guest room is not too tiny but clean, good location, easy to reach JR or metro, make a walk to Osaka castle just like a morning exercise, love it!

We enjoyed our 5 nights' stay in Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka, booked through Hotels.com - comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpful hotel staff, convenient location. Very easy access from Kansai Airport using JR i.e. we took JR West Line at the airport to go to downtown JR Loop Line, we got down at Kyobashi station in the Loop Line and took […] the west exit at the station. Walking from west exit which is adjacent to Daia Supermarket, to the hotel took us about 6-7 minutes in the covered walkway. Easy as well to go to all tourist attractions in downtown Osaka from the hotel with just JR and Subway. The JR and subway map was really handy for us to get around in Osaka - Universal Studio, Aquarium, Maritime Museum etc. It is within walking distance to Osaka Castle - about 15-20minutes to the castle through the business park. We're satisfied with Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka. The location was great in 10 mins walking distance from JR Kyobashi station. There was a departmentstore Daiei next to the station where we usually boughy some food/snakcs/drinks back to the hotel. A small ramen restaurant in Daiei was great and not expensive (~700 yen per set of Ramen, Gyoza and fried […] rice). It's also close to Osaka castle within 15-20 mins walk and 10 mins train from JR Kyobashi to JR Shin Osaka where we hopped to Shinkansen to Hiroshima and Tokyo. We noticed that we travelled in the opposite direction from the office workers to JR station. The room was larger than we thought as we expected a tiny-standard Japanese room. Front desk service was really helpful. We came in with the early flight arriving KIX 6am. We're at the hotel before 9am and left the luggages, then headed out to Osaka castle and Nara for a day trip. This was the 3rd different hotel me and my wife stayed in while in Japan. It was, honestly, my favorite. It's walking distance to a train that leads you to the city center, it's walking distance to Osaka Castle, there's a number of places for food and coffee (though mostly chains) in the area but it's not a "crazy" area. Mostly a business location, […] but convenient enough. Free internet in the room (wired, bring a wireless router if you want to use wifi) which is sweet. Much better priced then many places in the area. Not much of a view, room was a little small but not the smallest I've been to in Japan. Very clean room and enough power outlets for me and the wife to charge junk. Overall I loved it. Simple, convenient, well priced. Leia mais

Friendly staff, I arrive the hotel at 11am and they allow me to check in early. The hot spring is good, the ticket is good for 1 whole day of unlimited access. Close to overhead bridgeJR west line. One stop from Osaka castle. Recommended!

Me and my family were very happy with the hotel. the location is not excellent from a tourist point of view but that is easily compensated by the more spacious room, nice amenities and service. Other parts of Osaka are also easily connected to from the hotel as the Subway and JR lines are only 5 min. walk from the hotel via covered walkway.

Convenient to Kyobashi Station and all trains, with a mall attached and many restaurant choices, this hotel makes a great location to take in the sights of Osaka. Osaka Castle is a short 5-minute walk away. They also have a lovely spa with reasonable rates. The staff are proficient in English, and very helpful.

The hotel was situated in a quiter bussiness district (ie. lots of offices around). There was a castle nearby within walking distance, which would be the only tourist attraction around the area. Otherwise, you would have to travel by subway from the station across the river. There were definetely a lot more actions on the other side of the river, with […] markets, night clubs and various restraurants to visit (though it looked more like the older side of town). As for the hotel itself, the room was good for the price we paid and was definetely good value. Complementary Internet was available from the room (which is rare - especially in other Asian countries, where you could be charged up to AUD $20/day). They had washing machines and dryers in the basement carpark available for the guests to use (you have to buy your own detergents from the convenience store on basement level 1) - word of caution: do not use both dryers at the same time as you would blow the fuse. Sheltered linkway to train station though have to walk about 5-10mins. Straight to the reception after coming in from the linkway. Good Hotel, reasonable room size, free internet.

The hotel is sheltered and linked to the JR station which made it easier to locate the hotel. Room was considered big compared to its Kyoto counterpart. 5 minutes walk from the JR train station provided you know which platform to exit. There is a supermarket beside the train station which opens till 2300. Near to Osaka castle too.

The hotel is at the Kyobashi JR station, right in the Osaka Loop, so it's very easy to get to nearby cities, such as Kyoto, Nara, Himeji, etc. At the Kyobashi JR station, take the West exit, which connects you to the covered bridge that leads directly to the hotel. The Family Mart located downstairs of the hotel has very nice food and drink selections. […] The room is not very big, but very comfortable and extremely clean. We are so happy that we chose this hotel. The location is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet at the end of the day. It's conveniently located near the JR Kyobashi Station (which is part of the JR Osaka loop line). No need to take taxis to go anywhere even to and from the airport and even Kyoto. It's also walking distance from the Osaka […] City Subway Kyobashi Station which can take you directly to the Dotonburi district where the night life is. Our room was surprisingly very spacious for Japanese standards. Both our room and bathroom were squeaky clean every time we came back to the hotel. What I also love is that there was a Daiei supermarket nearby where you can find so many Japanese goods. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Osaka. Leia mais

Very decent hotel for a very decent price (got the hotels.com 50% sale price). Very satisfy with the rooms we got, they gave us to the top floor with a very nice nite view of the city. This is our second visit to Osaka and we went back to the Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka - our most preferred hotel. Very convenience location and very comfortable room.

Great Hotel for the money. The attaced, via covered walk way, shops and train station was a big plus. It is also withn walking distance of the Osaka Castel Getting to the hotel from the airport is best done via the airport bus line and and taxi combined. Just ask at the travel information counter on the baggage claim level in the airport.

What I did not like: Could not get a late check out without having to pay approximately $25/hour beyond checkout time of 11:00AM. Our flight departed Osaka at 6:00PM. Made for a long day at the airport, adding to our overseas flight back to the US. In addition, there was a possibility that we would have to leave a day early. But the hotel wanted to […] make us pay for the day anyway. Fortunately we didn't have to leave. They obviously do not care about anything but the money. In all of my travels throughout the US and Europe in the past 45 years of traveling, I have never encountered a hotel that wouldn't accomodate changes, one way or another, and forcing you to pay for those changes. This hotel is the only one i would go out of my way to really recommend during our 2 week vacation (we stayed at 4 different hotels during that time). The reason is that the room that gave us was HUGE, even by US standards. We had three in our party, and the room had three double beds and get this, 1.5 baths! We were on the 20th floor, great views, […] two huge windows. Many may find the location to be out of the way, but i liked the quiet in the morning. Subway station was 1.5 blocks away. Many of the Osaka attractions are only about 10-15 minutes by train. There was a McDOanlds and a starbucks one block away. Bonus: A Daiei supermarket across the bridge (about a 10 minute walk) and many japanese restaurants nearby. Leia mais

The hotel is in a cleaner area of Osaka. It's connected to a path and bridge that leads right to a train station. The Osaka castle is a good walk away, but still close by. There are several shops, malls, and quick places to eat nearby. During my stay, they were getting ready for a bridal event right at their hotel. I even saw many families there prepared […] for weddings in the hotel. So this should hopefully express how nice the hotel is. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was one moment I felt they were getting somewhat rude, but it was just once and very brief. The rest of their actions certainly outweigh that moment as well. Leia mais

Well design room. Quiet and convenient location. Great vacation experience!

Hotel was clean. Close to shopping area (malls, groceries, outlets). About a five minute walk to local JR station. Beds are a little firm. Everything is connected by bridges. FYI outlet malls are cheaper than the mall next door for the same thing, good quality as well. If you go under the subway station there are eateries. Mostly everything closes at […] 9pm though. Hotel is good as a main base, if you were to go to other cities like Nara, Kobe, Kyoto, Hiroshima. Only problem is, you have to change 2 subways to get to Shin-osaka station, where you can ride the bullet trains to these cities. Not much to do there though except shop and eat. Great for business people, close to business companies. Hotel staff were friendly, but only a few staff spoke and understood English well, but helpful nonetheless. Overall the stay was average/good. Good location: next to Kyobashi train and subway stations, no need for taxi; easy walk to Osaka Castle Good view (from 22nd floor) Wired internet included with room was reliable and high speed. Unusual hardwood floors. Comfortable bed. Pleasant decor. Friendly staff.

這大概是我去大阪三次後覺住得最舒適的一家飯店了!服務人員很用心且體貼, 飯店環靜優美,房間空間很舒適不會覺的太擁擠,最棒的是浴室比起以往住的還大且浴缸也比較大,更棒的是熱水有恆溫控制,無須自己調整半天,飯店距離京橋站很近,走路約計10分鐘左右,往返京都及關西機場也都可直達,很方便,是一家會讓人想再次造訪的飯店,如果硬是要挑缺點的話,就是門面很不顯眼(花店隔壁門內),真的讓人第一次很不容易找到哩。

設備もきれいで、21階の眺めも良かったです。 フロントの対応も良く、 次回も利用したいホテルです。

good not bad..

교토를 가실 생각이 있으시면 위치는 최고... 그리고 난바나 우메다 지역 호텔에 비해 룸이 비교적 넓은 편... 오사카성도 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 접근성 좋고.... 교바시 역 지하에 있는 식품점을 활용할 수 있다는 점도 좋고... 한가지 단점은 난바쪽에 비해 주변식당들이 일찍 문을 닫아 9시 이후에는 갈만한 식당이 없다는 것. 암튼 강추합니다.

오사카 관광을 하기에는 교통도 좋고 주변 환경도 아주 좋습니다. 호텔 직원도 모두 친절하시고요. 다만, 한국어가 안통하는 것이 조금 불편합니다. 가격 대비 아주 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 주변이 오피스타운이라 주말에 붐비지도 않습니다. 물론 시내에 관광하기도 지하철이나 JR이 있어 편합니다.

高層階から見る大阪の夜景は最高でした！ 部屋のクオリティもかなり高いと思います。 あとは立地だけですね。

酒店整體不錯, 鄰近大阪城. 如能免費extend check-out time及加設wifi service就更好

施設は多少古いかな？と思いますが、大変クリーンで気持ちの良い部屋でした。 frontの対応も完璧。申し分ありません。

先日ツインのお部屋に宿泊しました。 清潔感もあってとてもキレイだったのですが、お部屋に女性の為にクレンジングがあれば嬉しかったです… （贅沢ですが… あと、事前に確認していたのですが、近くのツタヤでｄｖｄプレーヤーの無料貸し出しをしていた事ですが、事前確認では、レンタル料金がかかると聞いていたのでノートPCを持ち込んで映画をみました。 無料なら貸してもらったのに…と少し残念でした。 スパがあり、大きなお風呂は入れるのは嬉しいのですが、あの露天風呂の柵であまり露天風呂を楽しむ事ができなかったように思います。 見えてしまうので仕方ないんですけど…ね。 あと、駐車場ですが、無料にしてほしかったです…。 その他、全体的に綺麗で過ごしやすかったのでまた泊まりに行きたいと思います。

飯店服務人員英文很好，房間是這次到關西住過最大的，離JR京橋站很方便，晚歸也不會有危險的感覺，飯店內該有的設備一應具全，推薦給大家

年末年始を家族で過ごすために宿泊しました。ダブルベッドの部屋に2人で宿泊、ホテルのホームページの画像イメージよりも少し狭い気がしましたが、それ以外は満足な滞在でした。

(残念ながらお一人を除いて)ほぼ全てのスタッフの方の接客がとても気持ちよく、快適に過ごさせていただきました。 朝食のコーヒーが美味しかったです。

　大阪ビジネスパークビルでの仕事のため、東京からの出張で当ホテルを初めて利用しました。出張者には是非お勧めしたいホテルです。 　私のスケジュールが厳しく忙しい中、チェックインもアウトもスムーズで手際よく、フロントの対応には非常に満足しています。また、無駄がなくかつアメニティも充実しており、部屋も快適でした。私はノートPCを持参していましたが、携帯しなかった人も有料で貸し出しもしており、かつ無料でインターネットにLANアクセスでき便利です。 　 　

직원분들의 서비스도 정말 좋구요. 다만 호텔 정문을 못찾아서 1시간을 헤맸던 것을 생각하면;; 그래도 역에서 그렇게 멀진 않지만 하루종일 돌아다니다가 숙소로 돌아온다고 생각하면 결코 가까운 거리는 아니예요. 그래도 비즈니스 지역인지라 저녁엔 굉장히 조용해서 좋구, 그래도 교바시역과 오사카비즈니스파크 역 둘 다 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리이니 만큼 좋구요. 특히나 공연을 3일간 갔는데 하나는 쿄세라돔에서 하고 하나는 오사카죠홀에서 했는데 여러모로 이동하기 굉장히 편했어요.쿄세라돔은 오사카비즈니스파크역에서 지하철 한번만 타면 되고 오사카죠홀은 정말 걸어서 5분정도 가면 있을 정도로 가까워요. 서비스는 말 할 것도 없이 […] 좋았구요.너무 친절하고 조았어요.그런데 이 호텔도 뭐 에코서비스 그런거 할수 있나봐요?3일 묶는 동안 쓰고 싶었는데 쓸 방법을 찾기엔 외국어 불가라ㅠㅠ 하여간 갔는데 싱글룸 썼는데 생각보다 방도 적당히 넓구요.침대도 정말 푹신해서 숙면 취할 수 있어서 좋았고, 직원들의 친절도나 서비스가 너무 좋아서 이 가격에 간 거 후회 안하네요^^다음번에 오사카 갈 일 있으면 또 여기로 가고 싶을 정도였어요^^ Leia mais

服務人員的態度都還滿好的且親切,且飯店離京橋駛雖有幾分鐘的路程,但會走的人,應該可以蠻快就到的,且天橋的部份份是一路可以走到大廳的大門喔,我覺得挺方便的,但有一個泡湯的費用,就覺得應該可以再便宜一點,甚至可以免費使用,畢竟住宿已花了一筆住宿費,飯店設施可以再多貼心一些的~
