"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"I thought tha apartment was very well connected to the U-bahn and the S-bahn lines. Despite being close to the S-bahn line and on a street, it turned out to be very quiet at night thanks to the good windows. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets and although it can look a bit dangerous in the evening, I had no problems whatsoever "

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return. "

"New hotel. Locks don't work. I was literally locked out of my room, with no access to my clothes or toothbrush, for 24 hours. When I got inside, I made the mistake of locking my computer in the safe--and couldn't get it out. Was about to miss my flight home when I searched how to open the safe myself (something inside jammed it and made it refuse my entry code) and dashed to the airport. Three sleepless nights (and one grubby day that I had to use yesterdays clothes for a business meeting) out...

"Grimms is a smallish hotel in central Berlin. Whilst it is close to SpittalMarkt Ubahn, this doesn't go directly to the Hauptbahnhof, for which there is a minimum ten minute walk and a change of trains. The room was clean and a reasonable size. I would have liked to have tea/coffee facility in room. Breakfast was mainly cold items; eggs were provided, but boiled were too hard and scrambled seemed a bit rubbery.
