Crown Regency Residences Cebu - Cebu

The hotel is not bad, only its far from the airport. Suggestions to the management, they should check what supposed to be changed or clean in the room. For exanple the chairs, bed skirts should be washed and change the towels to new one. Over all, staffs are very polite.

when you see the pics it was great, but when you get there it was completly different. The pool was so dirty you couldnt see 3 feet into it, so if your looking to swim i would not go there....The manager was the only one there worth talking to, the entire staff (other than the manager) was rude and only cared on how much the could charge you for their […] mistakes.....Watch out for this hotel.....I would never recomend this place to anyone..... mismatch inf. between hotels.com inf and hotel equitments so that i wanted cancle but it is impossible i never use this hotel and this site

The breakfast was very good and a lot to choose The room was ok 2 kingsize beds The staff was very freindly

This was the last hotel in my vacation ,in the phillippines. I came from Boracay to cebu, and needed a hotel for a day or two, before departing home. I was very confortable and pleased with thier service. A convinient place to stay

Had overnite layover in Cebu City. Needed cheap but nice hotel for 1 nite stay. Crown was perfect place for my needs. Staff courteous and room was clean. Resturant was great. Nice place for the price. Out of the way from tourist district, but only short ride by taxi.

The service is good but the complimentary airport shuttle was not complimentary as stated.

I wasn't too happy with this hotel as it seemed to be older and like a prison cell. The location for me wasn't bad. The staff was nice. It was setup like an american motel, where the rooms lead to a outdoor walkway, not a hallway. I'm afraid of heights so a little uncomfortable for me.

Hotel is located just short taxi ride to area malls. Food quality could have been better, but the staff is very helpful. Beware of additional hotel taxes which are not fully explained upon arrival. Hotel reservations were booked at the wrong Crown Regency but, they honored the reservations anyway.

우선 기존에 알고 있었던 내용과 다른점을 지적하고 싶습니다. 객실에서 무선인터넷을 사용할 수 있다라는 문구는 거짓이며 이는 호텔스 닷컴에 문의한 결과 일부 객실에서 가능하다는 답변을 들을 수 있었고 당시 프론트에서 또한 일부객실 혹은 날씨에 따라 사용되는 범위가 다르다는 황당한 답변을 들을 수 있었습니다. 사실 준비하지 않은 방문이었기에 인터넷을 통해 많은 준비를 해서 다음 일정을 준비하고자 했으나 이 사건으로 인해 다음일정에 상당한 차질이 발생하였습니다. 두번째 지적은 에어컨이 고장난 상태였고 외부로 유출되어야 할 물이 객실 내로 들어오고 있었습니다. 이 부분은 호텔측에 통보햇어야 하는가 하는 문제가 있긴 한데 체크아웃 […] 전에 알게 되어 그냥 넘어갔네요. 분명 가격대가 높은 호텔은 아니지만 이보다 낮은 호텔의 서비스 품질이 더욱 높은 것이 아닌가.. 또한 호텔스 닷컴에서 제시하는 조건들 중 중요한 내용은 사전에 체크가 필요하다는 점을 알수 있었습니다. 최악의 여행의 큰 도움되었습니다. 세부시티에 머무를때 크라운리젠시 호텔에 머물렀는데... 가격대비 정말 괜찮습니다. 그가격에 그정도 수영장이면 모............ 처음에만 낯설어서 환경이 조금 안맞았지만 둘째날부턴 집보다 편하고 좋았어요.. 직 원분들도 다좋았구요...가시면 호텔이 뭐 이래 이러실분도 있겠지만 동급 가격대비 제일이라고 생각합니다. 다음에도 가면 여기 묶을려구요 !!!시설도 정말 깔끔해요 ...

가격도 싸고 괜찮습니다 시내에서의 거리가 조금되어서 약간 불편하다는점과 주변환경이 약간 빈민촌에 위치하고 있는듯합니다 객실과 식사는 그럭저럭 중상이상입니다
