"Loud children"
After the pool closed to children (10 p.m.) we had a little problem with them running, yelling down the hallway for an hour. Of course, we didn't call the desk so we really can't complain.

"Good value for the money"
Just looking for a place to sleep and shower. Check in was easy, room was comfortable, bathroom was recently update. Only complaint was that the heating was loud when on. Good value for the price. Some construction going on in parking lot. Not an issue and good that it was being done off-season. Pool looked great but we didn't visit it.

"Best value by far...."
Beds are brand new pillow tops, bathrooms been remodeled, and pool/jacuzzi is excellent. Won't find a better value anywhere during off season in cape cod.
"Cape Point Hotel is very nice"
It was a great place to stay while in the cape. Close to the ferry line, shopping, Hyannis. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Cafe was very nice, food was good, staff was friendly. Great place to stay.

"Cape Point Hotel- Would not come back"
Was looking for a hotel that had everything so we don't go out. The service was awful,food awful and rooms you could hear everything from upstairs rooms and side rooms and hallway. The jacuzzi and pool where ok. But you need a card from front desk for pool towels and if not returned they charge you. Hotel Bar does not accept credit cards you need to […] get a card from the front desk so you can get charged to your room. For a concevience stay this hotel is the opposite too much hazzle. "Excellent Value"
Not only are the rooms comfortable, the cafe has amazing breakfast choices; friendly staff, fast, and very reasonably priced. The decor could use some freshening up but maybe this is why they can keep their prices so low? Overall an excellent value. Would definately stay there again and again.

Room was large and clean. I liked the vanity being separate from the bath room. Plenty of closet space. Hotel was on a main route and close to everything, but room was very quiet. Good breakfast at the hotel cafe, friendly staff. I highly recommend Cape Point Hotel for the value, but do suggest you bring your own pillows.

The location in mid-cape is good. Hotel is apparently older and needs more maintenance. A/C in room had 2 modes: off and full-blast, so room was alternating hot and cold. Bathroom fan sounded like a diesel engine and sink drained slowly. Staff seemed to be friendly. Didn't use the pools or visit the sports bar. Restaurant was very good. "Cape Point Hotel"
I was very happy with the location of the hotel and the service we received. It is located near all the restaurants and stores. Beach is about ten minutes from hotel by car. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Rooms were fine.Pillows were uncomfortable and the sink was not in the bathroom.Maid service was very good and the pools were excellant.The people at the desk were helpful and the breakfast was good.
"Cape Point Hotel in West Yarmouth"
The Cape Point Hotel turned out to be your garden variety hotel. I remembered a hotel that I thought was the Cape Point but turned out to be another. "Not up to 3 star quality"
Checking in did not seem to be happy to see us. No airconditioning in hallways, hallways smelled of pizza. Rooms and facilities need updating.

If your looking for a clean place to stay in the heart of the mid cape, this is the place. It is close to a wide range of restaurants, and a short drive to the area beaches. Don't expect 5 star service, however for the price it can't be beat.

The hotelwas clean and was in a location close to the beaches and attractions. The beds seemed somewhat worn and the pillows should be replaced, if you can bring your own pilllows. The pools were very nice and the food at the bar and cafe were very good.

This hotel is great for a short stay. I would not stay here for any longer than a few days - mainly because I would like to be within walking distance to the beach. But for the time we were there it was great. The Breakfast was Excellent! They were very accomodating - they let us use the facilities the whole day that we checked out. They even let us […] use towels to take showers in the in-door pool area before we left. The ladies room was just fine but the mens room was dirty. Our room was clean but there was a funny smell when we first walked in the room - a little musty. After being in the room for a few min you didn't even smell it. That was our only issue. It was nice having an outdoor and indoor pool and it was pretty close to things that our kids could walk to. The beach was beautiful but you had to drive too far to walk. Ler mais

they said it was 3 star but no where close beds were reallllllly low and it looked old
"Not a three star hotel"
We stayed in this hotel for two nights. There were a group of around 20 guys who would stay at the entrance door of the building and smoke like locomotive, you can smell the smoke inside. "Memorial Weekend..."
Love to travel to the Cape, but we ALWAYS encounter the soccer families and players that come from all over the north east. While I understand it is a fun time for them, they need to respect others in the hotel. Kids running up and down the halls, playing soccer in the halls, sitting in the halls will legs across the hallway making it treacherous to […] navigate walking to and from our room. Noise of parties and gatherings until late into the night was disturbing. The hotel staff tried to maintain order, but it did not always work. "Good enough"
Good location, close to restaurants. The room in itself was nice, resent renovated bathroom and sink. Added bonus is the indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna.
"Great room for the money"
The hotel met all expectation for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and updated. We were able to get a great rate through Hotels.com. I would go back.

"Needs improvement"
We didn't have very good sleep because of the paper thin ceiling. If you really want to stay in that hotel, make sure to book rooms on the second floor.
"nice if you dont need to shower"
The hotel was ok but I would not choose to stay in the future. Our beds didnt even have fitted sheets, and the room service never changed our sheets once during our stay. The counters and toilet seemed clean but the shower did not! I have two small children who still take baths and I was cringing when I pulled the shower curtian open. Whoever was there […] before us had obviously just showered from the beach because the shower floor was covered in sand. Also the shower curtian had mold on the inside of it! gross The hotel itself was decent, the pool was nice and everyone was friendly. If they got a better cleaning service I would return, however next year my family will be trying somewhere new. Ler mais

"Great hotel for the money."
The stay there was better than I expected. The rooms are very clean, and well maintained. For the price I paid, it was well worth the money. The staff there were very friendly, and helpful. I will definetly stay there again.
