"Yeni bir otel , konumu iyi . Avm’lerede yakın. Maltepe bölgesi için tercih edilebilir. "

"Its a nice and clean hotel but stuck between road and buildings, overlooking a construction. Friendly personale. Breakfast is fine but they need to make better black tea. It has no taste! "

"Konumu cok guzel bir hotel. Temizlik ve hizmet kalitesi acisindan memnun edici. Maltepe bolgesindeki en iyi suit otellerden biri. Tavsiye ederim."

"Ortalama duzeyde, ama havaalanı transfer noktasi icin ideal.

"The room has a good view from the window and from the balcony to the sea. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. It was generally quiet and we felt safe. The pool and the area around it is nice. The tradeoff being that we were a little far from the train. And the train ride into the city is about 10 miles. "

"Basic hotel near Istanbul coastal side. Good parking slot at hotel premises, breakfast of good quality with personnel always ready to help. Quite heavy smoking smell in the room and common areas, I guess it's unfortunately typical for Istanbul. Recommended as a Basic accomodation if you don't need to visit the city centre. As a plus, room had a nice small terrace."

"Çok iyidi calışanları temizdi rahattı sesiz begendim "

"Odalar geniş ve temiz. Ayrıca sarı"

"Nette hotel. Top locatie. Openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar "

"This is a good hotel located at the Maltepe beach. Near from Marmaray MRT station. Parking is easy. Staff is friendly."

"We were welcomed by a staff member named Ömer. He was extremely professional. He walked us through the rules and the room. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There's also parking in the yard. In short, it's a wonderful place, especially for staying with family. The location is close to both the airport and several malls, among other things. This team deserves nothing but gratitude."
