"It was an amazing place to stay. The people are so welcoming and friendly and will do anything to make sure you have a great stay. Super cool place too with great access to transportation and nice parking options. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future. "

"Great first experience at the Gem. Great location for Ryan Field. Nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. Beautiful lobby and setting in back especially."

"The hotel is in a nice location to downtown Evanston, the staffs are friendly, the room is big, but the bed is a little soft to sleep in."

"Our family stayed here for the weekend and would highly recommend. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff who always had a smile on their face. The entire hotel was immaculate clean. The actual room was spacious and was ready for us, even upon our early arrival. The weather wasn’t the greatest but the pool and hot tub were very nice. We went to the city a few times during our stay and Lyfts were very affordable. I would recommend 10/10!"
