fiquei satisfeita com o hotel. O único senão foi o pessoal da recepção. Não foram atenciosos e s informações qu pedíamos eram respondidas laconicamente.

Logo ao chegar no hotel, tivemos uma enorme dificuldade de pegar nossa chave. Isso porque chegamos muito tarde e o escritório já estava fechado e sua chave fica numa caixa eltrônica com senha onde o hoteis.com te envia uma senha diferente da do flat, para pegar sua chave. Ou seja se chegar após fechamento do escritório leve telefone ou você tera que sair procurando um telefone público pela cidade. O quarto é bem grande e agradavel, ótimo para poucos dias. O lado ruim é que o staff não limpa seu quarto, não lava sua louça e não limpa seu banheiro ou seja deixe tudo meio que arrumado pois eles só arruamam as camas e trocam as toalhas., mas no geral o staff é super simpatico e solicito. Você esta proximo ao Berlin Zoologischer Garten station onde várias outras linhas de locomoção se interligam.

O atendimento me agradou logo na recepção quando chegamos. A atendente foi extremamente simpática e solícita. Nos ofereceu folders, um mapa da cidade, nos indicou a estão de metrô mais próxima. O quarto, apesar de um pouco pequeno, era muito limpo e bem confortável. A localização também é muito boa. Apenas alguns passos da estação do metrô. Recomendo!

Excelente hotel, o único problema é o quarto que é realmente muito pequeno. Tudo novo e bem cuidado

Formerly the centre of East Berlin, Mitte is split down the middle by Unter den Linden and contains nearly all of Berlin's key churches, museums, theatres and memorials. The Fernsehturm (TV tower) by Alexanderplatz offers the best view over Berlin. Museums include the Pergamon, National Gallery, Bode and the Old Museum. The Red City Hall and the Dom (cathedral) are close to the museums and there are two other churches on Gendarmenmarkt.

"Central but quiet location"
We had a lovely stay in the hotel for 2 nights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was good size with huge windows and nice, modern bathroom. Would definitely recommend the Arcotel!
"Great location"
The hotel is located close to museum island (one block) and close to two Christmas markets (one right across the street). The 147 bus goes from the Haupbahnhof to the front of the hotel (and gives you a tour of Berlin in the process). The other reviews were very helpful, the Chips restaurant was great for breakfast, but a little too vegetarian for lunch. […] But it's cheaper and fresher than the hotel breakfast buffet. The elevators are incredibly fast, which makes coming and going a lot more fun. Bring your own shampoo, the hotel lets the liquid soap serve for both bath gel and shampoo. Don't miss the panometer at the Pergamon museum, it is incredible when you see it first before the archaeology finds in the museum. Leia mais

"Arcotel John F-A must stay in Berlin"
I could not have been more pleased with our stay. Most of the main sights,the Reichstag,Brandenburg Gate,Berliner Dom, TV Tower were easily reachable via a 15 minute walk. The room was very large & modern & housekeeping did a good job keeping it clean. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions and any other assistance we needed. The hotel […] restaurant was good & continental breakfast was decent enough. I do want to point out the hotel does put a 30 euro per night hold on your credit card upon check in. "Arcotel John F a great find in heart of Berlin"
From our view on the fifth floor, my wife and I could take in the Berliner Dom and the city’s main attractions – The Museum Island and the market place – were within five to 10 minutes walking. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, staff were friendly and eager to help. They gave us complimentary dessert when they found out we were celebrating […] our honeymoon. The room was very comfortable with modern furniture and the hotel was modern and stylish. It’s a short cab ride to the city’s main train station and five minutes from the closest subway entrance. "Great hotel"
Terrific hotel at a great price. We stayed 2 nights and were very satisfied with all aspects. Nice bar and friendly staff. a 9 euro taxi from main train station. A 5 minute walk to large square with French cathedral and tour busses. I recommend the "Augustina" restaurant on the other side of square for a good German meal with litre mugs of beer. At […] 20 euro, the hop on/hop off tour bus is a good value and a good way to see as much of the city as you can if you only have a short stay as we did. Leia mais
"Excellent hotel"
This is a thoroughly satisfactory hotel, well maintained and well located in the center of old Berlin (even though I found the JFK-themed decor a bit silly). The room rates are reasonable. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the nearby Operpalais has an excellent breakfast for less money.

Hotel was excellent. Only issue was bar tender refusing ice! Called down to front desk and ice was delivered..... Staff helpful. Showed us laundromat on map.
"Hidden charges"
This is a business hotel, so it is rather dull. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, but in a side street surrounded by offices. Definitely not the liveliest location and a bit depressing on Sundays when streets around it are completely empty. I stay in hotels in Berlin frequently and I would not particularly recommend this one. You can find […] better ones for the same price and in the same area. Now, about hidden charges: In particular I was very unhappy to find that the hotel charged me 40 EUROS for the use of the parking. This additional cost was not mentioned anywhere and no one told me that there was an additional charge for using it when I asked about it. I consider this a complete rip off as a parking oposite the hotel charges a fraction of that. When I complained about this the people at the reception listened politely but did not offer any solutions nor even an apology for failing to advise of the additional charge. This, together with the less-than-optiomal location are enough for me to never think of staying there again. Leia mais
"Perfect location, great service, stylish surrounds"
The hotel is within easy walking distance of major sights, with helpful staff on hand to offer suggestions and arrange whatever is needed. The hotel decor is stylish and modern, with quirky touches like rocking chairs in rooms. Highly recomnmended.

This hotel gets everything right! It's that simple. Spectacular Service. Super Chic Space (but not pretentious). Brilliant touches of whimsy (the lobby soundscape with bird calls is a delight.) Spacious comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast options. Oh...just book it already! Highly Recommended!!!

Really pleased with this hotel. The price offered was really good for such a high quality hotel. Location was excellent within an easy walk of almost all the major sights in Berlin. Accommodatoon was comforable and rooms were high quality with DVD player in each room. This hotel is well situated to be near many of Berlin's main attractions. The staff was wonderful and tried hard to make out stay as rewarding as possible. Given how hard it can be to find parking in Berlin, the hotel's parking garage is a bonus. We just parked our car and walked or took the U-Bahn. This hotel is brand-new, clean and spotless. Every aspect of our stay at the Arcotel was exceptional. The position of the hotel meant getting around Berlin was a breeze. just a few minutes walk from most touristic sights.( 5 min from Alexander place, 2 min from museum island, 10 min from BrangburgTor and tiergarden, Reichtag, 15 min from Checkpoint Charlie, ect..) very quiet hotel, especially if your room face the "courtyard". free computer in lobby.

Erittäin siisti hotelli keskeisellä paikalla.Lyhyt matka metroon, josta kätevät yhteydet kaikkialle. Aamupala kannattaa syödä viereisen korttelin coffee-shopissa (Halpa ja runsas).Muuten hotellin hintataso laatuun nähden halpa.

Pænt nyt hotel med fin service. Nyt og rent - omend at værelserne ikke er rigtig store. Det ligger centralt men alligevel roligt, så det kan bestemt anbefales. Nr.2 paralelle vej til Unter den Linden, næsten ved vandet. små 10 min. gang til Alexander Platz. 3 min. fra Gendarmen Markt. Personalet var hjælpsomme og flinke, så det var en rigtig god oplevelse, […] og vi kan snildt anbefale det til andre.
