Loved the hotel! My only complaint is that it did get a little noisy at one point. But hotel is beautiful and room was nice and clean. Definitely will stay again.

one of the best experience

Better space for giants than normal people - everything is so architecturally out of scale, that even washing your face becomes a test of 'how far can you really reach and can you wash your face with straight arms?'. Sure, it is clean, staff is polite. If you're in a conference (like me), be prepared to walk a mile from your room to the conference center. […] I liked the little convenience store on site, with badly inflated prices, but without a car it was a nice thing to find instead of the usual miserable cold case at the reception. Weather during my trip wasn't that favorable, so can't say anything about the pool life - they looked well maintained, and also with consideration to the more mature travelers without children, which I've learned to appreciate a lot. Some issues, like lightbulbs not working in the room and not changed when left out, and overall the lighting in the room isn't that helpful if you're still tasking in bed. But it is a nice hotel, without a doubt. Don't bother with their tea, either. It is really cute, and absolutely awful tasting, so if you're an avid tea drinker like me, bring your own tea. Rosen Shingle Creek hotel is not the best I've ever stayed in, and certainly nowhere near the worst. Well worth the money. Just make sure you bring a step stool if your shorter than 5'5". Leia mais

We were able to take advantage of the pools after a long drive. The hotel was clean and the grounds were very pretty. The nature walk was pleasant and relaxing.

$5/day to use the gym $16/day parking

All that gliters is not gold applies to this hotel. Bad location, bad service - made sure to rip off by charging you loads even for a single local phone call. Not recommended at all.....

This was a Massive hotel that was very clean and well worth the price. A great hotel to take the kids.

Beautiful Hotel w/ beautiful golf course. Friendly staff. More of a business hotel than a family hotel. The only negative was the parking which was $12 per day and a far from the entrance. Valet available for $20.

I loved it it was my second stay , I just asked for an upgrade and ended up getting a Exe-suite for the same price it was Awsome I can't wait to get back I toured the grounds and everything was close such as shopping resturants and activites I encourage everyone to come and experience the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort

We love to go here and relax, convenient to all attractions also. Everything was wonderful from staff to pool to spa services.

We visited Downtown Disney earlier & were heading to downtown Orlando the next morning, so this fell in between. Just off I-Drive, but felt secluded and private. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze - plenty of staff. They told us how to use self parking, and even met us at the car witha golf cart since we had more than a few items including 13 month […] old! The room was on 11th floor with a nice view of one of the amusement parks. There wer plenty of restaurants to choose from. 3 large pools and hot tub - plenty of lounges & towels. We had a GREAT time - there was even a weding that night & we got to watch them take photos around the pool and golf course - fun! Leia mais

Resort is a better name for this hotel. Fabulous room, onsite restaurants, grocery market, fabulous view, golfing area, etc. Would recommend highly:)

A nice atmosphere for a conference event, more relaxed than the typical hotel. Disappointed in a major way in the towels in my room. They were old and very worn, one had holes in it. rosen shingle creek, was very comfortable, and primely located near universal studios. the rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel accomidations are terrific, i cant think of a better place to stay in orlando

Was there for an overnight stay with Fla Realtors Assoc... Pleasant surroundings. Good food... Liked the dinner Buffett in Osceola Dining room. Did not like the fact you had to pay for Internet service they should correct that immediately! Most everyone else does not charge especially since we are a paying a priemium to sat there.

Pleasently surprised by everything about the hotel

The resort was fabulous! The staff was very accommodating and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was blown away once again by everything the hotel has to offer. On this trip, I played golf at the course next to the hotel(Shingle Creek Golf Course?) and to say that the course was pristine is an understatement. I cannot wait to bring the family back for another stay. Thanks

walked in cheerios all over carpet. hairs in bathroom on toilet and tub, towels were all frayed and one big towel had a hole. for the price i paid expected much more

I've stay many times in this hotel. Good price, excellent service, beautiful and clean.

Overall experience was great, with just a few minor exceptions. To be an up scale hotel and expensive room rates, you have to pay extra for internet access and when arriving at hotel, if you want to take your own baggage and items to your room, you are not allowed to use the luggage carts. very nice hotel. we enjoyed our stay

We visited during the holidays to play golf and have some down time. There was a huge group there at the same time (hotel was sold out) we never felt crowded or without a place to relax. Beautiful grounds to walk, nice golf course, several pools, and very close to Universal if that is on your agenda. Close to everything, but enough "off the beaten path" […] to feel refreshing and not chaotic. Do beware that the room rate is JUST THAT. Everything costs. Including the fitness room and a cup of coffee! Its a beautiful resort and we expected resort amenities. They are definitely there, but nothing is complimentary so do expect to pay to park, work out, etc. Lovely property, we may return and look for a package rate next time. Leia mais

The hotel was great! Check in was fast and everyone was friendly. We stayed one night. The bed was comfortable and the blackout drapes came in handy for sleeping in. The restaurant downstairs had great tasting food and the prices weren't too bad. There's also a store in the hotel which is a bit pricey but very convenient. My stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek - Orlando was fantastic. The grounds were immaculate, the facilities were clean and detailed and my room was spotless and comfortable. It was a little dated to have internet service in the room via hard wired vs. wireless but it provided flawless service. I was in for a convention and I liked the proximity to the Convention […] Center. The restaurants were wonderful, the 24 hour market was a life saver at 4 AM (sore throat because of the cold weather) and the rooms were quiet. I only wish I had my family, more time and better weather to take advantage of all the other amenities. I’d definitely stay here again! Leia mais

Great hotel not far from I-Drive, fantastic golf course, excellent restaurants and awesome pool area. Only one negative... they charge high prices for parking, even self parking was $10 a night, and the self parking lot is NOT close to the lobby or guest rooms. If I have to walk a 1/4 mile back to the hotel, I shouldn't have to pay for it. the Valet […] was $18 a night, but worth it not to have to walk from the parking lot. Leia mais

The only thing I can say is perfect

Whether you'd like Rosen Shingle or not depends on who you are. If you are rich and have no problem shelling out money, this is probably one of the best places to be in. On the other hand, if you are a normal American dude or a middle class tourist, you need to understand the following: The base price of the hotel for it's star rating may be nice but […] that's not the end of it. You will be charged for every basic service. 1) Parking is not free. It's 12 bucks if you park yourself and 20 if you choose Valet parking. The hotel is so huge and it's very likely that you get a 12th floor room (like in my case). Parking lot is not just outside the lobby. You need to walk a good distance to get to your car. If you have too much luggage, you'd spend at least an hour taking the luggage to the hotel. This makes Valet parking more attractive and there goes 20 bucks plus tip out of your pocket. 2) Breakfast is NOT free. It's 20 bucks per head. There will NOT be a microwave in your room. They do have a microwave in a place they call "the market" which can be used for free. It's like a store that you see inside airports and you can get lots of stuff including milk, sunscreen lotion, tea, coffee and the like. They also have a starbucks inside which is infact nice. This means that if you want a tea or a coffee and you want to make it rather than paying from your pocket each time your pocket each time, you'd have to come to the market to get to the Microwave. They do have a coffee maker in the room. I drink tea with milk and I had to come down to the market to heat it up each time. 3) Internet Access is NOT free. They don't have a basic internet access that is complimentary. They have plans starting 10 bucks per day. Internet is also linked to the TV and you can browse and watch internet on TV. I didn't use it and I don't know much about it. But they do have it for you to use at an extra cost. 4) They close the laundry and Health center in the night and you need to call the securi Leia mais

me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks its amazing and massive the only problem we had was that no i trolly stopped on our road so taxi ever evenin to point it was money wasted $10 but the hotel was worth it very clean and comfortable would reccommend hotel to everyone but stay on international drive if on budget i trolly stops every where

Our room had long dark hairs in the tub. The hotel is not very kid friendly as it is geared towards conventions. the restaurants are way overpriced and the italian restaurant is just so so. Plus who wants to pay 28 dollars for spagetti and meatballs. while at the pool a baby had a leaking poopy swinsuit and my wife informed the staff. they sent a couple […] security people who sat there a minute looked around and said they see nothing. extremely dangerous. the view from room was awesome. beds were comfortable and the marketplace on lower level and the coffee cafe were great. also, the pools are always cold for some reason. My husband and I love this hotel every chance we get we book and stay here. Everyone is always so helpful and the location isn't far from the restaurants and stores. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and spas are very nice and clean. The rooms are still in tip top shape even after years of coming here. This is a true resort: 3 pools, plus kiddie pool and hot tub. Service at the pool - a little slow - but easy access to pool-bar . Staff was very friendly and the room was very new and clean. Close to Universal and all attrections. Parking was free for us (usually $12/day) and there were no surprise charges. Will go again.

I was extremely disappointed to receive a charge of over $44.00 for Internet service when I was told at check-in that the Internet service was free. I even verified that the service was to be free with the front desk operator after the login required me to agree to a daily fee, but received a bill at checkout anyway.

just the room was not so clean as you espect in this category. All other things were great, the pools are clean and very big. We would come back.

great hotel very friendly and helpfull, very glad i chose it for me and my wife she loved it. They had three big pools and plenty of stores and resturants to eat at,iam def going back
