I messaged them days before I arrived to ask how the process of using it works but I got no response. Upon arrival it wasn't possible to start a charge. I called the property phone number for help but wasn't provided with any help from the person who answered, they advised I'd be called back. No call came. I had a 360km drive the day after and planned to leave with a 100% full battery, sadly...
