"Very warm welcome, lovely grounds, quiet and clean. Safe parking and less than five minutes to Eurotunnel… "

"Good location for euro tunnel"

"Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough."

"Hayne Barn Estate was lovely, very tucked away. We stayed in Squirrel Lodge and it was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The eco hot tub was great and a lovely addition to our stay but you gave to time it right with your plans to make sure you have 3 hours for it to heat up. "Great location very close to the seafront (we could see the sea from our room) and slightly away from noisier/busier part of Folkestone. 10-min walk to train station. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Very good breakfast (although bread quality could be improved). Overall a great stay - would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Folkestone again."

"Good place to stay overnight before heading to the Euro tunnel with the motorcycle. Parking available for vehicles and parked my motorcycle front of the hotel entrance, all is safe and out of prying eyes."

"Nice place, good service and decent food. Convenient for eurotunnel. "

"It is a lovely Inn outside of Dover. The staff was kind, efficient and helpful. The food was delicious in the resturant. And the bed was super comfortable. We will be back"

"Amazing from start to finish. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed in a great treehouse with balcony overlooking Rhino reserve. We loved the Giraffe experience and our guide Casey was brilliant."

"Ist als Lösung für einen Nacht nahe Dover in Ordnung, die Lage ist schön und praktisch. Ansonsten müsste da wieder einmal etwas investiert werden."

"Hotel good. Town good. Staff good."

"Perfect place to stop over prior to ferry or Chunnel crossing. Not too far to walk into town although it’s uphill all the way back. Friendly staff and very welcoming."

"Great staff. Perfect for a night before catching le shuttle to France."

"Great budget hotel for events at the Leas Cliff Hall. Adjacent to the Skuba bar. Friendly and helpful staff."

"For an overnight stay, excellent for the price, parking included. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked acceptable. Tea and coffee provided in the room. A pleasant welcome and I was allowed access to the bedroom early afternoon. The bed and bedding made for a good nights sleep. Superbly placed on the cliff top and walking distance from the town."

"Lovely stay away for NY a 6 min walk into town parking onsite but could be tight if you have a big car very clean and comfortable "

"Basic but clean. Great location. Great staff."
