To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff. I’m very disappointed — especially considering this is a hotel from the Hilton chain. You can probably find much better places on the island for the same price or even less. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."
