"Clean room and friendly staff"

"I have always stayed at this location in Brownsville, It is in the middle of town and close to all venues. It is the best hotel in town."

"Clean environment and extremely friendly staff."

"Very clean room, staff was very good. Comfy beds, which I’m glad because I really needed to rest. The breakfast was ok and good coffee also. I would only gave a 4 star because the entry smell is strong- fumigated smell."

"Excelent shop área."

"A place that looked brand new. Everything was super clean and tidy. The only thing that could have been better were the mattresses. I give them a perfect score. They also had a self-service shop which was great."

"Location was great since I needed to rent a car."

"The kind manager greeted me right away and he went beyond the call of duty to show me room options and explain everything clearly. The room was fine for my overnite stay. I rested well and the location was very convenient for my birding activities in the Brownsville area. No complaints from me."

"Convenient. Great location to all the hot spots."

"Breakfast was awesome! Early check-in was the best!"

"This was my second time staying at the pecan. This is an older motel. but the people are taking great care of the place. It's exceptionally clean for an older motel and well manicured. The outdoors is pretty and well maintained. It's very peaceful and quiet. You cannot get a better deal in Brownsville. If you want to save money or on a budget, I highly recommend this place. It's a nice old motel that is clean, comfortable, and quiet with a nice landscape. and friendly staff. But if you are...

"Una buena opción económica y cerca de las principales tiendas en Brownsville. Fácil acceso y"

"This place should be shut down. Very poor condition, most of it is rotted, owners at this point are putting lipstick on a pig."

"It's right off the interstate, a bit confusing to get to because GPS kept going in circles. It's in a quiet area, rooms were spacious and clean. Had a cute little kitchenette with plates, pans, utensils and all included. Outside is a little pond that has ducks, that was my kids favorite spot. There is a convenient store with in waking distance that has a Mediterranean food truck in the parking lot. Shopping/dining isn't far either. "

"Staff is wonderful! Even gave us suggestions on what to see in Brownsville. "
