O Hotel é confortável, meu quarto havia sido reformado há pouco tempo, o staff é educado e fala inglês. Chuveiro excelente, cama confortável e internet rápida no quarto de graça. A localização do hotel é simplesmente privilegiada, a 10 min da Torre Eiffel e com 3 bons restaurantes a menos de 50m, em frente a uma estação de aluguel de bicicletas (Velib), e a 10 min do metrô. Tenho três observações: 1) devido a reforma havia um cheiro de tinta nas portas, nada demais, 2) café da manhã é pago (9 euros por pessoa e por dia) e 3) o elevador estava quebrado durante toda a minha estadia e os funcionários não me ajudaram com as malas.

Está situado próximo (entre) duas estações do Metro (Rome ao norte e Europe ao sul). Não é distante da Estação de Shutle (onibus para aeroportos) de Porte Maillot. O hotel efetivamente corresponde ao que é anunciado no site Hotels.com. Muito agradável e aconchegante. Contudo o ponto alto para nós foi o atendimento quase personalizado na recepção. A Laure, recepcionista do hotel, se desdobra em atenção ao hospede, prestativa em informações e orientações, inclusive se esforçando por falar e se fazer entender em Português. Recomendamos e voltaremos.

tivemos uma muito boa estadia no hotel. Eh bem localizado, bem conservado, com uma equipe atenciosa. Estar no quartier latin, eh muito bom, com bares, pubs e cinemas a sua volta. Quando voltar a Paris, ficarei neste hotel.

Localização excelente, apenas 1 min. da estação de metro Vavin, em Paris, o importante é estar perto de uma estação, pois o sistema de metro é muito eficiente - rápido e fácil. A cama era confortável, mas o banheiro muito pequeno, uma pessoa mais gordinha não caberia dentro do box com a cortina fechada. O café da manhã não estava incluso e era caro, mas ao lado do hotel há 1 mercadinho onde dá para comprar as coisas e guardar no frigobar tranquilamente.

Fui com meu marido agora em dezembro/2011 e fomos muito bem atendidos, o quarto foi ótimo, grande, com uma varanda enorme, fica bem localizado, meio longe de Paris mas tem uma estação de trem (RER) super perto e fica há cerca de 20 minutos ou menos de Paris. Tivemos problemas com o aquecimento da água, a caldeira parecia não estar armazenando água, […] reclamamos mas como parecia estar vazando não deu jeito, tomamos banhos curtos pra resolver, não foi um grande problema. As atendentes são educadas e solícitas, ajudaram bastante indicando o supermercado, shopping e etc mais próximos do hotel. Como depois ainda iríamos para Roma, pedimos para deixar as malas grandes, (na verdade estávamos de mudança pra China e passamos alguns dias na Europa antes de mudar) porque voltaríamos para pegar o vôo pra China em Paris e elas foram super atenciosas quanto a isso, colocaram nossos nomes e guardaram e nada foi mexido, inclusive pedimos pra deixar novamente no ultimo dia depois de voltar de Roma, pois o vôo era só 23h e o check out 11h e não tivemos prblemas. Our group included my 2 year- old son, my sister and her 8 years-old twin boys. 5 of us really enjoyed staying at City Residence Bry sur Marne. It was difficult to find a hotel for 5 people together. Finaly I found it wonderful because of enough facility, space,cost and a distance from Paris and Disneyland. We chose T2 type which had one bed room and […] one living room with a sofa bed. Both beds were enough size for us. The rooms were not fancy at all but simple and clean. I didn't expect modern style bathroom but I needed a shower curtain at least. Bry sur Marne station (RER A line) was only 5 minutes walk. At the entrance of the station there was a bakely. We enjoyed fresh-baked bread every morning. To the center of Paris it took 20 minutes. To Disneyland it took 20 minutes.It was really convenient. We were with small children and thought safety was important. The residence was in a residencial area so peaceful and safe. There was a big supermarket called Inter Marche which was only 5 minutes walk. We couldn't dine at a nice restaurant but enjoyed very nice ready made food and champagne. "Close to station otherwise NO NO NO..."
1/ Opening hours - from 8am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm only. Make sure arrive after 4pm for check-in and told them if after 8pm otherwise expect a nightmare dealing with hotel staff. 2/ Parking - told by staff side street parking is free but got a ticket returned in the evening. Complained to them the following morning and was told parking allowed in the […] morning or afternoon only, but not full day. Hopeless hotel staff. Best to park at the hotel car park for 5 EUR per day. 3/ Room - Lightbulbs were gone in a room. Reported but no action. Asked for additional blanket and no action taken either. Basically, if you are lucky to get a perfect room and arrive between 4-8pm when the hotel is staffed then would be decent stay otherwise avoid this hotel as much as possible. Leia mais

Good base for both Paris and Disneyland set in a nice area. This is an apartment that is comfortable and clean with facilities for basic cooking. Very pleased with the room and would certainly go again. We stayed in a studio apartment and were glad that a king-sized bed was given. The room and toilet are clean. The hotel is also close to the train station and it is convenient to travel to city.

I must say, "what you pay is really what you get". This hotel or supposed to be hotel is one of the worst I have seen in my life time experience of hotel bookings. The customer service is appalling ( the lady that handed me the key had so much attitude it was unbelievable was in a rush that she didn't explain how to use eveything), the area is about […] 40 minutes by taxi to Paris it's self and surrounding store?, what surrounding stores there are none! Lets just say I would rather lose the money that I paid then stay in the hotel. Comfortable bed and bathroom, enough space for a family vacation to Paris. Could have been cleaner, kitchen could be better stocked, it is not the Ritz, but not a bad place to stay. Parking is €5 per night though.

I only stayed for one night. I found my room to be clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen, fridge and stove (no microwave). The hotel is in a quiet town just outside Paris. Our room STUNK of cigarette smoke, but after a couple of nights of airing it out and using air freshener it was fine. The room had many useful things like a washer, kitchenette, sofa, microwave, fridge/freezer, and TV. There was a really gross coffee pot that we did not feel comfortable using, a very […] old and used skillet, and a pot for boiling pasta. One plate, 3 bowls, 4 mugs, and several juice glasses, and utensils. No dishwashing liquid, washing powder, or coffee filters provided. The continental breakfast was NOT included and was expensive (found that out the hard way). Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English but I don't know about the rest of the staff because I spoke to them in French only. Internet is extra and not available in all rooms - we had to go to the lobby each time we wanted to use it. Maids do not come take trash or refill toilet paper unless asked. Hotel is within walking distance of an RER station - you can buy a weekly/monthly pass which you can use for Metro and RER trains and therefore get from this hotel to anywhere in Paris. Leia mais

This hotel could have been charming. Small apartments with patios or small gardens attached, and parking in the basement. But something has gone terribly wrong. Our apartment looked like it had recently been robbed. The only furniture was a large number of beds. There were a total of 5 double beds, almost randomly placed. There was a bed and a fold-out […] couch (dressed for the night) in the livingroom, and upstairs there was one bedroom with 2 double beds jammed in (and a headboard attached to the opposite wall) and another room with just a headboard--no bed or other furniture. There was a bathroom on each floor, but both were dirty. The bed and bath linens were clean, but not much else. The only grocery store in the town closes by 7pm, there are no decent restaurants to eat out and there is only 1 ATM machine in walking distance ot the hotel. Everything went as expected. I have arrived in a Saturday evening, around 8pm and had to phone the hotel to get the security code to get access to the apartment. Good room size! Very good if you are looking to a place to sleep and take showers when in Paris for vacation. Small but very clean, 2 minutes walk to train station, kitchen in the room and a grocery store a block away.
It is near to the metro/RER station. The appartment is not properly clean,ants is everywhere. We get pillow without pillow case, asking for the pillow case and didnt get it until our last day. The sofa bed is unsafe where there are broken leg. Too noisy until late night around 2pm.

We chose this hotel as we are a family of 5 and could book an apartment. First impressions were that it was very basic and a bit old fashioned but as we were only using it as a base this did not worry us. It was in an ideal position for the train station, it took about 20 mins to get to Paris and the same to Eurodisney. We only stayed four nights and were out most of the day so didn't really use kitchen facilities other than for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel as a base it had all that we needed with free parking underneath. Zeer goed gelegen bij RER waar er een gratis parking is (als men er een plaatsje vindt). Wel goed opletten bij een aankomst buiten de gewone daguren: niemand aanwezig, niemand te bereiken, zelfs bij het noodnummer neemt niemand op. Er is dan een kluis met de sleutels voor de laatkomers, maar als je de code niet kent... Het appartement was zeer verzorgd […] en volledig uitgerust met een klein keukentje. Geen lawaai. Leia mais

Bon hôtel, pratique pour séjour de quelques jours à Paris ou Disneyland. Hôtel proche du RER A donc accès à Paris centre très rapide. Bien dans l'ensemble, établissement neuf mais qui se dégrade vite, traces noires sur les murs, revêtements de sol dans la salle de bains qui se décollent mais la présence d'une vrai baignoire est appréciable, grand lit confortable se garer à proximité est un peu délicat donc prévoir de prendre une place de parking pour 5€ de plus

Appartement sale avec trace sur les murs. Les parties communes étaient lus propres que l'appartement ! Nous avions reservé l'appartement 7 personnes et nous sommes au final retrouvé dans 2 appartements séparés. Situation de l'hôtel proche du RER, très agrable. Ne pas recommander cet hôtel !

Finally […] one guy (i have no idea if he is work there or not) open the box and give me key card so that i can get into the room. Hemos estado en Disneyland Paris una semana,y decidimos alojarnos en estos apartamentos,la zona es tranquila,a cinco minutos a pie hay un Intermarche,comentar sobre el apartamento que estaba todo limpio,los lavabos,las duchas,los utensilios de cocina,lo único que había sucio era el suelo,no lo habían fregado,en el comedor habían dos sofás cama,uno color […] clarito que tenia más manchas que un dalmata,pero de suciedad,no nos llegamos a sentar en el,el otro era marrón oscuro,imagino que con la misma suciedad que el otro,pero camuflada,las camas eran muy cómodas y el apartamento en si esta bien,lo único la limpieza.Los jardines muy dejados,la luz de la entrada fundida,el de mantenimiento estaría de vacaciones,jeje,pagamos aparte por dejar el coche en el parking subterráneo,pero la puerta estaba todo el día abierta,estropeada toda la semana sin que nadie viniera a repararla,vamos que el coche es como si estuviera en la calle.Por lo demás se puede dormir,la gente tranquilita,sera por que no hay mucha marcha por la zona,no me importaría repetir,pero si vuelvo me llevo el mocho,espero que haya servido de algo a alguien mi comentario,saludos. personeel is niet professioneel. De apartementen zijn klein en niet schoon. Het bed ligt niet lekker. De dekens zijn vies. Voor het parkeren van je auto, bij het appartement moet je betalen als je korter dan een week verblijft. De parkeergarage is niet bewaakt. Enige voordeel = het verblijf is niet duur en je bent op 2 minuten loopafstand van het station. Hou […] er wel rekening mee dat je daarna minimaal 20 minuten in de trein zit om bij het centrum van Parijs te zijn. Niet bij alle metrostations in het centrum kun je trein naar Bry-sur-Marne nemen, dus met een beetje pech, moet je een aantal keer overstappen en ben je 's avonds een uur onderweg. Leia mais
