"We had a lovely stay at Mercure Liverpool. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall experience was relaxed and enjoyable. A great option for a stay in Liverpool."

"We picked an accessible room as my partner uses a walking frame when out and about. The room was clean and comfortable, but quite cold on the first night we were there - it needed warming up with the air-con. The bed was comfortable but could have benefitted from an electric blanket. The staff were very helpful and assisted with a couple of problems I had. It was overall a pleasant stay."
