高く感じる。場所も不便。"

"직원들은 친절했고 시설도 무난했습니다. 베이징 내 갈곳들도 택시 타고 가기 무난합니다."
