É um hotel antigo, mas muito bem conservado. O apartamento é bom e conta com ar condicionado central, o que o torna silencioso, o banheiro é espaçoso com uma ducha muito boa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, merecendo destaque também a excelente localização, pois está perto dos principais pontos turísticos e de compras. Em termos de hotel é uma escolha acertada.

Bom hotel. Localização boa. Muito boca quente nos finais de semana. A rua é estreita {calçadão} cheio de barzinhos pelas calçadas. Só não me conformo não ter nehum canal brasileiro de tv. Pois em B Aires só tem brasileiros. Outra coisa ruim, é o sinal de internet. No apto. dificilmente tinha sinal. Quando fiz reserva era sem café da manhã. Dali 3 dias era c café. Cancelei a reserva e fiz novamente. Eles estão perdidos. Um dia o café é incluso, no outro não. Mas não foi ruim. Fica perto de tudo.

O Hotel é maravilhoso, a recepção extremamente educada e atenciosa.A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar e o espaço da piscina tambem é bem pequeno , tem poucas caderias mas de nenhuma forma atrapalha a estadia.O Hotel fica perto de tudo e também perto de metro e onibus caso seja uma opção(usamos bastante e recomendamos), taxi pe caro ao contrário do que falam as revistas e guias , portanto esse bairro é maravilhoso esta no meio de tudo e com pontos turisticos ao lado...foi uma semana inesquecível.RECOMENDADÍSSIMOOOO!

A localização é ótima! Apesar de ficar em uma rua pouco iluminada fica a 3 quadras da Calle Florida e a poucos metros de Puerto Madero. A estrutura do quarto: móveis, espaço interno, conforto são ótimos! O atendimento é razoável e a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. De maneira geral recomendo.

O Hotel Mine foi uma excelente experiência. Embora pequeno, é bastante aconchegante e com serviço excelente. Profissionais atenciosos e tratamento delicado ao cliente. Muito bom. Recomendo.

"Excelente estadia"
O hotel é muito bom. Ótimo quarto, grande e confortável (ficamos no quarto superior). O serviço é excelente assim como o café da manhã. O único porém, é que o hotel não fica próximo do metrô (20 -25 minutos andando), mas fica próximo da melhor área de Palermo Soho com bares, restaurantes e lojas, onde você pode fazer tudo a pé.

We loved staying at Mine Hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in Buenos Aires. We picked this from recommendations on hotels.com & tripadvisor - a superb boutique hotel in one of Buenos Aires's most stylish areas. We absolutely loved this hotel. Only 20 rooms, but the decor and furnishings are both modern and extremely comfortable. The staff are brilliant - really helpful, and all speak perfect English. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't say enough good things about the staff--how pleasant and helpful they were. The "superior" room was very comfortable (but don't book the small room--it's extremely small). Our room faced the street and there was some street noise, but it didn't distract or annoy. "Exceeded expectations in every way"
After reading many reviews about the Mine Hotel, I was hopeful that it would be as good as it sounded. I'm pleased to say that it exceeded every expectation I had. The neighborhood is fabulous: Palermo SoHo has lovely shops and restaurants and isn't far from many of BA's sights. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were treated as family from day 1 of our 6 day stay. The front desk was always staffed with personnel who spoke fluent English and could guide us. They arranged tickets, taxis, maps, etc. And the included breakfast was excellent. We travel to many countries, and were so pleasantly surprised by this S.A. "jewel".

We chose this hotel after tons of research on my part. The first and most important element was location. For us this is the best area to base oneself for a visit to Buenos Aires. Why? Because there is plenty to do in the immediate area both day & night and it feels more safe than the other areas I was able to check out. So keep in mind this city may […] not be like home, you have to be on your guard, but in this area there is activity all day and much of the evenings. On the other hand San Telmo, which is a lively place in the day is very deserted at night, no matter what street you are on. At check in the desk agent gave us a very complete description of the area and what the hotel has for us. She was very friendly and it was a great way to start our visit. Our room was lovely. The rooms can be a bit small when you choose the lower price options, but again I believe this is standard for this part of town. Our first room faced the pool and the view was nice. At night there might be people drinking and talking by the pool but it seemed to stop around 11 so our sleep was not disturbed. We never heard conversations outside the door or noise from other rooms. We left town and came back after a trip to the falls, our second room faced the street and was a little bigger. Street noise was not a problem - at least while we were there. We thought that everyone at the Mine was warm and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and welcome when we came back from our day. The breakfast was delicious, homemade breads, cereals, meat & cheese and a fantastic fruit salad. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The is a free internet station in the lobby. We had our old laptop too and the staff lent us an adapter. The other times that we ate at the hotel the food was very good and well priced. In the category or above and beyond, I fractured my foot one night while out on the town. Mine Hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho. Service and complimentary breakfast were excellent. We stayed in the basic room, which was just okay compared to the lobby and the rest of the hotel. Overall, great place to stay.

Just spent a week at the Hotel Mine in Buenos Aires and do not know how our experience could have been any better! The hotel staff treated us like family and went out of their way to be sure we had a great time in a new city to us. The hotel itself is relatively new and very comfortable and tastefully appointed. Their recommendations on tours, restaurants […] and other activities were right on the money. We got to do exactly what we had planned and had a wonderful time. I ran out of pesos and when I appeared not to fully understand how to get to or use an ATM in their country, one of the front desk clerks volunteered to walk the three blocks with me, and provide any help I might need. My boyfriend and I spent seven nights in the Palermo area of Buenos Aires. We split our stay among three boutique hotels, and all of them were great. However, Mine Hotel was by far in the best location. There are many restuarants, bars, and shops withing walking distance. The subway stop is only about a ten minute walk, and cabs are cheap and plentiful. Our […] standard room was small, but it was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was nicely decorated. It also overlooked the beautiful pool. The walls are thin, but a pair of earplugs solves that just fine. Breakfast is included, and you can opt for room service over the buffet for a very small charge. We also tried a few dinner items off the room service menu, but the food was average. I would suggest eating at one of the many nearby resturants instead. The staff was friendly and helpful. They called cabs, broke large bills, made suggestions, and gave directions. They also stored our bags for us the day we checked out because our flight didn't leave until later that night. Also, most of the staff spoke very good English.
