"We enjoyed our stay. Every thing was good"

"Great location and lovely apartment close to the sea front, the lido and restaurants."

"The location was excellent, loads of history, the development of the site and apartment are to a high standard and there are plenty of good restaurants. Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location."

"We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. "

"Wanted somewhere close to the theatre for a night. This met the bill. Great nights sleep, lovely breakfast, lovely staff."

"Beautiful room, spacious sleeping and bathroom amenities. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Theatre trip, ideal location and great staff"

"Appartement en sous sol Très bruyant à un carrefour très passant Simple vitrage Il nous manquait les draps du canapé Nous les avons demandé mais jamais reçu "

"Room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the barbican. The top floor restaurant has the best view with a wonderful afternoon tea service."

"Great location, clean room, good service and good price."

"Excellent front of house team, room very clean and comfortable. Thanks for making my stay a good one! ☺️"

"Good location but a bit dated"

"Fun location in the heart of the Barbican. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Three large double bedrooms. Loved the spacious top floor with terrace"

"Nice friendly staff inside the centre of plymouth"

"Lovely clean and tidy room. Dan communicated everything to me perfectly. Lovely cup of tea in my room in the morning followed by a great breakfast in the dining room. The lady serving breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Sorry I didn't get her name. There was a good choice at breakfast too. I would not hesitate to book here again when I return to Plymouth."

"Owners communicate very well. Important to note that the kitchen is shared."

"Great location on The Hoe and fantastic to be able to park right outside. The studio is pleasant enough but feels soulless. There was no rug on the floor and it seems spartan. I moved the sofa a little which helped. Bathroom tiny but manageable. They expect you to take your own rubbish out around the corner and do your washing up. Makes me think I am reliant on the previous guests’ rinsing of cups. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Leaving tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge...

"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth. "

"Clean, comfortable, excellent staff, a joy to have been here over the festive period, so good I stayed an extra 2 nights"

"Excellent location for Horle or Barbican"
