"Awesome, friendly and helpful staff! Immaculate premises and tasty breakfast!"

"The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. We travel for medical appointments and this is our favorite hotel to stay in when in Tyler."

"I had a medical procedure with an early start time and we decided to stay in town. This Holiday Inn is a hidden gem. It's comfortable and has a wonderful breakfast. It's on the main Tyler Loop road 323 and quite easy to find. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping nearby too for those staying for a few days."

"Very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!"

"Great front desk staff. Breakfast was great. Been there before and WILL return!!"

"Home 2 had a friendly, helpful staff. We shared a few laughs. The building is new, so everything is in good shape. We really liked the room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for four of us. It has a real refrigerator/freezer, a range top, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glass glasses. The breakfast was better than expected too, with good and unique options. Watch closely on the way in because it's easy to miss the driveway."

"Great stay at this place. No onsite staff, but responsive immediately to our text for a request. Very spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. Highly recommend!"

"My daughter, grandbaby and I loved our stay there. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Those beds though....like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely stay there again next time we stay overnight in Tyler."

"The stay at the hotel was pretty good. Ketana (I can't remember her name) and Katrina were amazing! We did have an issue with the pull out sofa, but it was quickly addressed and the sleeper mattress was changed. The pool was out of order at the time, but everything else open and available. The property sits in a nice pocket and the night stay was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The ladies that checked us in were AMAZING!!!"

"Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lauren, our bartender was super!!!l Love the walkability to restaurants. Breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options."

"I’m not sure how long this place has been opened, but I stayed in one of the handicap accessible rooms for my husband and the blinds could not be put down because they were not hooked up to the battery control remote yet. The next morning when I got up to take a shower, the water pressure was so low the shower head wouldn’t even come on. After trying to do something with it for about 5 min I gave up and just got ready without showering. After I was dressed and ready someone who prepares the...

"This is a great place to stay. It is very clean and the beds are really comfortable."

"Extra large clean room, lots of fresh linens and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful stay even though they looked to be fully booked. Breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing! I return to Tyler several times a year and will definitely stay here again! "

"Excellent location, for my needs. I was traveling back and forth to Lindale and Tyler. Clean and great service!!"

"Staff was very helpful. We stay often and they remembered me. Felt like coming home"

"Will be selecting this place next time we go to tyler thank you for the service "

"Room was clean. Staff was great. The pool looked nice but was out of service and not enough coffee in the morning they ran out fast. Other than that the place is really nice."

"The staff were amazing! Rebecca and Kim went above and beyond for our stay. Not sure what they get paid but it should be doubled. We stayed here due to a medical stay with a family member in the hospital. The hotel was only 3 miles away from the hospital. These two women made us feel comfortable in a very special way with what we were facing. If you want a hotel stay where the staff go above and beyond, you definitely found the right one here. Thank you for everything!"
