"The pillows are like two flat rocks, hard, flat and small. Shower was real nice and new. Towels were OK. Property is well lit. Property is in need of repair in places, since this spring. It is clean and if you got a pet, they don't chargé Additional pet fee."

"This place was super lovely, very accessible, clean, bright, and comfortable. I would stay here every time I came to Harrisonburg. Highly recommend! Amazing value for the price! "

"We choose this hotel when we visit Harrisonburg based on their price & availability of an EV charger. It works perfectly for us & is close enough to downtown and the wide array of restaurants, etc. that we keep coming back. Great choice."

"Great spot off Rt 81.. Right next to a cracker barrel for a quick bite. Great price."

"Travelling to northern PA. We booked a room 5 minutes from checking in. The TV/channel offerings desperately need to be updated. Otherwise, it was great for an overnight stay."

"Ótimo hotel, com excelente localização. Café da manhã acima da média. "

"Decent place to stay while passing through. No frills, basic. Breakfast was good. Great value option for a family of four touring JMU."

"Great service by all. Loved the place I would stay there again"

"There's a reason we return to this hotel every year on our way to Vermont. I made a total of six reservations for the trip. The manager at Best Western Plus Harrisonburg was the only person to follow up with a special request I listed when making reservations. We weren't able to stay for breakfast this time, but we've enjoyed it in the past. It is a very clean hotel, and we already look forward to staying with them again in 2027."

"The room was clean though it is an old building. The premises are ok but need some more cleaning and maintenance. The staff are extremely friendly. There’s enough parking. The breakfast was very simple (bread, bagels, orange, apple, cereal, yogurt, coffee) along with limited supply of eggs and hamburger sausage. It would be great if the hotel can provide more non vegetarian items for guests considering that most of the people traveling are non vegetarian. More hot meals recommended. The...

"I enjoyed my stay and would book again. The staff was great and the location was fantastic. "

"Traveling to the beach and needed a little stop before getting all the way there. Found the hotel as it was reasonably priced. Wonderfully greeted by staff at check in!!! Clean room and had waffles for the kids to eat at breakfast. Would stay again !!!!"

"The hotel was very quiet. We got good sleep. It was clean. Great place to stay."

"My go to place when traveling thru. The staff(Wendy) really went over and above and was especially gracious.Great Staff and Great place. Will be Back!!!"

"Though the breakfast offerings were a little light, the property and rooms were spotless. The clerk was both efficient and friendly. We were traveling on motorcycles and a storm was expected in the area that night. He offered us a sheltered parking area to keep our bikes out of the weather. Dunkin' nearby as well."

"If your looking for a clean, well maintained hotel around the Stauton, VA area this is a great choice."

"Very clean and location was great. Many businesses nearby. Quiet and safe"

"What a great spot to stay. Not too expensive and they have everything you need. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast and fresh brewed coffee. Even though I have celiac disease I was able to find something to eat. I always bring stuff with me just in case. I did not use the pool or gym but both looked great. I would definitely stay here again."

"Spotless, comfortable room with big window view. Minutes from downtown Staunton. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely be back!"
