O hotel está muito bem localizado.... Utilizei o cofre, o serviço de concierge e sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Na reserva do meu quarto adquiri café da manhã para 2 pessoas porém, o café é a-la-carte e portanto, mais demorado do que um self-service. Sugestão: não comprar café da manhã do hotel e ir comer na padaria Au Bon Pain no caminho do hotel para a estação de trem (comunicação interna por dentro dos prédios). É mais barato e tem uma maior variedade de produtos.

Boa localização. É um ótimo hotel para quem quer um conforto por um bom preço. Não é luxuoso mas o atende a necessidade de quem precisa de um quarto limpo e aconchegante para dormir. A limpeza do quarto foi ótima e o atendimento dos funcionários também. O ar-condicionando é um pouco barulhento para os que tem dificuldade em dormir. No geral, vale a pena pelo custo-benefício.
We really enjoyed Chicago and the hotel was very nice. We liked that it was centrally located and the staff was helpful when we had questions.

The hotel was clean, employees attentive and good location. Pool was indoor and small. Easy walking distance to eating, great shopping, nightlife.

My party of 2 sr. adults and 2 children ages10 & 12 were very happy with our stay at Four Points. The best thing about it was the friendly, helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable and the pool, though small, completely satisfied the kids. It was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. We were able to walk to good restaurants, Millenium Park, American […] Girl and Lego stores; and found buses to take us elsewhere. Wish we had known we could take a water taxi (easy walking distance from the hotel) to Navy Pier! We would stay at Four Points again. Leia mais

"Fantastic Location, Perfectly Fine Hotel"
This hotel is perfectly fine. Not great, but fine. It's a bit worn and due for updating but it was very clean. Front desk people were very nice. The big plus for this hotel is location - just one block off Michigan Avenue, very close to all downtown destinations. It's near many restaurants (mix of chains and locally owned) with different price points. It […] is good restaurants are nearby as it really doesn't have room service. Is has limited room service for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, food can be ordered from two nearby restaurants that deliver to the room (as any restaurant with delivery service would do...). There is an asian restaurant in the lobby; not sure if it's the hotel's restaurant, or just a restaruant that happens to be in the building. Also on the block is a Trader Joe's, and a Jewel is another block away. The room had a fridge and a microwave, so it's easy to buy some basics at the market to have snacks, drink, breakfast in the room. There was no stocked mini-bar in my room. The other nice thing is that (at least of this writing) the internet service is free. I hate when hotels charge for internet, it was very nice to have internet included. Speed was great, wireless worked well. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would it be my first choice, probably not, but it wouldn't be at the bottom of my list either. Leia mais
"1 star hotel and four star prices"
The staff at this hotel are not nice or helpful. For example when we asked where we can mail postcards, the desk people told us to walk two blocks in the 95 degree heat down the street to the post office box. I have always had the front desk people just mail things for me, everywhere I have ever stayed -even a $39 a night econo lodge! The rooms are […] overpriced and not the cleanest. No one offered to help me with my bags when I checked in (I had tip money in my pocket). In the morning, we had to argue with the housekeeping people to keep them out of our room while I got a shower at 9:00 am. The wireless internet didn't work and the tech guy told me I just needed to go somewhere else in the hotel but all of the rooms were booked. The location is good but I wouldn't have stayed here if it weren't for Lollapalooza and everything else is so overbooked. Stay at a Marriot or Hilton if you can Leia mais

Perfect location if you want to be close to Magnificent Mile. One block from Michigan avenue. Affordable rates and very friendly staff.

Awesome!!! Great bed. Good pillows. Nice ice cold AC. Double windows for outside noise. Very good hotel and very good price!!!
"Taking the IL Bar was stressful enough..."
Since we were going to be taking the IL Bar during the course of our stay in the Four Points Sheraton we didn't want to stay some where that would be a hassle. The Four Points Sheraton was great and definitely lived up to our expectations. It has a peaceful environment and we couldn't hear anyone else through the walls. Our room had two double beds […] which were both nice and firm yet still comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, plenty of towels and hot water. We had a little sitting area with a couch and desk. We also had a mini-fridge which was unexpected but worked out perfectly. The only 'problem' we had was the speed of the internet. It is advertised as high-speed but it was running slow during our stay. Despite this we would still definitely recommend this hotel to someone else! Additionally, an added plus to this hotel is that there is a Trader's Joe's right downstairs (on the same block) which is very convenient! And a Starbucks next to that. There are also several restaurants just across the street for additional dining choices. And this hotel is just one block off of Michigan Ave. so if you want to shop, you are very close to some very nice stores. Leia mais
"Great place to stay for shopping and Cubs"
We selected this hotel, because it is close to the Magnificent Mile and close to the Red LIne to travel to Wrigley Field. Both shopping and traveling to Wrigley was easy from this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. We never heard our neighbors or other people in the hall. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent choice for the under-10 set. Conveniently located to bus stops for access to Navy PIer and the Museum Campus as well as walking Michigan Avenue. Trader Joe's just around the corner for grocery supplies and several child friendly restaurants with walking distance. Best feature is the 42 inch deep swimming pool - great for kids. "Great location but disappointing"
I don't require a lot from a hotel. I want it be clean and I want the staff to be friendly. The Four Points did well in the later category, but our room was a disappointment. Towels in the bathroom were not all clean (black stains/dirt on one, and lots of small black hairs...eww...on another), there was a stain on one of the large white decorative bed […] pillows, and dried coffee down the side of the room trash can (which could have been removed with a simple damp cloth). Housekeeping did promptly bring clean towels when we called to ask for replacements. The breakfast establishment attached to the hotel (which they advertise in their elevators, etc.) didn't open until 8AM on Saturday, which was also disappointing for early risers. If I return to Chicago, I will elect to stay elsewhere. Leia mais

The customer service at Four Points was great. Very friendly and helpful. Great location to shopping and food. Parking was cheap and easy to get in and out of. One the best hotels I have stayed in, in the city.

with all the construction and location, kind of hard to get to..Wouldn't have made it,if not for GPS.. Have to pay $40 for parking which kind of stinks, ,But apart from that, very nice hotel.. Even thought the room I had wanted 2 double beds they didnt have, the room they gave us was roomier and very comfortable and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful with information. Great hotel! Will definatly stay there again.
"Not what we requested"
We had requested a hotel room for four adults and were promised two double beds. When we arrived at 3pm the earliest check in time we were told they only had a king and a pull out couch. That is not right! A pull out couch is not a real bed for two adults!

My wife and another couple went to a concert and decided to stay in Chicago for some nightlife! Great location, on-site parking, easy access, and clean. We'll stay there again!!
The Hotel as conveniently located to my meeting in the Gleacher Center. The staff were helpful and nice but the hotel itself was quite dreary. The air conditioner was loud and the desk next to it make it hard to work at. The room was adequately maintaned.

This was our first stay at the Four Points and will certainly consider it in future trips to Chicago.

Perfect location for walking to all of the downtown sites. Staff was very friendly and accomodating when possible - we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Having parking in the attached garage with in and out priveledges was a bonus as well.

Great downtown location. Close to Mi Ave and restaurants. I would highly recommend eating at Bucca Di Beppo down the street from hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel is not so large that you feel lost in the crowd!

When we compared prices in the area we were a little nervous about what to expect for this hotel but were more than pleasantly surprised. We paid a good $75-100 less than anything anywhere close to the same location so figured we would get what we paid for. It was a great deal and a perfect location. "Excellent Downtown Chicago location"
Convenient to everything. This hotel was in the heart of Downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile area. Perfect location for shopping, site seeing, dining, etc. Very comfortable beds and very clean. No pressure casual atmosphere; felt like home. Very convenient and the price was excellent.
"Four Point -- Great Location"
Centeralize location to everything. Five minute walk to Red Line - Grand Station. Has fridge in the room to place little snack from Trader Joe's. TJ is right around the corner. Has flat screen tv in the spacious room (stayed in a room with two full size bed).

Larger than average rooms for the area. Trader Joes on ground floor was convenient to grab snacks and drinks for kids. Not luxurious but definitely kid-friendly. Pool small but wasn't busy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. The neighborhood has many restaurants. The hotel is steps away from the shopping on Michigan Ave. It's also a short walk to the EL Red line.

Best bang for your buck! My husband and I recently stayed at this location and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Great price and excellent location. Within walking distance of many of the sites we had planned to see. Hightly recommend and would stay there again.

"Perfect Location"
We had a wonderful 3 days stay and everything at the hotel waqs as it should be. The pool and hot tub were really nice in the evening.

Wonderful staff! Too often, the staff at the various hotels become bored by all the comings and goings of the guests; the staff at the Four Points was the exception. Not only were they genuinely interesting in our plans, but were able to offer suggestions about additional points of interest. The staff made the hotel! Highly recommended One minor beef […] was the noise level coming from of a couple of rooms near ours, they seemed to all know each other and would congregate out in the hall. "The Right Choice"
The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks were the limited TV channels and a few glitches with the free internet. These issues won't stop us from going back though. Overall our stay was terrific.

"Luxury???"
We loved the location of this hotel. Close to everthing. Staff was extremely helpful. Lobby was a 3-4 star but the rooms were no better than a budget hotel. Paying for the lobby and location mostly. Will probably only stay here again if we get another great deal. Pool is only 3 1/2 feet deep. no deep end. Went 2nd week of April and it was packed.

This hotel was very nice and in a great location. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. Clean, comfortable room and bath. We went in a night before a White Sox game and took the "L" down and back up which was within walking distance from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and the price for downtown Chicago was excellent!!! KB

"Four Points Sheraton Chicago Downtown Great Hotel."
So this was my first time staying at a Four Points Sheraton Hotel. It was my family vacation and I have to say we stayed for 5 days there and from the second we got out of the taxi from the doorman to desk clerks they were amazing. They let us check in almost 4 hours before check in time and changed our check out time to 1 hour later. Not to mention […] housekeeping did an amazing job..... And on one of the nights in the middle of the night my sons friend got ill and vomited all over the bathroom (sorry if thats to much detail) but if you have children you understand that it only happens in the wee hours of the night and it was a horrible mess. As a Mom I called down to the front desk and asked if security could bring up a mop bucket and some disinfectant so I could begin cleaning up the mess. The security gentleman came and brought the stuff I had asked for and refused to let me help, he cleaned everything to a sparkling bathroom again and then went and got us all new towels and supplies for in the bathroom all at 3am and when i went to tip him and he asked me please not to that accidents happen and I in return told him that really wasn't his job and asked him very kindly to please take the tip. I will definatly say I will stay at this hotel from here on out and will recommend it to everyone I know. And not to mention it is in such a wonderful location you wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Very family orientated...... Lovely place and staff Leia mais
"Fours Points Sheraton in Chicago - Great Location!"
We only stayed one night, but found the hotel to be in a great location for shopping on Michigan Avenue and near many fun spots on Ontario. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we stayed in a double bed room (2 adults and 2 kids). The beds were definitely not big enough for two adults to share!!
