"Anna went out of her way to provide excellent service. Our room was clean, comfortable and had fantastic views. We needed to drop our luggage off early, since our dives were moved up by a local scuba shop and she was super helpful and allowed us to drop them off prior to check in. Not only that, but she told us the shortcut to the dive shop, so that we could get to the shop faster. She recommended and even made a reservation at a local restaurant and secured us a taxi for our next day early...

"As a hotel, it is a lovely place to stay however, it is far from the centre of Napoli, you cannot get taxis easily (wait for a few hours and cost €100). Buses stop running around 6pm. Supermarket nearby and a couple of restaurants but not much else accessible without a vehicle. Staff are friendly, limited English, breakfast is good, but again limited. Room is clean, and comfortable, air conditioning is amazing and shower is lovely. "

"Kristian, the host, greeted me warmly as I was walking up the alley. He quickly grabbed my bag (which was very heavy) and proceeded to walk me to my room. He then led me upstairs to their rooftop patio and pulled out a paper tourist map and showed me all the sights and transportation options. "I felt at perfect peace, could come here for a meditation retreat. October was perfect timing, nice weather and lesser crowds. Very confusing upon arrival, luckily harbor office is next door and helped me call the owner. After that everything was smooth and easy. Loved the roof deck too. I would definitely come back. "
