Hotel muito bem localizado , em muito bom estado de conservação . Funcionários atenciosos , quartos limpos . Fácil acesso a atrações . Não sabemos informar sobre o cafe da manhã , pois nossas refeições foram na rua .

+ : Wide and clean suites. Perfect if you are travelling with your family and children. It will have everything you may need. - : They say they have a "deluxe breakfast" but it's the same thing of all the other hotels. The lady making the omelets (the only different item from the others) at breakfast was very rude and slow and wasn't there everyday... so omelets only once in a while. Overall, a nice place to stay. P.S.: I have travelled for a month through the US and I have one complaint about all the hotels I have stayed: poor breakfast! Artificial scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy... and that's all. I don't know if it's because I am brazilian and here we really eat very well... but for me and my family, breakfast is always the most disappointing thing in all hotels.

Hotel bastante simples, mas dentro daquilo que esperávamos. Penso que nesta cidade é a melhor opção de hospedagem (os demais ou são do mesmo nível ou inferiores). Ótima localização. Café da manhão básico (o próprio hóspede coloca a mão na massa).

Pros: Great location..Great View of mountains.... if you prefer peaceful environment, (15 min from Hard Rock Cafe - Gatlinburg.); Friendly staff, Clean Room, Wifi available and actually works!!!! My husband and I stayed at Deer Ridge Mountain Resort when we vacationed in the Smokey's. It is a wonderful place to stay. The view is just magnificent. We were so pleased with our stay there that we will definitely come back.
"Deer Ridge Resort- clean, comfy, great views"
The views from the resort and our room were incredible! Resort claims to have "the best view of the smokies" and I can't necessarily argue. Our room was very clean and comfortable, except the sleeper sofa would collapse when you would sit on it. The first day we had no hot water, however as soon as we let the office know, they sent someone to our room […] while we were out and apparently adjusted the hot water heater. We had a fireplace in our room which was wonderful! The resort was about 10 miles outside of Gatlinburg... a straight shot, but further than we wanted to be. The only real downside of the resort was that apparently in the winter the office closes by 7pm which means no access to the indoor pool or hot tub. All of the signs and advertisements around the property say office closes at 11pm. This was somewhat of a disappointment. Overall we were very happy with the resort and would definitely recommend it! "Most likely the best view in the smokies"
Awesome view from the room. Probably the beat part of the whole stay. Room was clean and perfect size for just the two of usand customer service was great. The only bad things I could say is the bed was a little uncomfortable and the hot water inthe shower ran out in like 5 minutes. "Seclusion in the Smokeys"
Nice, away from it all condominiums. Lovely views. Saturdays in October bluegrass/picnic was lovely. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool/hot tub/sauna were great. Allow travel time if coming from the West - 12 miles or so east of downtown G'Burg.
"Wonderful place to stay"
We stayed here on a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and we didnt have to leave because there was so much to do at this resort. My children had so much fun they are already planning our next visit. The room was very clean and super nice. The view from the balcony was absolutly gorgeous. Best views in Gatlinburg!!!

I took the advice of another reviewer and went and found the place during the daylight hours. That was key! I can't imagine trying to wind my way up that steep narrow road at night having never traveled it before. If you can get there before dark it will really help you. It's not a hotel. "So thankful we stayed here-will definitely return"
My husband and I were so thrilled with our stay here. We came at the perfect time of the year (no crowds) and perfect temperatures. We stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath condo and had all of the amenities that we needed. This property has the most beautiful view of the mountains and of a golf course. Very fair price for the room, I definitely recommend booking […] from this website, if you book directly with the property you may pay more. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The property is close enough to main street Gatlinburg (15 minutes) but far enough to be away from the busyiness of it all. Complimentary in-room interness access is very nice. I have stayed at DMR many times and have never been disappointed. They advertise that they have the best view in the Smokies and they truly do. We spend the days hiking, shopping, and rafting, then spend the nights in the hot tub & pools. It is a little ways outside of Gatlinburg but totally worth the extra miles. "Outstanding Hotel"
The area was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. It's a great place to get away to for some quiet time. It is also a good place to take the entire family to.

We loved our stay at Deer ridge. It was very comfortable and quaint. The view really is breath taking. It's a little out of the way, but well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our children loved the indoor pool. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to the Smokies.

This place got great reviews and was rated #2 place to stay in Gatlinburg but we were very dissappointed. The ceiling had water spots and some places where starting to droop. Doors were broken/off their tracks. No cable in the bedroom. Very hard matress and didn't get much sleep. It is also a drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. "clean and cozy"
The property is old but extremely well maitained. I was impressed by the cleanliness and coziness of our condo. Beautiful location although the drive up the hill to the resort is a bit steep and night time drive could be hazardous.Coveniently located to downtown and over all good value for the money. Would recommend to everyone.

"Getaway"
I went for a get away just be myself. Felt safe, had a cozy fire. I don't golf but it looked as if they had a couple of courses.

These were nice little condos for the money. The view is really pretty up there but just know that to get there the road is really steep and curvy so make sure you go in daylight hours. Also its a bit aways from the gatlinburg but that was part of what I enjoyed about it. You can also buy firewood pretty cheaply where you check in and there's a little […] market and pizza place only 5 min down the road that has starter logs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "Nice Quiet Getaway"
Beautiful setting, quiet room. Very private. All the comforts of home. The only drawback is you have to drive forever to get anywhere. The only restraunts nearby were very costly.

Great View, Rooms were like a small apartment. Two TVs with DVD or VCRS with movie rentals at resort. Good kitchen. I build a fire in the fireplace. It was great. Several miles from Gatlinburg.

This was a Spring Break vacation with just my children. They love the place as much as I did with such beautiful view and satisfying comfort. Of course, you have to get use being so high up in the mountains and the wind blowing so hard. After the storm night with 50 mph wind, it was scary but the structure of the building was well built. That's what gave me the confident of the building structure from another family that had an "adventure" stormy night. It was a beautiful view of the mountains from our room and it was wonderful to have the amount of room we had, especially with two young children. We were very surprised at the elevation of this place. A 10 minute drive from Gatlinburg but a world away from all the downtown traffic too. The view was great. The room was nice but it's a condominium and services are limited. The cielings are not sound proof so one night of our stay was sleepless from some noisy neighbors. Thoroughly enjoyed stay at Deer Ridge with a breathtaking view. We were in room E105 - with a queen bed in one room and a king in another. When they say full kitchen - they really mean it! A good place to stay. However, you might want to ask to be put on the top floor. The noise from rooms above travels quite easily and can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

"great room for the money"
For the money paid, this hotel was great. The room had a nice cozy feel to it, and included some nice amenities such as a fully functional kitchen, a fireplace, and the view was great.
