Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados por 3 dias no início de Janeiro. Excelente localização, com acesso direto ao Metrô. Perto das principais atrações locais. Quartos grandes e muito bem conservados. Funcionários atenciosos.

Estivemos hospedados em dezembro, antes do Natal. Como o hotel estava em obras, sua avaliação fica um pouco prejudicada. Mas para uma família de cinco, ficamos muito bem instalados: quarto, sala e cozinha separados e boa limpeza. Excetuando-se o continental breakfast - que é sofrível - e a obra, nada temos a reclamar. Porém, quanto ao café, nada que o Trader Joe´s, um mercadinho praticamente em frente, não resolva, já que o apto tem uma boa cozinha, com geladeira grande.. A localização é o ponto forte: à esquerda Georgetown, à direita o centro de Washington. Pra quem gosta de andar e não tem crianças, dá pra fazer praticamente tudo à pé. Ficamos satisfeitos com a escolha.

Esse foi um dos melhores hoteis q eu fiquei com minha família nos EUA! O café da manhã é ótimo, com boa variedade, incluindo uma deliciosa salada de frutas! O estacionamento tem um preço acessível, se compararmos com os de Was DC e com o carro tivemos a mobilidade de transitar por varios locais que não eram acessíveis de metrô. A Manager do Hotel foi muito simpatica e atenciosa, assim como todos os outros funcionários! Com certeza, estarei dando preferencia a essa rede nas próximas estadias!

"BEST WESTERN WOODBRIDGE"
We love this hotel. We have stayed here everytime we go to Woodbridge. Close to shopping areas. We are planning a trip to DC in the near future and I am sure this is where we will stay.

We stay at this hotel when we visit my brother-in-law and it is really nice with the best free breakfast. My only complaint would be that the hotel staff need to brush up on some of their customer relations. The rule is you shouldn't answer the phone if there is a customer standing in front of you. And if you do you should place that person on hold […] to help the person in front of you. This has happened to me with multiple employees. It would be nice if they would say something like: I apologize, I'll be with you in just one moment-instead they just stare right through you like you are invisible. "Reliable until now"
A usually reliable hotel until this last visit. I thought I'd spend a few more dollars on a king room. The room was bigger and more comfortable, quiet and clean. However, immediately on entering the room there was a strong disinfectant smell. The front desk clerk said that "It's piped in(!!). Gross. He offered to change rooms for me. The room has an […] entry foyer--the lamp on the desk had a broken switch so I had to enter and exit the room in the dark. The TV remote did not work at all--that was very aggravating. The rooms two heaters were very noisy. My advice is immediately check out the room BEFORE you get comfortable so they can move you. One wonders why a hotel like this can't check out basics in a room. I have noticed previously that this hotel has had problems with strong disinfectant odors. One time it was in the floor hallway. Attention to details folks--and i would come back again. Leia mais

We love this hotel. It's real close to the Potomac Mills shopping area. In fact you could walk if you wanted. They have a great breakfast from cereal to make your own waffles. We'd definitly reccommend it to others going to this area.

This Hotel was wonderful. It was clean and had plenty Of towels. The free breakfast was awesome. There were a lot of choices to choose from hot Or cold it was better than a Restraunt. Highly recommend staying at this Best Western Hotel. They had the top hotels we have stayed at Beat. Good job Best Western!!
"A bargain worth every penny"
I was a little exqueptic over the hotel, as it was the cheapest at the time of reservation. I was impressed by everything. It is by no means a 5 star hotel, but the place was clean, atractive, the staff was corteus and the roo was clean. I was very impressed with the full breakfast that came with the room. Loved the waffles and fresh fruit.
Our stay in your hotel was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was good and the service at the front desk was excellent. I would recommend your hotel to others and will stay there again myself.

The hotel was very nice at first glance. We found it to be just as nice throughout. The two down sides were #1. Returning back to I-95 was a little unsuring due the amount of turns needed. #2 was the eggs served at breakfast all had cheese in them. "The best western Potmac mills woodbridge"
The hotel was easy to find and the location was close to resturants, I would find another hotel next time i'm in the area. I would overall say that this is an o.k hotel if your on a budget and need some where to stay that is safe and clean.

Room had an amazing set-up, separate room/ study area, two sinks. Very Comfortable. Fridge didn't cool very well and remote didn't work. Elevator broken fr short eriod but fixed. We didn't comlain about issues or they probably would have been addressed before we left. Great stay, good location to everything, would definitely go back!

"Not the newest, but among the very best"
This newly remodeled hotel was truly great for the price. The renovation was well executed and it was hard to tell that this was a much older property. The full breakfast was exceptionally good. I would recommend this location to anyone who is traveling to the Washington area.

The person working the desk could not find my reservation. after hassling with him for 20 minutes he finally found it. He seemed very confused and did not know what he was doing. other than that the room and breakfast was great.

"Comfortable and Inviting...."
After hours of traveling, all you want to do is check into a nice hotel and get into a comfortable bed. The Best Western at Potomac Mills was definitely that haven for me. Hotel is easily accesible from I95. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Bathroom needs new caulking as some caulking was mildew stained. Shower was good. Lobby furniture needs replacement. Pool had only two tables, one was used by the lifeguard and the other was damaged making it very difficult to utilize the pool for […] a meal or cocktail. Several pool loungers and chairs had broken straps. Free breakfast was good. My stay was for Thurs - Sat to attend my son's graduation from the OCS school at Quantico Marine Base. The rate at the hotel was very reasonable and the above mentioned items were not very inconvenient since my stay was so short. This hotel is on the older side, although the rooms were clean and neat, the over all shape needs work especially the bathrooms which were in bad need of update. our toilet took 2-3 flushes to work, we complained to front desk but nothing was done about it in the 4 days we spent there. My husband and I stayed for two nights while visiting family in the immediate area. The room price was right, and the room was well-appointed and comfortable. Bathroom tiles were scratched, but this was a cosmetic issue only. Plenty of towels and washcloths were available. the breakfast was outstanding, and is served from 6AM - 10AM. This hotel was perfect for a place to crash after a full day at Mt. Vernon and Teddy Roosevelt Island. It was in a less congested area compared to the rest of the town. There was nothing to write home about. The room showed it's age with water stains on the ceiling and the towels were frayed. The beds were comfortable and clean. I wasn't impressed with […] the Air conditioning unit. I expected it to deafen us with white noise but it barely even hummed, therefore every time another guest was talking in the hall or visiting the vending machine, you heard every noise. The morning breakfast is an added bonus to your stay however the food is not the hearty delicious breakfast you ache for after sleeping lightly away from home. The eggs were pretty gross. I eat substitute eggs at home all the time, but these were just some egg-like rubber. I'd stick to cereal or pastries if you go for breakfast. All in all, it was better then making the two hour drive back home after a full day of tourist activity. It was a decently priced place to rest up and take a hot shower. The pool seemed nice but we didn't have a chance to go for a dip. The staff was friendly and the location was quiet. If you're expecting a glamorous, pampered hotel experience, you're expecting too much. Treat it more like crashing at your buddy's bachelor pad: he may not have scrubbed the room down for you, but at least he gave you clean blankets and a place to sleep. Leia mais

Chose this hotel as a stop over for 2 nights to do some R@R at Potomac Mills outlet shopping only 2 miles away. First class staff and hotel more than acceptable. Set in an area of out of town food outlets so great choice for a meal. Included Breakfast was good as was hotel pool. Would use again if back this way. The hotel location was great for my purposes. The first night, the toilet broke. Maintenance did come immediately. Cleaning was done after four daily. Toilet broke again morning of checkout. Other than the room service and the toilet, the hotel was good.

Hotel further from downtown D.C. than hotel.com web site led to believe, however the hotel and hotel staff was worth the extra drive. Breakfast was very good for free hotel breakfast.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly enough. Housekeeping did a great job. Also a big improvement on the breakfast since my last stay -good job Best Western. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a weekend stay or longer.

The checkin and checkout process was quick. The staff was pleasant to communicate with and helpful when approached.
"Place run down, foul odor"
When we walked in they didn't have our paperwork or reservation ready, couches we were waiting on were broken. Room smelled awful, bathroom door handle was coming off. Bed worn and uncomfortable. Tv channels fuzzy. Would never recommend, pictures are deceiving. Really put a damper on our first honeymoon night.

Room very spacious and liked lay out of entering into small desk area which made it seperate from bed area. Helpful, courteous staff! How delightful to have offering of espresso in coffee machine in breakfast area.
"Nice hotel"
Nice hotel, but the night we were there it was full of kids - 4 busloads - church group - they were polite - but you get bunches of kids together, and its loud. Our ninth floor room was quiet - thankfully - but there was no getting to the breakfast.
"nICE STAY DON'T EXPECT A CRIB!"
We requested a crib to find nothing for the baby to sleep in when we arrived. Upon another request they brought a Pack-N-Play to the room - no sheets etc. Thankfully my daughter had brought her own sheets (crib size) but we made it work. Other than that a nice place. Good breakfast.
