"The room is ok clean, we could see dust/rain on the carpet area of the room. We got to the property at 9am to leave at 1am as we had a super early flight and it was a HUGE FIGHT to be able to get an earlier check-in as we would also leave super early the following day. The hotel is at a nice neighborhood, close to down town, easy to move around and nice looking. The shower would have just mild-cold water. at 10pm, it was not worth even trying to reach the front desk, something you can only do by whatsapp."

"My experience was very good. The hotel is charming, clean, and well organized. The staff are polite and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed. It was the perfect choice right after my hike to Acatenango Volcano. That said, I would like to share a small observation regarding guest experience. I arrived at the hotel on the same day I descended from the volcano and I looked a bit rough after the hike. I wasn' treated poorly, but I did notice a few judging looks from some staff members. I couldn’t help but notice the difference, especially since the interaction felt more relaxed once I had cleaned up and looked more “put together”. It’s just something to keep in mind: many guests arrive after outdoor activities or long travel days, and their appearance at that moment may not reflect who they are or the type of experience they're seeking at the hotel. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. My massage at the spa with Olga was incredible, and the spa staff was attentive and caring. The service at the restaurant was also wonderful; Mariana and Samuel deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. The staff who assisted with luggage were very helpful and polite as well. The laundry service was excellent. Breakfas was good, with both local options and more standard Western-style hotel choices. Overall, it is an excellent hotel with service to match. I highly recommend it."
