"All the experience was amazing since the beginning. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast had such a variety of otens that are so delicious and made with care that we feel the love and passion people dedicate to theirs guests. The room was by far one of the most comfortable ones I've been to. High quality of bed mattress, lots of pillows and different sizes. Extra towels, room service and everything you can need the staff will do their best. If I ever come back to Da Lat I would stay at the same place again."
