"Starting with the terrace/outdoor area, which, in addition to having unavailable chairs and no service even on sunny days (see attached photos), looked more like a place under renovation, with materials piled up.
The jacuzzi? Broken, without any prior notice. The spa area also had poor infrastructure.
The hotel also uses cheap and ugly flooring and tiles in its finishes, which do not match its supposedly superior category. The bathroom floors and tiles, for example, are of a very low standard.
The bathroom lighting also showed no concern for visual comfort, as it was bright white, lacking any elegance, as if it were in a kitchen.
The breakfast also does not match the standard advertised by the hotel, as apart from the à la carte dishes, it had few options and was served in a dark and cramped place.
To top it all off, I went through a very embarrassing situation with the receptionist Patrick. One night, upon arriving at the hotel with my cousin, who wanted to see it because of its reputation, we were inappropriately approached by Patrick, who, in a discourteous manner and in front of other people, questioned us about whether my cousin would be sleeping in the room, which was not the case. We were embarrassed and felt humiliated.
This is neither polite nor professional conduct on the part of the hotel. If a guest breaks any rules, they should be properly reprimanded and pay for it, but never treated as if in a police raid."
"Tive uma ótima estadia no Citybox Tallinn! O hotel tem uma localização excelente, a cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada da Cidade Velha. Foi muito prático para mim, que cheguei de FlixBus vindo de Riga, Letônia, pelo Terminal D, de onde também peguei o ferry para Helsinque. O atendimento da equipe foi excelente.
Pontos importantes para quem planeja se hospedar: o hotel utiliza um sistema eficiente de self-check-in, e os quartos não possuem frigobar nem TV. Há um espaço comum muito útil para esquentar refeições. Por fim, o serviço de lavanderia self-service está disponível por 10 euros para lavar e mais 10 euros para secar."
