O hotel praticamente não tem nada ao redor, só um 7/11 que quebra bem o galho. Porém é muito rápido se deslocar de lá até qualquer lugar de carro; exceto Nova Iorque - pegue o trem. O quarto é limpo e confortável e os funcionários são educados. O café da manhã é simples, mas resolve. Pelo valor, vale a pena com certeza.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, hotel perfeito, limpo, confortável, tudo novinho. Todas as demais dependencias estavam excelentes em conforto, limpeza e decoracão. Na próxima vez que estiver na região com certeza ficaremos no Hilton Garden.

O hotel é excelente, mas cuidado com o preço abusivo cobrado pelos taxistas do aeroporto. Observem a conveniência de ficar em um hotel em Manhattan, já que o valor da corrida de taxi comum, Yellow cab na chegada ficou em USD 204,00 já com a gorjeta e na volta USD 120,00. Dependendo da quantidade de bagagem vale muitíssimo a pena ficar em Manhattan e […] ir de ônibus para o hotel. Ficando no Hilton você terá uma qualidade tremenda nos serviços e nas instalações, mas terá de pegar ônibus ao preço de USD 4,25 todos os dias que quiseres ir a Big Apple por uma viagem que é interestadual já que é de Nova Jersey pra Nova York e leva cerca de 35 minutos. Esse Hotel fica a 20 se não tiver trânsito para NY ou 35 minutos com trânisto para NY. eu escolhi esse hotel para ficar devido aos comentários dos clientes da hoteis.com porém a unica coisa ruim é que ninguem tinha escrito qual o ônibus que teria que pegar para chegar de NY para o Hotel isso me causou um atraso de 3 horas. O ônibus correto é o 167Q […] que parte do Port Authority bus terminal se informar no terminal do horário do ônibus. O ônibus para na porta do hotel. a Única coisa ruim é que não tem nada próximo ao hotel para comer porém tem um restaurante no hotel que da para fazer uma refeição caso não queira comer dentro do hotel e só se informar na recepção quais restaurantes fazem delivery para o hotel. O Hotel é novo excelente custo beneficio para quem quer pagar pouco e visitar NY. somente ficar atento ao número do ônibus 167Q pois é somente essa linha que passa na frente do hotel e o horário varia conforme os dias da semana pegar os horários na recepção do Hotel do restante é só aproveitar a estadia e o passeio em NY. "Ótima escolha"
Nossa turma adorou esse hotel, muito limpo, organizado, a equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. O único porém é que não tem nada perto. Para nós, que tínhamos carro alugado, não foi problema. Mas quem não tem carro fica complicado. De resto, o hotel é excepcional. Recomendo.

"New Years"
So we wanted to save some money and decided to stay here for New Years, BIG MISTAKE, the only reason I say that is because of its location, we were going to take the bus into NY but since its new years weekend the buses were full, the bus comes every 45-50 min, we had to wait for 3 hours till we got on a bus, not only that if you are going to shop in […] ny dont think about it since you will have to drag your bags around unless you take the bus back to you hotel and then risk the wait of trying to get on another one. Not only do you have the 25 min ride into NY but then you have to subway where you want to go to and that makes a lot of commute time versus enjoyment. We stayed here on New Years weekend...the hotel was nice and it only took 20 minutes to get to the Port Authority (located by Times Square) using NJ Transit. The bus stops right outside the hotel. (Requires cash..to come back, you buy a ticket right before you board the bus). "Great Hotel, Great Location"
We chose this hotel because of its location and great reviews. We were definitely not disappointed. Hotel was very clean, and perfect for visiting surrounding areas in New York City and Hoboken New Jersey. We would definitely stay here again when we decide visit New York City and Carlos Bakery in Hoboken.

"Hilton Garden Inn, Ridgefield Park, NJ"
This hotel is conveniently located, but the main reason for returning when we are in the area is that the hotel is well kept, the staff is friendly and we feel comfortable staying here. Hopefully this hotel is kept up to standard so we never have to think of going any where else.

"Good, but..."
Very nice hotel with friendly check-in staff. Good visit except for one odd occurrence. Our room was not cleaned. The front desk person apologized and said it would be cleaned the next day. The next morning, we saw the room service people and told her we were leaving the room. She said our room was NOT on the list to be cleaned. "Great place to stay near NYC"
This is our favorite hotel near NYC. Clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff and tidy exercise room. Good morning breakfast- sometimes included.
"Brand new, reasonable rates, and close to NYC"
This hotel seemed brand new and well cared-for. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient to north NJ locations and NYC. Note, follow the hotel's directions when driving there! The GPS unit in our car couldn't keep up with the tangle of highways, on- and off-ramps in this area of NJ, causing us several missteps before we arrived.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to go into the city without having to pay the city hotel costs. Bus stops right outside its only about 4.50 one way into the city and 4.50 back, it drops you off a grand central so you can either hop onto a subway car or walk outside into all the chaos of NYC. The only downside to this hotel is that […] everything, literally everything, in the hotel closes at 10 or 11pm bus back to the hotel and were hoping to have a glass of wine or needed a snack, make sure to get something to bring back with you from the city because there is nothing available including room service. The only thing near the hotel is office buildings and a movie theatre. Other than that, the hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is really helpful. Will definitely stay again when going into the city. Hotel was nicely decorated, staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a nice hotel close to NY without the cost of being in New York and was conveniently close to Port Imperial Ferry.

my husband and i spent a week at this hotel,the service was spot on and i could not have made a better choice.I hoped and prayed that the room would be half as nice as it looked on line and it was,the service was great ,helpful staff,great bus service,not a lot of noise and my husband and i will be returning to new york, but always staying in new jersey […] and by choice at the hilton garden inn ridgefield.it was a pleasure and we look forward to seeing you again. "Garden Inn New Jersey"
The hotel staff are extremely helpful and although the hotel is not in the centre of New York there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and you are in Time Square in about 30 mins. Based on standard and location I think this hotel is value for money and I would defineatley stay here again

"Still a great hotel!"
All was well, but, the bed. Personally, I wish they would have Tempur-pedic or even Bob-o-pedic instead; most traditional style mattresses just don't provide the comfort of memory foam.

"Great Location for NYC visit"
I read a lot of reviews for this hotel and most were very positive which is why we chose the hotel But the winning reason to choose this hotel was the NJ transit bus to take us into NYC. It picks you up in front of Hilton and takes you to Port Authority (Times square). Super, super, super... Asked for schedule at front desk of hotel. cost to NYC 4.25 […] per person, one way. Should buy return tickets when you get to port authority because their ticket booth hours are not always flexible. The hotel is very nice and new and very clean. The food was very good. We ate breakfast and two dinners there with very generous servings. The server, Denise was excellent. Nothing much around the hotel as it is in an industrial park but doesn't matter if NYC is your destination or you have a car to do other exploring. Highly recommended. Leia mais

"Close to NYC,"
Major plusses: Helpful staff, good sized room, free parking, convenient shuttle to Manhattan. Minus: we found a couple of bugs in the room, not what I'd expect from a Hilton hotel.
"Hilton Garden Inn near George Washington Bridge"
If you plan to drive to Manhattan, this is the place to stay. It's quite a bit cheaper than staying in NYC. Mass transit isn't so easy from here though there's a bus that will take you the Port Authority ($4.50 each way). Nice rooms, very clean, plus a pool to relax. "Hilton Garden Inn --Good enough for future returns"
Overall highly satisfactory. Room and amenities are complete, in good condition and proper working order, with the exception of the printer in the lobby being out of service, without any out-of-order notice attached to the machine, and wasting 20 minutes of my time to find out. Minuses/cons: highway traffic noise very pronounced despite closed windows […] and air conditioning hum; hallway noise also very pronounced through and underneath the room door. We stayed three nights. Housekeeping quality slacked off after the first night. No complimentary breakfast, or even 24-hour complimentary coffee in the lobby, just iced-tea. We stayed at the Hilton for a week and I have nothing but praise for them. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a thrid floor room without us even asking. I was very unhappy about the location of hotel not good access into NY city, long bus wait coming back to hotel. The service in the hotel was not the best, I was not pleased with the fact that they charged my credit card $30.00 upon checking in for something that I had not used (in advance just in case of usage of pantry, etc.) I did not intend to use […] anything unless I paid cash. Certain maids do not communicate well with guests and do not come across as friendly. The area is quite quiet but the hotel is conveniently situated near a bus stop that allows you to catch a bus directly into New York. However, it is not easy to travel to New jersey unless catch a taxi.

I come to NY every 2 months for a week. This hotel is located very conveniently for NYC, NJ or Long Island.. you do need a car to get around and it takes 15 mins into the city. "Did NOT provide the room confirmed"
Despite PRE-PAYMENT and a CONFIRMED reservation for 4 adults in a non-smoking room with 2 Queen beds, hotel failed to provide specified room and tried to put 2 adult couples in a room with a King bed and rollaways. I checked early the morning of the reservation (multiple times) and was assured they would meet our needs. When I returned from NYC late […] that evening I was told that there was not a room meeting our specifications available as if I were speaking to someone there for the first time. available. After a significant delay, I ultimately left without staying and expect either the Hilton or Hotels.com to issue a full refund. "Perfect to visit ny"
Just wait for the bus 167q in the corner of the street that can take you in NY in 40 min. The way back is more complicated no all the buses will stop so you have to ask the driver. I had to wait from 7:15 to 8:00 until finally I found the one will take me back. The hotel has a nice restaurant . Use it sincethere is nothing around.

Our check-iin was delayed for about 10 hours. We arrived very very early in the morning. The front desk person was rude, even my kids noticed. I think her name was Tracy. The keys to the room she gave us opened another guests' room!!! We were concerned of the 'security' procedures of the hotel! Due to the mix-up, we ended up getting a smoking room. […] Billy was so professional and patient in handling our situation and he gave us a few options. Our stay eventually ended up fine and enjoyable. I would rate the check-in experience a one start.
