This is an older hotel that is still very elegant. The location was good but the staff was not particularly helpful. They do not have a concierge to speak of so you were on your own. The buffet breakfast was spotty -- they fried up wonderful fresh coconut pastries at one station but did not make eggs to order so the ones they made in advance and set […] out in a warming tray were lukewarm or even cold. all in all, i am happy with the service. but the hotel is a little bit too dark. the room should have little better maintained and the carpets are quite dirty. however, location-wise, it is very convenient.

older hotel but well maintained nice and quite good location close to night markets. staff extremely friendly and helpful like most thai people. my experience with the thai are that they always friendly. i think the people who complain about bad service most of the time should be looking at themselves to see how polite they have been. nice breakfast […] but must admit we only had it twice nothing wrong with the food just my wife and myself both prefer thai cuisine. some very nice little restaurants close to the hotel. only complaint is very small, was cable tv only basic cable stations only one english movie channel just takes awhile for me to sleep most nights as i said nothing major i would recommend this hotel good service clean and quite and reasonable rates Leia mais

When arriving at the hotel the staff were very helpful as this was my first time in Chaing Mai they helped at every request and help make my stay part of the whole package Full marks if ever in the area would repeat the visit

i am very recommend on this hotel. low price and the best location to the Bazar and center.

Impressed with this hotel which is situated 15 minutes drive from the airport and just outside the night markets area. The room was a good size and was cleaned every day. Our only small complaint was the beds were a little bit hard. The breakfast buffet was good in quality and choice. The staff were friendly and efficient. This hotel was fantastic value for money. The room was a little dated, however it was clean, the bed was king size & very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was ideal, 5 min walk to the night market, 10 min walk to the Rampling Supermarket. There is great cheap Thai massage, laundry & 7-Eleven accross the road. Beautiful Italian […] fine dining restaurant on the corner & quality cheap local eating available very close to the hotel. We recommend the Banana Roti from the cart accross the road, this is only there in the evenings. This hotel is the best kept secret & we can't wait to come back. I would recommend the Chiang Mai Plaza to all my friends & would definitely stay again when next in Chiang Mai, which we hope is soon! I hope the prices stay the same! Thank you. Leia mais

After my traveling partner and I spent a couple nights in a small condo room with cockroaches and no bath towels, we were a little weary of our next location (since it was only around $20 a night also). But once we pulled up our jaws were continually on the floor. This hotel is gorgeous, our room was spacious with an amazing picture window view (we […] saw the sunrise from it every morning), and a lovely pool to lounge by! It's also within walking distance to most of the markets and had a seven eleven nearby which was convenient for buying calling cards to contact home. Best of all it felt safe. This hotel definitely contributed to an amazing time in Chiang Mai and I would (and will) stay here again if I return, no second thought! Leia mais

フロントもフレンドリーで、朝食もこの価格でと思うぐらいよかったが、お風呂の音などが隣から聞こえた点がマイナス。

Centralt beliggende i bekvem afstand til div. seværdigheder, togstation, lufthavnen og Pingfloden. Hotellets lobby er enestående smagfuldt indrettet!

The hotel is very beatuiful. I thought I were in Dusit Thani Hotel. The price at Hotels.com is reasonable. Only one average swimming pool. Should have pool and play ground for kids. Very good exercise room. Very good and delicious buffet breakfast. 7-10 minutes walk to night bazarre shopping area. Not so much shop near hotel. Nice and costly restaurant […] near the hote.
