Great place to stay and excellent location. Price of parking was definitely better than that of other hotels in the area: $38 per day compared to $48 per day. Definitely would stay there again.

During my many stays at your hotel I have found it to be consistently good. This time I was able to use the exercise room and had breakfast in the dining room both of which were excellent. Because of your location (because my family lives next door at 55 E. Erie), I check your hotel first and find your rates are always competitive. I selfishly do wish there was a frequent guest incentive.

The door man was extremely nice..always offered to give us directions, get us cabs, and looked after our luggage. The hotel was in a fantastic location..close to a ton of great restaurants and shopping. The quality of the service and condition of the hotel was more than worth the discounted rate I paid.

The hotel was in a great location. Very easy parking in a safe well-lit garage, decent price as well. Quick friendly service at check-in and nice comfortable rooms. Close to everything!! Will definitely stay there again.

An outstanding value. Wonderful, courteous staff who could not have been more accommodating. Our rooms were upgraded at no charge to us. I would definitely stay here again.

This was really a great hotel. Great service, great location, very clean. Yet, my primary compliant was the limited room service. I was traveling solo, so in such case, I often prefer room service than eating alone. However, room service for lunch and dinner was only provided through two local restaurants that charged 21% gratuity, 12% surcharge, and a $4.00 delivery fee! For breakfast, there IS room service available.

The price per night was a little expensive for the size of the room and the amentities that came along with it. However, it is located one block from Michigan Avenue and there is a lot to do around the hotel. It is a short cab ride to wherever you need to go in the city. It is a nice place to stay if you are looking to be centrally located.

we paid for the room, its an excellent room, excellent view!, beautiful beautiful situation, we really enjoyed, good restaurants in the area excellent!!!!!

Loved everything about it and I'm very picky with cleanliness. Staff was very nice and helpful, close to the red line which runs nearly everywhere we wanted to go. No complimentary breakfast, which was a bummer.

I have stayed in 3 different hotels in the surrounding area of the Sheraton and this was by far the quietest and cleanest hotel! I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Well worth the money paid and will be staying there again!

If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of it all without taking your wallet, this is it! One block west of Michigan Avenue on Rush St this hotel is in the thick of it all. Hotel staff was friendly and super nice. Upon check in the asked if I wanted the King Bed or two Doubles. They switched me without an additional charge. They also let me and my Mom check in 4 hours early when I was just hoping they would store our luggage till check in. Besides being right down the road from everything I want to see another great benefit was the Trader Joe's on the same block. We were able to purchase all of our water and produce for snacks and save a ton of money. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends!

For rates and service this place was great. Furniture rather outdated but bed felt good and I would return

We were concerned about what we would get for such a low price only a block from the Magnificent Mile, but the hotel was great, and we got everything we could have wanted from it.

The Hotel was great and they treated me as expected. The butler's were always friendly and behind the reception desk also. The room was very clean and nicely arranged. The only thing is I had to walk quite a distance to get to my room, since it was kind of the end of the end of the hallway. And I had no view. But besides that they offer all you need. They do have breakfast also, but is not included in the price. Maybe they should offer packages wich include breakfast. Overall would recommend this Hotel to anyone anytime. Its at a walking distance to a lot of great restaruants and entertainment in Downtown.

This hotel is only a few blocks off The Magnificent Mile with rates about 20% less. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The king room was larger than some and was very clean. Yes, there was less free soap, two bath towels rather than three, and disposable drinking glasses (sealed) rather than (real) glass drinking and wine glasses, but is that really worth and additional $30.00? And there was self parking ($38.00) rather than the usual valet parking at $50 + tips. Since I am there to enjoy Chicago and only sleep in the room, this was perfect. I definitely plan to make this my hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel staff here was great! Always friendly and helpful. Directed us to wherever we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Access to all the downtown activites was very easy on foot. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago. The hotel was quiet, clean and relaxing, and put us within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to experience in Chicago. The staff was friendly and very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. I recommend this hotel highly.

Stayed here July '09 for three nights, and my family was very satisfied with the hotel. Within walking distance of almost everything, we only had to move our car once. The pool is on the small side, but we didn't have time to swim so it did not bother us. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with great restaurants nearby. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the city.

we booked a room with 2 double beds and were given a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch. The couch was very uncomfortable. The hot tub was too hot and had constant smelly foam in it.

This was my third time to Chicago. We walked everywhere. Must have breakfast at the Grand Lux Cafe across the street. Nice walk to Navy Pier and close to great shopping. I would stay at the Four Points again.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Would highly recommend it to others. The staff was incredible and so friendly. The rooms were very clean and very roomy.

Normally this hotel would be out of my price range, but we got a good deal. The service was impeccable and the location ideal. A previous reviewer had mentioned how to get to the parking, but it is much better marked now. Just make sure that every time you enter the garage after they validate your ticket that you insert it in the machine where you would normally take a ticket. That will allow you to leave without paying again. (Found out the hard way) We decided that if we could get a similar deal, we would be back in a heartbeat. And maybe even if we had to pay full price :)

The Four Points by Sheraton Chicago was perfect for my needs during my recent trip to Chicago and is an excellent hotel. The location is fantastic in terms of walking distance to both Michigan Ave and State Street, as well as Navy Pier and also plenty of public transit. The room was spacious even with the king size bed, a desk, a chair, and two night stands. Bed was super comfy. Amenities like a microwave and fridge, iron with full size ironing board, and the free wireless (!) made my stay all the more pleasant. Staff is friendly without being overbearing and very helpful. Great value for what I paid and would definitely stay again.

Excellent value and location, with close proximity to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier, dining, and public transportation. Made for a nice vacation with the kids.

Wow, what a great trip. I wanted a comfortable place to stay in a nice part of town which would serve as a staging area for my eight year old son and I to attend baseball games at Cellular Field and Wrigley. The hotel was only two short blocks from the Red Line. Taxi fares were less than five bucks to Navy Pier. Extremely nice restaurants are located within one to four blocks of the hotel including Unos', Texas de Brazil and Lowrys just across the street. No need to bring or rent a car. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub area was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The room was not fancy but comfortable and clean. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago.

The hotel is in a great spot to be able to shop on Michigan Ave, to catch the trolly out to Navy Pier, or to visit the museums. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room is pretty basic - so if you're looking for luxury or a lot of space, this isnt it. But the room was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. We had a very nice stay while there.
