Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados por 3 dias no início de Janeiro. Excelente localização, com acesso direto ao Metrô. Perto das principais atrações locais. Quartos grandes e muito bem conservados. Funcionários atenciosos.

Estivemos hospedados em dezembro, antes do Natal. Como o hotel estava em obras, sua avaliação fica um pouco prejudicada. Mas para uma família de cinco, ficamos muito bem instalados: quarto, sala e cozinha separados e boa limpeza. Excetuando-se o continental breakfast - que é sofrível - e a obra, nada temos a reclamar. Porém, quanto ao café, nada que o Trader Joe´s, um mercadinho praticamente em frente, não resolva, já que o apto tem uma boa cozinha, com geladeira grande.. A localização é o ponto forte: à esquerda Georgetown, à direita o centro de Washington. Pra quem gosta de andar e não tem crianças, dá pra fazer praticamente tudo à pé. Ficamos satisfeitos com a escolha.

Esse foi um dos melhores hoteis q eu fiquei com minha família nos EUA! O café da manhã é ótimo, com boa variedade, incluindo uma deliciosa salada de frutas! O estacionamento tem um preço acessível, se compararmos com os de Was DC e com o carro tivemos a mobilidade de transitar por varios locais que não eram acessíveis de metrô. A Manager do Hotel foi muito simpatica e atenciosa, assim como todos os outros funcionários! Com certeza, estarei dando preferencia a essa rede nas próximas estadias!

We booked our one-night stay through Hotels.com and they gave us the wrong room upon arrival. After one phone call, we were taken to the correct room with apologies, free breakfast coupons, movie rental and popcorn. We love the location and all of the amenities. The pool is just right for kids with a convenient shower area and toiletries down the hall. I was not expecting much more than a standard hotel experience. However I was pleasantly suprised with the friendliest and helpfulness that I found. The hotel is well run, and the staff is great. It is convenient for shopping and dining.

"Great rooms, horrible valet !"
The room was great, everything was clean and neat, the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy! The only complaint I have is the valet parking was horrible. Once you arrive there is a very small circle driveway that u are expected to get out and leave your car there while there are six other cars in the way, the attendant then asked you are you parking […] over night or visiting and then tries to get information out of you while your trying to unpack your car and it's 30 degrees outside. And asking what's your room number over and over "I don't know I just pulled up", then after we check in they run up to you again to ask for the room number. They help you bring in your things and immediately take the cart. When it's time retrieve your car you have to ride down a different elevator to the valet booth and they they in turn take about ten minutes of asking questions and getting your car. It's a big headache... Please find a new system! Also the attendance will act like they do not understand you! Leia mais

Had anticipated $5 credit for Starbucks for "going green" but was only offered $5 credit at hotel's restaurant which didn't benefit us since we were checking out […] when coupon was dispersed. "I stay because of the beds"
Our room was a little dirty and smelled a little like poo, but the beds at starwood hotels are so awesome. Our shower was also broken. I wouldn't stay there again, but would find the next closest starwood hotel.

The hotel was GORGEOUS. The bed was one of the most comfortorable I've ever slept in. Right on par with a Hyatt. It's not very close to DC so I wouldn't recommend it if you want convenience. Valet parking is $22 and you have no option other than valet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "Everything was excellent except Samia!"
We arrived at the hotel after a long ride from the Hampton Roads area via "backroads" to Arlington. The valet and the concierge "Cynthia" were very friendly and greeted us warmly. At the front desk, there 2 women that were being helped. Samia the Front Desk person was all smiles and had friendly banter for them as she completed their transaction as […] gave directions to their room. When we approached the desk, we were met with curtness, no smile, and no friendly banter. She did manage to mumble a "Good Afternoon" with no eye contact. She was rude. Plain and simple. Rude. I gave her our name and asked her about the parking. She curtly told us what the rates were, told us our room number, and pointed to the elevators. I was angry and about ask for the manager on duty, but I didn't. I gave Samia a 'free pass". No worries, I made notes for this review to post. The rest of the our 3 day stay was great. Restaurant and bar staff were outstanding. The facilities and location met and exceeded our needs for this trip. Suggestion: Retraining for Samia and all front desk personnel on customer service for ALL GUESTS! When a guest approaches the counter, ALL conversations (non work related ) amongst coworkers should stop upon the approach of guests. We will stay again if needed, but will not be as forgiving with the rudeness. Leia mais

"parking my car."
The only complaint I had was that the door man n the dude that wanted to park my car stood at my car breathing down my neck rushing me to get my belonging out of my car. I really don't like to be rushed when im on vacation.

Website mentioned that microwave is available upon request. I requested it while booking and the request was ignored. At checkin, i requested again. they first said they dont have microwaves in rooms. Then another receptionist told me that they can give me microwave at $25/day. Next time, I will go for another hotel.

Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to help us. The location was great, just around the corner from the Ballston Sation, and one block from eating establishments for both morning and night. The parking was a bit excessive. But if you don't have a car it's wonderful!

Our family stayed The Westin Arlington Gateway during Canada day and independance day. The place was easy to access to Washington D.C downtown - just 10 minutes dirve from the hotel. Macy, big mall, coffeeshop and foodcourt are just around corner. We can park a car at the parking lot at the mall during Saturday and Sunday, The fee of parking was just […] 1 dollar per night. When we arrived to our room we immediately open the window to air the room out. After that, it was fine. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was O.K. Did have to ask them to refill the yogurt and there wasn't enough muffins.

The hotel tries it's best to be a high end hotel with affordable prices, but hasn't quite gotten there. The room was comfortable and clean, but though they leave complimentary water bottles there is no refrigerator to cool them off. They have coffeee, but no cream. Everything has to be purchased (no free breakfast, no free wi-fi, TV stations are very […] limited and not particularly kid friendly) and the parking is limited to valet service so we paid an exorbitant amount just to park our car for two days. The neighborhood was clean and nice and had convenient shopping and restaurants. The Metro station is around the block. The staff is friendly and helpful. The guests on our hall were up until 3:00 AM yelling and talking, but the hotel has little control of that. A few tweaks here and there and the place could be reallly nice. Leia mais

"Love the stay"
Staff was pleasant and I have no complaints from my stay. I had 2 small dogs which were easily accommodated with dog beds & bowls. Their Heavenly brand is great, with comfortable beds, bath robe, and the unique double shower head! I will stay here again and would recommend it to others.

"Short Getaway"
This is a nice hotel. I would stay here again. My only complaint would be when we returned from the pool our key card did not work to get back into our room. So I had to leave my husband and 2 toddlers outside the room (wet) while I ran downstairs to the lobby (wet) to have them reactivate my key.

"Great location!"
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The beds are wonderful, the dual shower heads are great and the check-in and valet were expedient. The only comment that I have is that the refrigerator was locked-not that we wanted to use the items in there, but I wanted to refrigerate a bottled drink that I had brought with me in the fridge.

The check in was quick and our room was great. I requested a fridge ahead of time and it was in our room upon arrival, but when I added a request of micro upon arrival... we have never got it. The staff dropped the ball somewhere, but they were very nice and tried hard to correct it. We traveled with children and TV programs are not sufficient for the […] younger children, adding Disney, or Nick Jr would be nice. Overall it was a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Nice place; above average accommodations and staff; great location. Room is kind of stuffy and the temp controls won't let you adjust to your own comfort level. Be prepared for a $22 a day charge for parking. Standard for the area but it irks me none the less.
