"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the kitchen were so friendly and helpful as well. The room was very clean and fit my needs perfectly. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town. I really enjoyed my stay and am so thankful for all of the hard work from the staff there. Thank you so much!"

"perfect location right next to Akita station with convenient parking and very reasonable parking rate. The beds were super comfortable. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was delicious. Both room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the number 1 hotel to stay for Akita!!! Lots of shopping and restaurants right next to the hotel. So convenient and perfect."

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind"

"Our room was more spacious than many of the hotels that we’ve stayed at in Japan. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great!"
