As the hotel is comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again. The staff is very kind. I was somewhat disappointed with the care of the breakfast. I waited over 40 minutes and my order has not arrived ... I left.

"Great Place to Stay During Weekdays"
Price goes up on weekends. Too expensive for me. But during week, this is quite the value. Rooms are excellent! Would recommend it highly.

"Lady luck Hotel"
Had a fantastic time, planned a great drive thru the Rockies, nothing better. Tired and stressed after a six hour drive, pulled into the hotel and after checking in, finally could relax. Accomodations, staff, expectations...absolutely amazing. If you want Vegas...go to Vegas. If you want comfortable and feeling the "ahh" experience, it's here ...this […] is where you "need" to be. "Poor Room"
The sheets on the bed were torn or ripped, some of the light bulbs were burnt out, and the window did not shut completely which in turn, caused us to listen to the fans turning all night long outside. It looked like they tried to make chicken salad out of chicken ****.

Rate was good. Hotel was impressive from the Outside, room was unimpressive. It was very run of the mill, but it was clean and serviceable

Upon arrival we were told that the reservation had not been received We stood at the desk for over ten to fifteen minutes We do not know who was responsible but this was not FUN!!!!!! The desk never did find the reservation and put us in another room very disappointed
"Lady Luck Tower-A great experience!"
This was my first time in a hotel, and my first time taking a vacation, so I really can't tell you whether or not this hotel is better or worse than others, but I will tell you it was very affordable, the staff was absolutely wonderful(they even gave me a fridge for the night for FREE! may not do it for everyone though...) and it is close to quite a […] few casinos, from which I had great luck in gambling at. I will definitely return to this hotel, because they didn't treat me like I was just another patron...they treated me like I was someone special, and I truly appreciate that! Leia mais

Clean room, friendly and welcoming personal. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay another time.
The hotel was great......the only drawback was we did have a smoking room and it had a horrible smell when we first entered. I did get some odor neutrilizer and used it. It helped. I think it may be worth spraying a bit of Febreeze once the room is cleaned. I smoke but do not like the smell of stale tobacco smoke. The staff was wonderful.
"Rude Check-In, Stinky Room"
Upon check in I was told I didn't have a reservation, when in truth the front desk agent had spelled it incorrectly. He finally asked for an ID, and then figured it out. Agent seemed completely clueless although it said "Head Front Desk Agent" on his name badge. Our room was ok, doors to bathroom didn't really shut, and the coffee pot was located practically […] on top of the toilet (YUCK). When we returned to our room later that evening, we noticed a strong gas odor (rotten egg). Called the front desk 3 times and they kept saying they would send maintenance to check on it. We never heard back from them, and finally had to walk down to the front desk. They offered us to change rooms, but when we went to look at the new room, it was only a king bed (we had 3 adults in our room) so obviously that would not work. They said normally they would refund our stay, but couldn't because we booked throught hotels.com. If I would have known that I would have called the hotel directly and not booked through hotels.com......FRUSTRATING. Leia mais

Hotel was ok for the price. It was like $80 cheaper than the Ameristar. we only stayed the one night. It was really just a bed. We checked in, the lady at the check in was not very nice, but oh well. We got to our floor, and the floor smelled like rotten eggs. Got in our room, the room did not smell though, which was nice. Went out for the night and […] finally came back to the room to sleep at 2am. Floor still smelled. The beds are very hard and pillows were uncomfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel if you just want to go up for the night and dont plan on being in the hotel portion for a longer time. It was a place to sleep after a long night. Leia mais

The walk from the room to the Lobby or Casino is longer than expected. There seemed to be some strange smells in the hallway, like sewer gas.

I was worried because I'd seen things about uncomfy beds and noisy neghbors, but I found the room to be as comfortable as any other I've stayed and I had no trouble sleeping. You can walk to all the other main casinos. The only down side for me about this hotel was they do not have a gym. Though would this be worth double the price? Probably not.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lady Luck Tower at Blackhawk,Co. The rooms were clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. But more important than that were the employees in the hotel, casinos & restaurants. They were some of the nicest, friendliest people. It was like talking to friends!

"beds are uncomfortable"
I couldn't sleep. I tossed and turned all night because the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Not to mention the temp. in the room was way to hot and we had the heat turned off we couldnt get the temp to go down, the window wouldnt open. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll pay the extra $ and go elsewhere.

"the lady luck hotel not at all what was described"
Our stay was very disappointing! The hotel room was not at all as it was described on the site. The bed was very hard, the bottom sheet had a hole and there wasn't a mattress cover. The holey sheet covered a dirty mattress. The employees were very nice and changed the sheet and gave us extra sheets to use as a barrier but still was not a relaxing night. […] The bed was very hard and the pillows were extremely flat. The room we stayed in had cracked window and black mold in the bathroom. Close enough to the action. Nice hotel and casino. Beds good and the bathrooms were nice. Rooms just as nice as the Ameristar at a fraction of the price.

OMG!! Don't plan on getting any sleep at this hotel. I suppose if you're just coming up to gamble, then you don't have to worry about it. We thought it would be fun to do a little gambling and then spend the night before leaving for the airport. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in other rooms and the hall. And the low-flush toilets […] sound like a gun shot going off in the middle of the night from the other rooms. I would not stay here again! Leia mais
"fun local hotel"
This was our second time to Lady Luck. Great local fun gambling. Check in lady was very grouchy. The rooms were ok, but no cool air all night, we were very uncomfortable. The pillows did not have covers so the little quills poked you in the face all night.

The Hotel and room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk was easy to get ahold of. There was a coffee pot in the room, and small bottles of shampoo, cream rinse, and hand lotion which was very nice. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was extremly hot upon arrival. It took a long time to cool down. […] There was no T.V. guide. I watch some T.V. but I didn't know what was on. "Great location, horrible bed."
While the hotel and the staff were great, the bed was horrible. You could tell that the mattress was quite old, and of very inferior materials. It had a horrible sag to it. But hey, who go to the casino for the bed.

More than expected in a 3 star hotel. Very pleasant stay.
