Tive um problema no check-out pois eu tinha feito uma reserva anterior pelo Booking.com que foi cancelada, mas aí o hotel não recebeu esse cancelamento e também não recebeu a nova reserva do Hotéis.com. Apareceu para o controle de reservas do hotel uma reserva pelo Expedia, ao que pergunto se é vinculado ao Hotéis.com. Eu mostrei ao hotel que o valor da hospedagem já tinha sido lançado na minha fatura do cartão de crédito e eles aceitaram efetivar o check-out até porque tinham até então a reserva com o booking válida. Disseram que me contatariam até o dia 28, quando eu já estava no Brasil. Solicito mesmo assim que me confirmem se a reserva apareceu como Expedia por favor.

O hotel é bom para um 3 estrelas. Tem uma boa localização se você for circular de taxi. Se for pegar o metrô, a localização não é ideal pois requer uma caminhada de uns 10 a 15 minutos.

O hotel esta localizado no coração da parte turistica, da area de compras, facil de alcançar tudo com metro. O hotel é confortavel, limpo. Não ha muitas opçoes de comida para room service

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The hotel is not very far from the airport (30min-40min depending on traffic) and is directly in the center of all sightseeing points. The Metro station is 5min walk just around the corner. The only annoying thing was that the personnel did not speak English very well, which should […] be basic for such hotel in that price class. It was also very hard to get hold of someone in the spa (they did not speakl English at all). Even though some language barriers, I would recommend the hotel. "Great Location, excellent serice, comfortable stay"
We found the hotel convenient and comfortable in all ways. Only positives to say about it. The desk and coincierge all speak good English. Thats a great plus. The check in was a breeze and the staff explained we could upgrade to a suite for an additional charge, which we accepted. The suite was luxurios. The coimcierge helped to arrange a taxi for us […] for the day to go the Wall and the Forbidden City. Also on a cold windy day, they suggested a place within a few metres away to have a Peking Duck Dinner. The Location of the hotel is so good, very close to a subway sttaion, very close to the Forbidden City and the Tiananmen Square, and right opposite a Starbucks.If I went to Beijing again, i would happily stay there again and recommend others to stay there too. "Ok, just stay out out of the minibar......"
Good place to stay, walking distance to shopping malls ect....anything extra at hotel is expensive. Visit the restaurant "DADONG" in the 5 th. floor just across the street in Jinbaohui Shopping Center. Best duck ever....we didn't reserve so one hour in the bar. (d) at 50 Yuan a shoot, imported brands, enjoy.

The stay at Park Plaza was very pleasant. We were advised to downgrade from 5* to 4* at Park Plaza aswe were travelling with our teenage son and the cost per night went down by half! The room was spacious and comfortable even with 3 of us. There is a nice restaurant in the Hutong behind the hotel that serves very good and inexpensive meals. We ended […] up eating there twice in a day! Though It is a quiet area and a good 30 mins' walk to forbidden city and Tiananmen Sq, nothing beats having a hotel near the hospital. When you are well, you can walk anywhere but when you are sick, what you need is a good hosptial near the hotel. The hotel is only about 10 minutes' walk to nearest hospital. This turned out to be a plus plus point for me as I needed immediate medical attention one night and was recommended Xie He Hospital. The medication helped me recover from severe pain from UTI to climbing the great wall the very next morning. Though it was difficult to flag down a cab from wangfujing area, we were able to call a cab easily from the hotel but we needed to walk back from hospital to hotel. with the hotel so close by, we had no problem walking back even late at night. The rooms aren't incredible from a luxury standpoint and a little on the small side-but the staff and location is excellent. We found it our best hotel experience of the trip. We had a club level room that included breakfast. Stick with the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant because you get that privilege if you are upgraded to a club level room. […] The drinks and exec. club room upstairs is nice for happy hour but the room is kind of small, and can get crowded. TIPS: Ask the concierge for the location of laundry place nearby. Cheaper than the hotel laundry. If you want a high end Peking Duck experience then you have Da Dong Duck which is across the street. Order the candied apple desert, it's amazing. We had a far more amazing meal at Taste, The flavors of Yunnan Restaurant. Cheaper, authentic and down the road in a Hutong alley off of Dongsi Street which is the same road that the Regent hotel is on. Bout a 15 min walk, ask staff for detailed directions using their taxi card. not hard at all. Hotel concierge booked our Great Wall day trip with a private driver, I recommend that for a hassle free day. Convenient location, very close to the subway. Line 5 runs here. The rooms are well done and are very comfortable. Added bonus of wi-fi in the rooms. Staff speaks decent English. There is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. Stayed only for 1 night. Cons- IT is hard to find the hotel as its on a off street from the main road. "Good value at good location"
Stayed at hotel for 3 nights, very pleased with the quality, location and price of this hotel. Also stayed a night at the Peninsula half a block away, which had outrageous prices to pretty much similar comfort.

Very clean room. Free working internet. Friendly staff, fluent in English. Right next to Dengshikou subway station on line 5. 15 minute walk to Forbidden City. 5 minute walk to shopping on Wangfujing street. Next door to Ferrari dealership (in case you're looking).
Second time staying in this hotel and it does not fail my expection. Rooms clean and well mannered staff

This was a perfect base for our 10-night vacation in Beijing. Great location; lots of key sites within walking distance, and having a subway station next to hotel rear door was great for access to all Beijing destinations.. "The Park Plaza- very good hotel in good location"
I stayed in the park plaza for two nights and found it an excellent hotel. The staff were most courteous and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The location was very suitable for walking to Tianmen Square, Forbidden City etc.
FOURTH TIME WE STAYED HERE AND THIS TIME THE BATHROOM IN OUR ROOM WAS FULL OF MOLD ON THE FLOOR, AND TILE IN THE SHOWER. POINTED IT OUT TO NIGHT MANAGER AND HOPE THEY TAKE CARE OF IT.

The hotel is in an excellent location despite being hidden from the main road (and the noise!). It is also within walking distance to Wangfujing and other attractions. The hotel staffs were extremely courteous and welcoming. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable enough for us. There was a power outage in our room on the second night and it […] was fixed promptly and someone sent up a bowl of fruits to compensate the inconveniences, I presumed. "Very pleased"
We had 4 days here. Took an upgrade (great breakfast, late check out and use of the computer etc) which was good. Room was a little on the small size but was really nice and clean. Good size bathroom. So close to the metro/subway station and a short walk to Wangfujing. Staff were great (very helpful).

I use this subway to make numerous trips to Silk Market (about 3 stations away, although need to change from Line 5 to Line 1). Initially booked the hotel based on many good reviews but was disappointed. The hotel is near to a subway, true, but on a line which requires a switch to the main line 5, not exactly convenient then as the switch had one of the longer walks between lines. Maintenance decides to embark on some knocking and renovation at 5am on the last night. Called […] to complain, asked us if we wanted to move to another room (at 5am?? on a check out day??!), thank you very much. Din didn't diminish, after a 2nd complain, this time a little more annoyed, the Front office people came up to ask them to stop the works. Shouldn't maintenance be done later in the morning/towards afternoon when most guests would be away or at least up already! Generally dissatisfied and would not go back nor recommend. Leia mais

Very nice and clean hotel. The location was very good, only a few minutes from the subway station, and about 10-15 minutes walk to Wangfujing shopping street. The facilities were good, free internet in the rooms and various TV channels. The only issue was that on checking in we were told that the room we booked for 3 adults did not in fact contain 2 […] beds, and that we would have to pay around an extra 200 rmb per night for the extra bed, or for around 500 rmb we would have breakfast included as well, which is what we ended up choosing. However we later checked what the reservation said and it did indeed say we had a room with 2 double beds but it seems the hotel did not provide this. Leia mais

We immediately liked the feel of the hotel once we stepped in. Our room was of a good size and the bathroom was spacious, which is great. Everything looked relatively new and were well maintained. There were many electrical sockets for us to charge our items. The hotel is located just 3 mins away from Exit C of Deng Shi Kou Station so that made travelling […] very easy. And Wangfujing was a straight road down, with Fobrbidden City just a a few streets away after Wangfujing. The receptionists were friendly and the concierge/bellboys were very very helpful! We really appreciated their tips and friendliness. It felt great returning to the hotel each day. And do try the street vendor across the road for a Beijing pancake breakfast! Delicious! Clean and comfortable. We had exec. rooms so breakfast was included. Otherwise breakfast alone can cost a bunch. 2 minute walk to the train and 5 minute walk to famour shopping street. Service was excellent. Took about 45 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport.

I had a really enjoyable time here knowing that whenever I got tired of seeing sights, I'd be able to go back to a comfortable, clean, and just generally superb hotel room with wonderful staff and service. My friend and I switched to this hotel after our first one told us there'd be no hot water for the first week (what???), and we're really glad for […] the switch. Location is convenient for subway line 5 (right at the hotel), but tiananmen is still a 30-minutes walk away. Wangfujing pedestrian street is about 15 minutes walk. Cabs in this area were really hard to catch, which was a bit of an annoyance. This is a good hotel for business travelers who need to be close to Wangfujing and leisure travelers who want to be close to tiananmen square. However, for me (in town to see friend), this location was not very convenient because few people actually live in this central part of town. And again, with cabs so hard to hail in the area (lots of hotels, tourists, demand), it wasn't actually very convenient. Leia mais

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Its in an ideal location if you're in Beijing to do some sightseeing and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak enough English to get by and the language barrier wasn't an issue at all.Our check in was a bit slow and the room wasn't ready but the staff were able to fix it and […] a new room was sorted out immediately. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Our room included the happy hour drinks and snacks which were a nice way to wind down after busy days. This hotel will be my home each time I come to Beijing. The standard of satisfaction is unbelievably high for a four star hotel. It is very clean. I was upgraded to a de luxe room which was unexpected but made me feel very welcome. The amenities are remarkably satisfactory. The service of the front desk, concierge, and room cleaners was efficient. They […] were attentive to my needs. The fact that it is set back from the main road is for me an advantage as it has a quiet, secluded atmosphere to it, yet it is just a few steps away from main road and a few blocks away from Wangfujing promenade. There is a Starbucks with free wifi right in front of the entrance. Across the road on the left side of the hotel, there are fine dining restaurants. If one is on a tight budget, there is a small convenience store and small eateries patronized by the locals along the street on the lower left side of the hotel which is very helpful.. To top it all, I got a surprise birthday cake right in my room courtesy of the Front Office Manager. With my budget, I couldn't ask for more guys. Will certainly be back when in Beijing. Leia mais

My wife and I stayed at the Park Plaza Beijing last week for three nights. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Fantastic location, only a couple of blocks from the Wangfujing market (best seen at night) and a reasonable walk from the Forbidden City. Make sure you go for the upgrade. For about $50 per night you get a larger room with a view, […] a buffet breakfast that's the best I've ever experienced, and a happy hour that serves what amounts to a reasonable dinner along with complimentary drinks. The staff is exceptional. You could not ask for better service. There is one thing that I would mention. Many cab drivers do not seem to know where the Park Plaza Hotel is, even though it's very well located in the center of the city. This seems to have to do with the fact that the Park Plaza is a relatively new hotel. The staff is well aware of this issue. Make sure you have a detailed map with the location of the hotel that you can show your cab driver (in Chinese). But do not let this minor issue keep you from staying at the Park Plaza. Leia mais

"Great hotel, good value and near Wanfujing"
Excellent service and room quality. Tip - Buying breakfast through room service can be cheaper than having the Room+breakfast reservation. Some staff may not speak English, I don't see that as a problem. Anyway, we had an iphone app that helped with Mandarin.

This is a great hotel. Everything was clean and the service was outstanding. All the lobby staff spoke perfect English. Wangfujing street was about 5-10 min. walk from hotel. Clean and well-located hotel. We stayed here on our way into China. I would recommend this hotel, BUT, we stayed at the Regent Beijing next door on the way out of China and it was AWESOME. I think we paid slightly less for this hotel than the Regent. I'd pay about $40/night extra for the Regent but would choose the Park Plaza Wangfujing if the difference […] were more than that. The breakfast here was good but very expensive. Not worth $46 per couple. I don't know how much it costs if it is included in the room price. Leia mais

awesome location, great friendly and responsive staff who speak excellent english, nice room, relaxing lounge with tasty cocktails. For what you pay per night its hard to beat. A solid 4-star hotel at 3 star prices.

"Nice hotel, very close to the subway"
We had a very nice 8 night stay at this hotel with a few minor issues. There was water leaking from the ceiling in our room, it wasn't worth getting a new room over though. One night upon returning to the hotel the door to our room malfunctioned and it took 30 minutes to fix. I was offered a cup of the worst tea they had (lipton tea in China?? really??) […] for my troubles. In all it was an enjoyable stay but I would probably choose a different hotel next time. The location, being so close to the subway is really hard to beat! Leia mais

"comfortable"
The 3 night stay was fine. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. Some of the service for evening meals was VERY slow but the food ws good. Everything was clean.
