Overall, a good hotel. The decoration is great, the location too (a subway station just across the street), high speed wired internet in room, concern for comfort, etc. The only thing I struggled was the mattress and pillows, which are the best for Japanese people, but are not that good for westerners that do not like to sleep looking upwards. The staff brought some other pillows, but it was not enough...
"Very good hotel"Comentado por rodolfo de "lisboa" em 25 Abr 2010
The best hotel, almost luxury without luxury prices. We would love to get back. Definitly good.
"Very nice Hotel"
The Park Price was a very nice hotel. We had a little trouble getting to it the first time (since the website site suggests Damion) but after we found the two much closer stations - it was good. It's not really by anything (besides Tokyo tower) but that's not a problem if you're going other places. Its a pretty high-end place, but the rooms were very […] nice. Whirlpool tubs and glass enclosed shower. The deluxe room had a crazy possessed toilet that open and closed itself. The store in the hotel has a nice bakery. The english here was pretty good, but other hotels were better. On our last day, we asked to find a tourist area of town to buy a couple remaining things like chopsticks (cheesy- yes). The hotel sent us to Ginza - the most expensive shopping district in Tokyo. Nightlife nearby is kind of blah - bars closed by 11pm. Ler mais

"Great stay at the Prince Park Tower"
We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time and were a bit surprised that we were told to come back after 2:00 PM. The concierge held on to our luggage and when we returned, we were upgraded to a spectacular room on the 30th floor with a panoramic view of Tokyo. The room was loaded with amenities and there were coupons for free cocktails, which we availed […] ourselves to. Also a happy hour with half priced drinks and eats in the basement bar. The downside of the hotel is the need to go traveling to get to restaurants although there is no shortage of great places to get a boxed lunch on the other side of the park. Ler mais
"Loved the Prince Park Hotel Tokyo"
We stayed at the Prince Park for 8 nights and would definitely stay again. The hotel was luxurious, clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and the surrounding parks absolutely beautiful. When researching this hotel I noticed some reviewers criticised the distance to the nearest train station. There are 4 train stations surrounding the hotel, all […] a 5-10 minute walk through manicured parks. There is also a hotel courtesy bus that drops off and collects from one of the stations (Daimon) at allocated times. If you are travelling from Narita Airport to the hotel, I would definitely recommend the limosine bus (tickets available inside narita airport). It is a long ride but the bus is clean and comfortable. For first timers to Toyko the train ride from Narita airport to the hotel would be very difficult. We decided to take the train from the hotel to the airport and it ended up taking us 2 hours (longer than the bus) on an extremely crowded train. There are quicker trains, we just could find them. If you want a hotel that is in the middle of hustle & bustle then this wont be the hotel for you. But if you want a hotel in a relaxing environment only a few minutes train ride away from the hustle and bustle then definitely choose Prince Park Hotel Tokyo. Ler mais

The hotel was in a great location, the only thing missing was a coffee shop downstairs! The sky bar - WOW! The service - excellent!
"The Prince ParK Hotel, Tokyo"
Very nice hotel, in the lobby!!! It's not in the thick of things in Tokyo but that is a good thing, you won't want to go to Shibuya to the main road crossing every night so the location of the hotel being near the Tokyo Tower and close to the subway is great plus free transfers to and from the JR rail station. We had a Superior Twin Room on the 27th […] floor which was poorly decorated and looked tired but must say the bathroom was very nice. The sirens from the Emergency vehicles from the road below could be heard all night, every night and that is not exaggerating!!! This is not the hotels problem, but every night and all night.....when you go , you will see what I mean. Most staff are very polite and speak good english, they can't do enough for you but it's not like Osaka where they have thought of tourists and planning day trips, they point to things on the map as Osaka had everything ready to go. A bit of a let down for a 4.5 star hotel. Ler mais
"Very good hotel, clean, modern, great staff"
We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. They provide free shuttle service to the train station every 30 minutes. and the subway is a couple blocks away. Very great staff, the conciege were very helpful. Everyone was very polite. We would definetely stay there again.
"Great hotel, centrally located"
Clean, quiet room. Great views. Easy access to major tourist areas such as Rapponggi, Tokyo Tower and others. Two different subway lines within a block.
"Amazing Spot"
Had a great deal for half off the price of a Superior Corner room. Amazing room with all the great ammenities of a luxury hotel in Tokyo. Great view from the 31st floor as well. Only gave a slightly lower mark on cleanliness because the bathtup had hair in it, but didn't even use it, had a great shower and great views even from the bathroom!
"Good & Bad"
Very convenient bakery/shop on premises. Free internet. Everything else, from coffee in the lounge to fitness centre much too expensive. Electronic loo was a bit too much. Very good hotel but a poor choice for a business stay.

"Perfect Location"
This hotel was located in a perfect area which allowed us to grab a quick cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch the wonderful transit system available within a short walking distance in almost each direction. The grounds were beautiful to walk both day and night and the staff was more than helpful when called upon. Having never been to […] Japan nor speaking with anyone who had, we were extremely pleased with our choice! Ler mais

"Looks can be deceiving"
Heading to the hotel from Akabanebashi metro station, we weren't very impressed with what it looked like from the outside. It seemed rather drab and run down. But we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the lobby. Simple yet classy. Staff was polite and helpful. Most speak basic English. Rooms are spacious, with typically Japanese thoughtful touches […] everywhere and a nice clean balcony. Wired broadband available in each room. Separated toilet and bathroom which is quite convenient. A sofa bed was available in our deluxe twin room. Nice little garden out the back with a grand view of Tokyo Tower. Jog or take strolls around the garden and surrounding parks. There is a pathway leading to the nearby Zojoji temple as well. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to Hamamatsucho/Daimon station, and the 2 nearest metro stations (Shibakoen and Akabanebashi) are within 5mins walk. Very convenient. A little pricey even with the promotional price, but that is expected in the world's most expensive city. One gripe is that the gym is not provided free of charge for guests. But you can always jog in the park or down the streets like the rest of the Japanese. ;) Another gripe was that we could not find a direct train/bus to the hotel from Narita Airport Terminal 2. Difficult if you have heavy luggage. Ler mais
"Great hotel"
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The rooms were quite large (compared to most Tokyo hotels). The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was also very close to several different Tokyo metro stations making it very convenient for sightseeing.
"Great Value"
Unless you have a mega budget i would highly recommend this hotel. i stayed in 4 hotels whilst in Japan and this was by far the best and would recommend a corner room on a high floor. the service was very good. the only downside is the area for local facilities but close to the tube so easy to get where you want. if i returned to Tokyo i wouldnt stay […] anywhere else Ler mais
"Great hotel; will go back again"
Check-in was quick and easy, staff service was excellent, room was huge for hotel in Japan, comfortable bed, nice shower and bath tube w/ massage function, I had a room w/ a close view of the Tokyo tower, NICE, hotel shop sold beverages & snacks & gift items, beautiful park next door, free shuttle to JR station (stops before 10pm, about 15 min walk […] from station back to hotel), overall excellent, will go back anytime :-) Ler mais

"Wonderful Tokyo Experience!"
I was unfamiliar with the layout of Tokyo before arriving, so had to book this hotel based on other reviews. Thankfully, everything worked out. The hotel itself is beautiful, large and exactly what I was looking for. There's a free shuttle to one area of town (Hamamatsucho station) where you can take the water bus to Odaiba, and it's within walking […] distance of the ever-efficient subway system. Staff was very helpful, and though we couldn't check in early, I was able to get the room I wanted: high up and with a view of the Tokyo Tower off the balcony. Didn't get to use any of the facilities here, though they sounded wonderful. Naturally, I expected everything to be a bit pricey, so wasn't surprised by some of the charges against everything. That said, they offered a fairly priced airport bus trip which was a great ride. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again. Ler mais
"Excellent hotel"
This's also first time for me in traveling Japan and I'm very pleased on the very sincere and prompt courtesy services by the hotel's staffs. It worths for what you pay regardless the purpose of the trip.

"Good room for the money."
Overall I enjoyed this room, and 4.5 star seems appropiate. Not a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhood, but very close to the subway. Great bathroom and shower. No english speaking tv channels. Very good service.
"Excellent hotel for foreigners"
This hotel was amazing, but it's very much into catering to foreigners. There aren't many Japanese touches other than the entire staff. If you come to Japan to experience everything Japanese, you should probably find a ryokan somewhere else. But otherwise it's an outstanding Western-style hotel. I highly recommend it!
"Top quality service but extras a bit pricey"
Really excellent hotel, nice little location in the park, very good service (perhaps a bit too much, it's hard to amble across the lobby without about 3 people approaching to help with something or other). Having got a good rate on the internet, we were hit a bit by the prices of extras - breakfast, coffee in the lounge etc. but all in all pretty good […] value. The shop downstairs is convenience ++ with a great bakery. One negative - we tried to arrange 3 hours babysitting for 2 little ones - came in at close the cost of the hotel room for the night ! "Outstanding Hotel, Very roomy for Japan, Great Views"
Excellent Staff Service, gave 5 star treatmen. The room was large for Japan standards- enough to accommodate our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 small children). Everything was newly renovated, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Quiet room in a busy city with a great view of Tokyo Tower and Japan Shrine. Restaurant on top floor has great views of Tokyo.
"What a hotel!"
Simply put, this is one of the best hotels I've ever sayed at in my entire life. Not only was the hotel itself beautiful, clean and comfortable, but the staff itself was extremely helpful. I speak perfect Japanese but on my stay I played dumb just to see how far they would go with the language barrier. It turns out all the staff I spoke to spoke pretty […] good English and would go out of their ways to help you as much as they could. The view is amazing at night(on check-in ask if they have rooms available on the Tokyo Tower side). It has Tokyo Tower on one side and Zojoji temple near it. (We got the 9th floor the 2 times we stayed here and the view was spectacular. They even let us check-in one hour in advance.) It has 2 subway lines near it (Akabanebashi on the Oedo line was the one I used the most and it's found across the street). If you want to get on the JR lines you need to transfer about 2 subway stations away. All in all, the look, feel of the hotel and the attention from the staff made us feel like dignataries or royalty. This will be my hotel of choice fromnow on when in Tokyo. Ler mais
"Great Hotel for These Honeymooners"
We stayed at this hotel for four days as part of our honeymoon; we stayed in one of the superior rooms. We were really relaxed and very happy with our stay. The staff was very nice. Though not all the staff is fluent in or know much English, they were very helpful in making sure we got to the right place or passing us on to someone who could help us. […] The amenities exceeded our expectations. The views of Tokyo from the higher floors were perfect for us. The views of the Tokyo Tower are amazing from the hotel. We realized that the hotel's location may be a touch off the beaten path from Tokyo's hot spot locations (Ginza and Roponji were almost 10 minute taxi rides, and Tokyo Station was between 10 and 15 minutes), but the neighborhood around the hotel was perfect for us. The whole hotel had a sense of privacy, which was great for these honeymooners. Ler mais
"a great find"
The Park Prince provided a lovely, spacious room at a great price. It is a little removed from easy access to sights and restaurants. On the other hand, the location is quiet.
"Great Hotel"
We were very satisfied with this hotel and the size of the room was much bigger than I expected. There are only a few negative comments that I can think of. For example, The a/c in the room did not lower the temperature as I wanted, however, it was adequate. The toilet in the bathroom made too much noise when flushed. It's too bad there were no coffee […] shops nor little restaurants to grab a quick bite or drink near this hotel. Ler mais
"fabulous hotel"
we are very picky and we loved it. great location too.
"Nice room, decent location"
My husband and I spent three nights here in May, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was enormous (quite a rare find in Japan!). As others have noted, the hotel, while close to two metro stops, is a bit isolated. I enjoyed the onsen at the hotel, and I had breakfast one morning there. My husband […] liked the hotel more than I did, and he would stay there again. I probably would too since the rooms were wonderful and the service was good. Ler mais
"Best hotel ever!"
This was the best hotel I have ever stayed out. The hospitality was great and it was literally right next to the Tokyo Tower. We were upgraded to the Superior suites which was really spectacular. We had great views of Tokyo and the hotel was really great.
"Fine Hotel."
Great location. Easy access. Centralized. Safe and secure. Top notch. Great accommodations and attentive staff. Terrific amenities.
"Outstanding Hotel"
The hotel is located at very nice part of town. The staff is amazing and speaks good English. We had a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower and surrounding areas. Our outings were planned well. We highly recommend this hotel.

"Great views Great room"
Hotel was very nice, but, expensive. Then again everything in Tokyo is expensive. The service was great. I did not like their coffee because I felt it was too weak. They replaced it with a double expresso at no extra charge. I thought that was a nice touch. The hotel is in a small park, near a subway. So, it was quiet yet accessible to everywhere
"Best Customer Service Ever"
I was very surprised at the outstanding customer service we experienced. We knew the people in Japan were helpful, but this was by far the best customer service we have received at any hotel. The views of the city are amazing from the upper floors and especially from the bar on the top floor. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
"Great Bathroom"
Our bathroom had a seperate tub with jets and a nice glass shower. The room was nice also.
"Very impressed"
Great hotel, great service. Japan is one of last great service countries in the World. I usually stay at the Conrad or Westin when in Tokyo but due to new travel restrictions found this hotel and loved it!
"Premium room"
Great hotel but FYI, buying the premium room doesn't give you a view of tokyo tower. You must pay $XX more at check-in for this. Wish hotels.com had this option that I could select before arriving and having to change rooms manually. Loved the premium lounge only for premium floors with free drinks/snacks. Outstanding view of rainbow bridge/ferris wheel […] from the lounge. Had the premium room with balcony. King size bed is really a california (?) king, it was so wide you could fit 4 people in it if you wanted to. Overall I felt this was a 5 star hotel and it met my expectations for the price. Ler mais
"A STRATEGICALLY LOCATED HOTEL WITH GREAT SERVICE"
THE PRINCE PARK TOKYO TOWER STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL, POLITE AND GRACIOUS! THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP US OVER AND OVER! THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO TWO SUBWAY LINES AND ONE RAILWAY LINE THAT ALLOWED US TO GO ALL OVER TOKYO WITH EASE. THIS HOTEL WAS OUTSTANDING! ALTHOUGH THEIR FOOD IS IN OUR OPINION TOO EXPENSIVE WE ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE AND […] WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WANTING TO STAY IN TOKYO! Ler mais
