O Hotel é bem localizado, quartos limpos e com ótima infra-estrutura.Possui tv,microondas,fricobar e acesso a internet gratuita.Achamos um pouco facil de mais a entrada no hotel, várias vezes entramos a noite sem ninguém na recepção e mesmo ficando no térreo não tivemos nenhum incidente.Foi super tranquilo.O café tem panqueca, ovos, bacon, batat e café leite e suco de laranja.Tudo bem gostoso.O Jason da recepção é um doce, nos deu várias dicas de onde ir em Dallas.Voltaria com certeza!Recomendo a todos!

O hotel esta realmente muito proximo a Universidade do Texas, Arlington-UTA (cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada) e, portanto, é muito util para quem precisa visitar a universidade por poucos dias e nao tem carro. O hotel nao oferece cafe da manha mas nas proximidades ha diversas lanchonetes e a Farmacia Walgreens. O hotel oferece internet (wireless), porem, no quarto nao ha sequer uma mesa e cadeira.

O hotel é lindo e o pessoal extremamente atencioso. Fica encostado em uma das principais freeways da cidade de onde é fácil ir para qualquer lugar. Adquiri um pacote de "anniversary" com o pessoal da concierge que valeu muito a pena. Arrumaram o quarto de uma maneira super caprichada, e minha esposa adorou a surpresa. Achei a estadia e o hotel excelentes e recomendo a todos! Comparado com os hotéis em cidades mais caras como Nova York e Londres, este hotel é uma pechincha pelo que oferece!

"Great hotel for the price, bad neighborhood"
We were very pleased with the hotel and room as it had more of a condo feel than a hotel atmosphere. However, the swimming pool was overrun by hip-hop wannabes from the Section 8 housing apartments next door. From 10am until late night, these 'gangsta' boys would roam the pool and parking areas. Four such rap artists encircled my very scared 16 year […] old daughter at the pool. Fortunately, her 20 year old brother was there to extract her from the situation. In another incident, I had to demand that 5 young men get away from our Escalade as they kept checking the doors to see if anything was unlocked. The hotel is apparently helpless to forbid these welfare-enabled Children of the Corn due to it being 'politically incorrect' to deny any underprivileged soul full and total control over the pool area and parking lots. It really is very sad for the hotel chain and for PAYING but unaware guests. BEWARE OF THE POTENTIAL FOR A SERIOUS SITUATION. Leia mais
It was a great. Check-in was very quick and very friendly. Very nice rooms and a great location. Did I mention that the staff was excellent. I recommend the Hyatt Summerfield to anyone who is thinking about staying in this area.

Keeping this very brief I will say that from the time I arrived to the time I left I was very please with this hotel! The front desk staff, the clean rooms, nice grounds and great breakfast all made for a terrific stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for pleasure or business. The price was excellent for that I got!!!

not up to your normal hyatt, but for the price it was great--we had stayed there when it was a wyndham-very good breakfast-great location to lots of restaurants and Galleria-clean and quiet-only problem tv in living room didn't work too well, but we just jiggled the cords on back-didn't report it- we probably should have

"could be better"
I had problems checking in, which they eventually fixed. The iron did not work, heater in smaller bathroom did not work. I killed a roach in the bathroom the morning I left.
"Like a small apartment."
We only had one complaint, and that was that the toilet seat was broke. Otherwise, we had a great time. The bed was large and comfortable, the couch was a little hard. Checkin was smooth, all our info was in the system before arrival, so they didn't have to look it up by number. checkout was just the same. It was a little hard to find, the local roads […] are confusing. We almost missed the road by being in the wrong lane. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. Great for a weekend or vacation. "Weekend Getaway"
We arrived to find out our room wasnt ready. It was no big deal...we just wasted time in Walmart. The room was like a mini apartment, but there was no flat screens like it states on the website. Again no big deal. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. My only issue is that I got home and checked my balance on my credit card to find out the […] swiped my card for a security deposit and didnt care to mention that to me. I called and she states it on some piece of paper, mind u not on something I signed. If u are going to hold a dime of my money I need u to SAY something not hope I dont notice it later. Leia mais
"Great for families needing 2 bedrooms"
We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, nice full kitchen and living area. BIG closets. The laundry basket was a very nice touch for dirty clothes. Good warm breakfast with lots of selections including fresh fruit for my two small kids. there is no where else i would stay in all of texas, then this place. we attended the dallas/washington football game. clubs and food were very convient!

When we made the reservation the pictures online make the hotel look fantastic! But when we arrived in our room we quickly realized this is not what we saw in the pictures online. We called the front desk to complain and they told us those are the pictures of what the hotel will look like after the renovations where done, but they postponed the renovations. The room was large and in a quiet location. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked.
"Much more than we expected"
This hotel is fabulous! We stayed for a weekend and had an amazing experience. The kitchen was fully-equipped and the bed was even more comfortable than the one we have at home. It is very close to many restaurants and also to the Dallas Galleria. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable travel experience!
"A Bit Disorganized but the Price was Right"
We arrived to find their computer system down. Thankfully, we had a printed copy of our reservation. We were given a room on the ground on the floor. It was very nice until we discovered a 3 foot puddle in the kitchen carpet from the dishwasher. They walked over another key to us for a new room which was right around the corner. We unlocked this door […] and found it was already occupied!! We called from this room and someone came over with yet another set of keys and walked with us to the new room. Same layout as the others but just not as nice of condition. The carpets needed stretching and there was mold growing in the cracks of the fiberglass shower insert. The TV in the living room had a dark picture and didn't lock onto the signal for some time. Our "neighbors" were smokers and party goers. They kept us up until after 2 am. The breakfast is absolutely yummy and very extensive. They supplied hot eggs, meat, french toast, cereals, muffins, bagels, juices, yogurt,soda and coffees. Leia mais
"Suite room not so sweet price"
This hotel was nice for a weekend getaway from the normal life. Offers a small kitchen and living room to give it that home feeling like your own mini condo in Dallas. If you get a good deal for your stay its definitely worth it and its a nice drive away to the downtown area.
"The Best Kept Secret for Family of 3 or more"
If one needs to travel with children, this is the best option for the money when two bedrooms are required.

"Very pleased overall! Great customer service."
It is unusual these days to get great customer service, but that is what we got here...from start to finish. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was ample and tasty. My husband even took info about the hotel back to his boss so that co-workers could stay at this facility when they are in town for training - beats the accomodations down the road that […] were much more costly. This hotel was very sufficient it was really, really nice and the location was so convenient for the events that we had planned in Dallas. It was almost like a small apartment. Using hotel.com made it easy for us to choose because it mapped the location from the hotel to the other events we had planned and the photos that they show on the website were […] pretty precise. "Good potential, but lacking in details"
The room was spacious and well adorned, however there was a stench that prompted me to buy some air freshner. Management was courteous and a litle too accomodating. They allowed a group of seemingly intoxicated guest to party at the pool (which was right by my room) with loud music for hours.

Hotel was great! Nice room and pool was great. They also had the best buffet breakfast I have ever had! I just wish we could have stayed longer. It is definatly a great place to stay if you are staying for a long period of time, like on business or a large family for vacation so you are able to cook a few meals. "great for the money just one concern"
This was our second stay it is a nice hotel specially if you have children it has bedrooms and a full kitchen plenty of room to move. The only thing we were dissatisfied with this time was the hotel staff the front desk people on check in which was late at night and check out early in the morning were rude. "Great Place"
This is a true suite hotel. I like the separate bedroom and living room. The fully equipped kitchen with stove and full sized refrigerator with ice-maker is great for snacking and maybe having a meal in the room.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in the Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Addison and it was more than we expected. It was home away from home, with a nice living room, full kitchen, huge bedroom and walk in closet and great bath. We received the best care and had complimentary breakfast and dinner. Dinner was wonderful and there was such a variety […] of fruits and healthy food choices, including red and white wine. The staff was very friendly and the housekeepers were very attentive. My daughter left her cell phone charge and it was overnighted to our home the next day. There was convinient parking and we were close to a couple of Malls, Walmart, shopping centers and food places to eat. Just the best place I think I have ever stayed. We are planning on visiting some of their other locations. We have a dauther in San Antonio and already we are making plans to stay there next weekend. My girls will be traveling to Chicago and they will be checking into staying at the Hyatt Suites there as well. "Great room for the money"
The hotel was very nice. I've stayed there quite a few times and will definitely return again. My kids loved the basketball court and swimming pool, and I loved the jacuzzi.

had a concert to go to in Frisco, just hop, skip and jump away. Pool was beautiful and king bed was awesome. And when i stayed it was at the time of the Taste of Addison. It was phenomenal.

I was amazed! I priced all the area hotels, and nothing came close to the value of this hotel. The Beds were very comfortable, the space was roomy, the breakfast was good. I have no complaints. "Great hotel, but uncomfortable rooms"
The hotel is in great location and offers many amenities. However, one of the "features" resulted in a very uncomfortable, sweaty, night for my family and I. The "smart" thermostat which controls cooling/heating for the suites is relied upon by the management too heavily for problem free operation. Despite several calls to the front desk, except for […] the suggestion by the of setting the thermostat to work in the Celsius mode instead of the Fahrenheit mode, no one was sent to fix or remedy the problem. At 2:00 AM, the hotel did offer an alternate room on another floor. My suggestion is that if you find the temperature of the room uncomfortable when you arrive, immediately insist upon a different room...because based upon my experience, getting a problem resolved at a later time is almost impossible. Arrived during heavy rain storm. There was no covered area to stop while checking in. I got soaked right away. Our room was on the third floor, no elevators. The place is laid out like an apartment complex with many buildings. The water on the sidewalk was so deep I had to take off my shoes to get to the room. "Huge Space, although dated"
This is a clean hotel with all the amenities a business traveler needs. It is a little dated, and I had a toilet that ran all night despite alot of jiggling the handle. I would stay there again.
