"Lovely hotel very clean though out staff very polite only down side a little out the way. 10 minute way to tram stop then 20 minutes to dusseldorf station or 20 euro in a taxi "

"Ontvangst was hartelijk. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie kamer. Ligging van het hotel t.o.v. Neuss perfect. Openbaar vervoer naar Düsseldorf voor de deur. Alles prima in orde."

"Kamer goed.

"The staff are excellent and friendly. The hotel is 10 min walk from restaurants and shops. 5 min from a beautiful green park"

"Location seems quiet but only a 10 minute walk to Norf station and then direct to Dusseldorf or Cologne in 30 mins. Clean hotel and quiet too. "

"What you is is what you get is not the situation with this hotel. judging on the pictures that where shown 1 expected a good room with mice white sheets and a good experience. I payed for breakfast but they did not supply any. i could go to the bar of another hotel at 07:00 to get it. But that was no option as the work starts earlier. I did not have a good experience. Hotel is situated in the city...
