Tive um problema no check-out pois eu tinha feito uma reserva anterior pelo Booking.com que foi cancelada, mas aí o hotel não recebeu esse cancelamento e também não recebeu a nova reserva do Hotéis.com. Apareceu para o controle de reservas do hotel uma reserva pelo Expedia, ao que pergunto se é vinculado ao Hotéis.com. Eu mostrei ao hotel que o valor da hospedagem já tinha sido lançado na minha fatura do cartão de crédito e eles aceitaram efetivar o check-out até porque tinham até então a reserva com o booking válida. Disseram que me contatariam até o dia 28, quando eu já estava no Brasil. Solicito mesmo assim que me confirmem se a reserva apareceu como Expedia por favor.

O hotel é bom para um 3 estrelas. Tem uma boa localização se você for circular de taxi. Se for pegar o metrô, a localização não é ideal pois requer uma caminhada de uns 10 a 15 minutos.

O hotel esta localizado no coração da parte turistica, da area de compras, facil de alcançar tudo com metro. O hotel é confortavel, limpo. Não ha muitas opçoes de comida para room service
"I would call it a 5 star hotel"
The hotel is amazing. Very new, concierge was very helpful and the location was good (the map of Beijing is much bigger than it looks). It took 10mins to walk to Wangfujing Rd. The concierge can organise a day tour in Xian to see the Terracotta Warriors but you need to organise the flights yourself. I would strongly suggest this method as Xian city […] itself was a tourist hungry city (they rip you off wherever they can!) What took me by surprise was the FREE WIFI!! It was great! Park Plaza is in a great location for seeing Beijing. Walking distance to most places and a subway station very close. Make sure to get the hotel name in Chinese for the cab driver as it is a relatively new hotel and even with the hotel card, they still had trouble finding it. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Beijing

We decided to stay at this hotel after reading the reviews from both hotels.com and trip advisor, and we were not disappointed. The room was lovely and comfortable, and we were allowed to check in early after arriving on the train from Shanghai in the morning. The subway station is just around the corner and we were conveniently located near the center […] of Beijing, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Oodles, once and it was quite good. We also ordered room service once which was also very good. We did not, however, have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that particular service. The staff and concierge services were very helpful in making restaurant reservations for us and providing instructions to taxi drivers. This hotel could not have a better location. Near everything and set back from a main thoroughfare that could have been noisy if actually on the main road. The extra package for the business lounge, Wi-Fi and breakfast was fully worth it. I would recommend it to anyone.

We spent three nights at the Park Plaza in Beijing, and it was excellent. They had the softest bed I've ever slept on in China, beautifully furnished rooms, and a great location (There is a subway station below the adjacent Regent Hotel tower). This is a fairly central location in Beijing, in a very upscale neighborhood (Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, […] Aston Martin and Bugatti dealerships as well as Gucci and Burberry stores). I was more than satisfied with this hotel, and the cost was great. We stayed in another hotel in town previous to this which cost twice as much and wasn't anywhere near as good. Anytime I go to Beijing in the future, I will be staying at the Park Plaza. Hands down the best international hotel experience I've ever had, and I've been around the block a few times. Leia mais

We arrived at the hotel late at night right from the airport and found out we don't have the rooms we reserved. The reaons was over booking. We spent more than an hour at the lobby, waiting, and eventualy had to take smoking rooms that fortunately was not smoky and got compensation of free breakfasts. The location here is very convenience with only one-minute walking distance to MTR station. The decoration is new and the price is reasonable when comparing to the other hotels in Wangfujing area. We asked for an upgrade at check in and were allocated a double room and a suite as we were a family of 5.Very good value as this included breakfast and the use of the club room for tea/coffee/drinks.Rooms were great and the hotel is very convenient being placed right above the subway station besides being a short walk to Wanfujing.Would stay here again […] for sure. We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza over Easter. The rooms are a good size, very clean, with tasteful decor. The location is brilliant close to Tiananmen sq, Forbidden city etc. The Park Plaza is great value for money and I thoroughly recommend it.

We had a reservation of a king sized bed room which was not available when we got there. we were offered a twin sized bed room nad an insignificant compensation.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting the wall, have not one bad thing to say about the hotel. The staff were fantastic, room was well appointed and the location excellent.

Very nice hotel. Upgraded to the club level and enjoyed a very nice buffet breakfast and happy hour with enough appetizers to fill you up so that you could skip dinner! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and very, very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

As you check in you are told that the internet booking is lacking and you should upgrade. The upgrade is not worth the price nor do they tell the truth about the entire upgrade package. I was was told I would get free internet with the upgrade, but free internet is part of the original booking. The "happy hour' is a joke. "Good hotel, above subway, excel service/location"
We stayed 4 nights in a Delux? room 3 adults. Spacious enough, nice decor, excellent service (front desk, housekeeping etc) though restaurant menu a bit limited. We ate generally outside the hotel or in The Regent hotel which is attached to the Park Plaza. The subway is on the back corner of the hotel, so very convenient e.g. 1 station (change) 2 stations […] - exit Tiananmen Sq/Forbidden City or you could just walk. We missed our boat due to poor directions (not by the hotel by the cruise line) and so returned to the Park Plaza for a further 3 nights. This time we stayed in a Suite room which was really nice. Large double bed and bathroom with TV in one room. Very comfy fold out sofa with extra toilet, desk, TV etc in the other. This time our room rate included breakfast (which we didn't get on our original booking) but it was a much higher rate than available through Hotels.com. However, we had been very happy with our first 4 nights at the Park Plaza so were not too upset about paying the higher rate. Overall, very nice, well kept, pleasant hotel. Good location in business, cultural, high-end shopping district. So if you want a more local shopping, market area you may want to stay somewhere else, but with the subway, taxis etc its very easy to get anywhere you want. Internet at the hotel is expensive if you have to pay but was included with our room rate in our second stay at the hotel. Highly recommend coming to Beijing in winter. Good visability, not much smog, easy entry to cultural sights etc, much better than I think it would be later in the year. Leia mais
"DIY at Beijing Park Plaza"
The Hotel was ideal in terms of staff friendliness and comfort. Its only 50 meters to the tube station of dengshikou if you exit the hotel via the back entrance. Its quite and unassuming and and has all the facilities of a 4 star hotel. Free wifi and very comfortable beds. We booked 2 connecting rooms as we have 3 children with us and we had a swell […] time with the concierge and doorman advising us which are the nearest tube station to all the attractions in Beijing. We stayed 5 nights here and never once did we use a taxi with the tube station right at our door. Furthermore its our 1st trip to Beijing. Starbuck is right across the hotel and if you walk out of the hotel and turn left pass the traffic lights and rows of luxury car showrooms, and after about 300m you will find a number of local restaurants selling local delicacies from breakfast right up to dinner. Strongly recommended. Cheap, tasty and clean especially the corner one on your left. Wangfujing street is about 1km right of the hotel front. You can ask the doorman for direction or get a city map from the concierge. He also gives out those fantastic 7cm matches that are had to come by nowadays. For good food around Wangfujing ( unless you have stomach to try those scorpions, centipedes etc etc) , go pass these stalls and you will find a quaint upstairs restaurant at a side street to your left. "Excellent value"
Overall I was very satisfied. The hotel appears to be almost new and the rooms are large, modern, and tastefully appointed. Great location near the center of the city in the high-end shopping / dining area. Staff is great especially the taxi guys. Most working here speak sufficient English for hotel purposes. "Wonderful Hotel and Staff"
The staff was very helpful. They had a converter to make charging easier in the room. All the services were prompt and good (room service, breakfast, house keeping). They even called me to schedule house keeping because I left the do not disturb sign up. The staff is one of the best that I have encountered in hotels, and I have stayed at many nice hotels […] all across the world. What stood out was the attentiveness of the staff. "Service sublime; Suite sensational; Location Great"
Daniel (concierge) provided me a suitcase & helped me packed within minutes of my request. All my requests were answered better than I could have expected. Other staff assisted me in contacting my airline when the US offices were closed. The proximity to the Forbidden City was perfect. The suites are fantastic. I highly recommend Park Plaza!!

The Park Plaza Hotel is nicely located at Jin Bao Street where many Expensive Hotels (Peninsular, Regent , Lagendale etc) are just around the corners. Subway station is less than 100 meters away and it is very important for DIY / Free and Easy Travelers. The Hotel stuffs are nice, helpful and speaks adequate English (BTW I do speak fluent Chinese). "Hidden gem is the Oodles hotel restaurant"
Ended up having to eat late one evening so I tried the noodle restaurant in the hotel. It turned out that this small restaurant (5 tables) had very reasonable all-you-can-order food and beverage choices. Food quality and selection were good and I was surprised the restaurant was not more crowded. Service was excellent too.

The room is truly perfect! The room is big and cosy even for a std room. The conceirge and the front lobby guy makes u feel at home when u step back into the hotel after a long day out. I would like to commend the conceirge manager ( a guy - i forgot his name!) who is very friendly towards me and always goes the extra mile to my endless questions on […] the directions to the restaurants and some of the places tat I wanted to explore myself. The hotel is very well maintained and there is a Starbucks 1 mins away from hotel. Walking distance from hotel to Wangfujing is abt 10 mins. Its a nice walk to and fro esp in the chilly weather. Just walk staright from the hotel lobby and turn right and walk down all the day till u come to a intersection where u will see the crowds walking ard.There are a few shopping ctrs in this area and the basement is always full of F&B restaurants wuth yummy food and cheap prices. "Great hotel at a reasonable price"
I've stayed at the Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing twice now, and both times have been positive experiences. The hotel is clean and offers the services that you would expect for it's 4-star rating. I think the price is very reasonable given it excellent location near the center of Beijing. Major attractions including the Wangfujing shopping district, […] Tian'anmen Square, and the Forbidden City can all be reached on foot. The staff speaks English and and were helpful with our questions and needs. The hotel itself is also somewhat nestled back away from Jinbao St and is comfortably quiet. Excellent room and service. Great value. However it is hard to find as it is 'hidden' from the JingBao Street. Be sure to print a detailed map to show to the cab driver. The location is convenient to many center city attractions and is close to the subway station, line #5.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station and accessible to Tianamen Square and the Forbidden City. I recommend this hotel with no doubts...
"Worst Experience of our Life"
We booked two rooms for 2 adults & 3 children and were told that as we didn't specify we wanted them together, we ended up being three floors apart. Not at all convenient with shared luggage etc and they would not do anything to accomodate us. Then, they kept our son in a private room until he himeself paid for breakfast -he is 13 and had no money on […] him and did not give him access toa phone or ring us to tell us what they had done. This is after we had delievered him to the breakfast room and had asked for his breakfast to be added to our room charge.. Seems very like extrotion of abduction to us. No apology has been made. DO NOT STAY HERE-language is a major issue for a few of the receptionists & they have completely ruined our holiday. Every other hotel in our 5 week holiday had placed us together, and certainly no others abducted our son! Leia mais

"Great choice, great location"
We've just stayed a week at the Park Plaza and had a great stay. Check-in was quick and convenient, the rooms spacious with everything you needed, very comfortable beds (apparently unusual for China??), great power shower, and very friendly and helpful staff. All the staff spoke reasonable English, with the concierge desk speaking excellent English. […] We never had any problems getting across our queries or getting the help we needed. The location was perfect, tucked behind the (far more expensive) Regent Plaza, so completely shielded from the noise of the busy road. It was within walking distance of the Forbidden city (25 mins or so ) BUT i would highly recommend getting a taxi there in order to save your feet for the epic exploration of the city itself. Easy walk to the shopping area of Wangfujing. Starbucks was literally opposite the hotel for a bit of comfort from home. We didn't eat at the hotel at all so can't comment on the food. Free internet which was great. We found Beijing a very easy city to navigate, taxi's were quick and cheap (as long as you had your destination written down in English), and the metro system was excellent. We felt very safe at all times. The Park Plaza is seconds away from a metro stop, Dengshikou, exit C. This metro line will take you straight up to Lama Temple (and the Vineyard Cafe, see below), and then also the Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven with a line change. Everywhere you go is just 2 yen for a single trip, absolute bargain. Leia mais

We stayed on the 12th floor in a deluxe room for 5 nights. Overall the room was clean and spacious. Convenient location to most of the sight seeing places. Starbuck located across the building. Metro station behind the hotel. Two Chinese restaurants near the main street. Getting taxi in Beijing could be challenging sometimes. Taxi drivers could refuse […] to take you if your destination didn't suite them or during the hour when they changed shifts. We didn't learn to take the metro until the 2nd last day.
