Tive um problema no check-out pois eu tinha feito uma reserva anterior pelo Booking.com que foi cancelada, mas aí o hotel não recebeu esse cancelamento e também não recebeu a nova reserva do Hotéis.com. Apareceu para o controle de reservas do hotel uma reserva pelo Expedia, ao que pergunto se é vinculado ao Hotéis.com. Eu mostrei ao hotel que o valor da hospedagem já tinha sido lançado na minha fatura do cartão de crédito e eles aceitaram efetivar o check-out até porque tinham até então a reserva com o booking válida. Disseram que me contatariam até o dia 28, quando eu já estava no Brasil. Solicito mesmo assim que me confirmem se a reserva apareceu como Expedia por favor.

O hotel é bom para um 3 estrelas. Tem uma boa localização se você for circular de taxi. Se for pegar o metrô, a localização não é ideal pois requer uma caminhada de uns 10 a 15 minutos.

O hotel esta localizado no coração da parte turistica, da area de compras, facil de alcançar tudo com metro. O hotel é confortavel, limpo. Não ha muitas opçoes de comida para room service

O hotel é muito bom para a sua categoria. Apenas gostaria de sugerir que estivesse disponível na home page, para ser impresso, o nome e a localização do hotel em caracteres chineses, pois tive dificuldade no aeroporto em encontrar taxistas que entendessem o nome e a localização do hotel em Inglês. No demais aspectos achei tudo muito bom.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Right off of line 5 metro station. A great bakery right outside for breakfast every morning. Nice, clean modern rooms. Great value!

"unbelivable suite"
Me and my wife was ther in 4 night and on the morning of the second day we complain over the heat in the room (16 celsius) then later this day we have to talk to them again and they brought a eletric oven to the room. I thougt this was ok becouse we used this room just over the night but on the last night the oven burned over the electricity in the […] room and we have to pack all our things in the dark and when we checked out they did not even care about this trouble and we have to pay full price for this. I will not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel in Beijing, the prices in the resturant and bars are very high and if somthing happens they dont care. Leia mais

Fantastic stay. Superb services. Professional and freidnly staff. Subway just around the corner (60 seconds walking distance). Found a wonton restaurant across the street... US$2 gets you a delicous bowl of wonton soup with Chinese herbs. Will stay there again.

"The Regent Beijing"
This was our first visit to china and picked this hotel based on other reviews. This hotel was located in an excellent location, with all the amenities you could imagine. The service was exceptional, the staff spoke a good level of english, it was impeccably clean at all times and very upscale. We opted for the bigger room with regent club lounge access […] which was worth every penny, having a happy hour eveyday from 6-8 serving drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) as well as a different menu for hot food and cold desserts everyday including breads/cheeses/salads and fruits. This lounge also had internet access and a relaxing area. The benefit was that the lounge was open 24 hours. Security was excellent, also with a starbucks on the main floor of the building was a great convenience. For anyone travelling to beijing it is a must to stay in this exceptionally luxurious hotel. The staff the service and amenities were all top notch. The have 3 different restaurants within the hotel: I recommend having the tenderloin steak at the bar and grill, it was absolutely amazing. There is also a spa, a gym, a pool, and 24 hour room service. Overall the Regent scores a 5 in every aspect and would say, pay a few extra bucks for a hotel because it was worth it and more Leia mais
"Lack of availablity of Indiain Food /cook"
we had a very nice stay and enjoyed thoroughly. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Only problem for Indian Vegetarian guest is availability of Indian food. If this is addressed then I would stay it would be the best address for Indian to stay in Beijing.

spent 3 nights during the summer here and was pleased with the hotel. had a very good deal for the service and room offered. Excellent gym. Only the breakfast did not live up to the claim that this is the best breakfast in town - it is average at best. Location is very good and teh concierge was very helpful.

"great staff and recomend club level access"
I was very pleased with my three night stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful to arrange some tour opportunities around my work schedule. The hotel is in a good location and the club access is well worth the small extra charge.

We stayed at the Execuive Floor that we had access to the lounge. The service and food were excellent! One thing you don't want to miss is the swimming pool---25m x 11m, big and relaxing! The rooms were very nice. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful, especially the concierge. It is located right on the subway line (in the same building as a subway entrance) which makes transportation very convenient.

Excellent hotel, especially for the traveller who wants a fitness facility. The pool and gym areas are top-notch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was finding the hotel, since the map attached to the reservation was unclear. Having the hotel's name and address on the reservation in Mandarin would have been better.

"Bejing"
We travel a lot and found this hotel to be a perfect choice for our family vacation. The accommodations were first rate and service staff really made us feel at home. It really helped set the tone for our entire stay in Beijing. Again, amenities, staff, location etc. were all first rate. It was a very seamless and relaxing experience.

"nice 5star hotel"
Typical high-end 5star hotel. Great breakfast buffet, the rooms with a city view let you see the Forbidden city and are not too noisy.
Hotel is very nice clean and confortable. The personnel needs to learn how to take care of the customers in order for it to be five stars. The service is way behind in taking care of the needs of the guests.

The Regent is a fabulous hotel-with a great location, excellent service, terrific restaurants, and gorgeous accomodations. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Beijing.
"Top Notch Five Star Hotel and location"
I was fairly sure by the description on line that this was a top notch hotel. When we arrived I noticed that half the first floor of the hotel was taken up by the local Rolls Royce showroom. I was impressed. Nuff said!

Although it is a very nice and clean hotel I did find the services it offered to be very overpriced. Breakfast was not included with my hotel booking and therefore had to be paid for separately and at £23 I thought it was too much. I also asked the hotel to book some tours for me and the tours they offered were incredibly expensive. £150 for a tour […] of Beijing seemed too much especially as the subway was 20p to go anywhere. I also asked the concierge to book a train for me to Xi’an and they told me to go to the train station myself and get the tickets which cost me a lot of time and effort. "I like this hotel very much, especially with the special rate"
Spacious room layout, comfortable design, I made a good decision in upgrading myself to the Regent Club. If the rate is favorable, this will be the Hotel in Beijing for me.

"Fantastic Hotel"
The Regent Beijing was a terrific place to stay. The room was beautiful, fantastic bathroom, great view of the city, and the service was fantastic. The Regent is very close to Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing Street, and other Beijing sites. For sites further away, there is a subway station right under the hotel and the staff was great about […] calling a cab and giving the Chinese taxi drivers good instructions.
