"Had a great time there the front desk people were great. The cleaning people were great. We had a good time and will come back again."

"Despite having some renovations going on currently. We were still greeted with grade A service! Most definitely will stay again!"

"We love staying here. Always a good experience. Great staff."

"The room was clean and cozy. Staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious"

"Everything was pretty good. Room keys were off and on working. The 24/7 coffee availability wasn’t working at 5am one morning when I needed it most. The facility was quiet and clean. "

"The staff were great!! The breakfast was very nice and the eating space was large. It was so nice to have a kitchen to prepare small meals in. Would definitely stay there again."

"It was an awesome place in a great location"

"Quiet Hotel. Friendly Staff, good breakfast in the am"

"The place seemed to be updated/remodeled recently. The room we stayed in was the 2QN bed-no smoking. It was a good size and had the microwave and mini fridge. It also had a balcony which was perfect at night. The front desk ladies were awesome. It was a little noisy being that it's in a populated area and close to the light rail, but not too bad. I'd definitely return for another stay."

"The room and property are very clean. The staff is helpful."

"This is an older hotel and it shows. However, its outward appearance belies other accommodating features, such as its affordability, courteous staff, comfortable bed, old but functioning amenities (refrigerator, microwave, stove, television, small bathroom). It is in close proximity to metro and freeways. I would gladly stay here again on another trip to the Phoenix area and use the money I save to spend on dining and entertainment. "Don't judge a book by its cover.""

"The house was very nice."

"Quiet and close to the rail system as well as walking distance from shopping. Hotel is more of an extended stay hotel, staff was friendly and the other customers kept to themselves. "

"I think more people should go it was super good for the price"
