"Quite and very comfortable hotel in the Castelli Romani area. The structure has free private parking and an amazing garden. The staff is friendly and always available. Our suite was spacious and quiet perfect for everyone is looking for a practical and relaxed stay."

" A Great Boutique Hotel in a true Roman Neighborhood! Place has Tons of Character! Area is very old going back to Roman times! There is parking across the street. Our room was very clean, & again, a lot of old world character! Restaurant onsite is also very good! We were able to get a train downtown from the Frascoti Station. "

"Ottima struttura, servizi eccellenti."

"Location good near the ciampino airport... Staff very helpful and friendly I have complain about the mattress and towels need to be charged years ago. "

"Had an amazing stay with my daughter. Wanted a place outside Rome to chill and see Castel Gandolfo and this was perfect . Alexio ( the lady ) sorry I misspell the name and Leornado were just perfect , helpful and kind . Even all the other staff we met during our stay including the restaurant girls during breakfast. Thank you ."

"Great place and nice staff very helpful"

"A brief stopover on the way from and back to Rome Ciampino airport. Literally 5 mins away. Lovely host and very sweet little B&B. "

"Eccezionale, bellissima struttura in zona Ciampjno. Consigliatissima"

"Vista spettacolare sul lago. Prima colazione servita ma super."

"First and foremost, Mimo is the most attentive and gracious hosts. He gave us awesome recommendations of places to eat in the neighborhood that were absolutely delicious. The neighborhood is safe and absolutely beautiful! The parking can be a little hectic but we made it work. We made alot of new friends and cannot wait until we can go back to see Mimo and friends. Grazie again Mimo! "

"Very convenient to train metro and airport"

"Great little find and fabulous location. Nice views and next door to the Popes summer home. Very easy 5 min walk to train and straight into Rome in 35 mins. "
