Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort - Las Vegas

É bom. Bem familiar e no quarto tem uma mini cozinha que ajuda bastante no café da manhã e em algumas refeições. Fica longe dos Cassinos (Strip) mas para quem está de carro não tem problema.

A most enjoyable stay. Very reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. It is a couple of miles away from the Strip, in a quite neighborhood. Totally satisfied.

I stay there for 5 nights no cleaning service at all. I try to use bathtub fill the hot water for 20 minutes only first 10 minutes is hot afterward only cold water. T try to boil hot water the first cup is OK but never work again. I need use the other plug outlet in bathroom.

Very nice condo we had 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, w/d, 2 full baths and kitchenette. Could close off one side for early risers. Nice pool and friendly staff. Shuttle every hour to opposite ends of the strip rotating from one to the other. New Orleans hotel on the shuttle route has lots of restaurants, bowling alley and movie theatre. The hotel only offers room clean up every 7 days. If you need extra clean up, you have to pay. But if you only need towels, it is free. During the CES, it is almost impossible to get a taxi. I have waited over 30 minutes. If you have a car, this is not a problem.

We enjoyed our stay, it is conviently located near grocery stores, gas stations and anything else you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful our room was great!! Would recommend to our friends and will book rooms here on our future trips to Las Vegas.

The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The shuttle was a convenient way to get our family back and forth from the strip. they had plenty of towels in the room and tennis racquets and balls for the tennis courts. The only complaint was we could hear everything our neighbors upstairs were saying and doing and even though we were in a non smoking room, […] we could occasionally smell the smoke coming from next door. My overall rating is a 4 becuase the hotel was between two apartments building that people lives in.

Great hotel for the price...they ensured to provide all the utensils ..perfectly maintained......

Check In: It went quick, I did not arrive early so not sure what they would do about that. $5 a night resort fee (what for I have no idea). $100 hold on card Room: Kind of dirty, needs paint badly. Carpet needs cleaning. Internet: $30 for 4 nights, $10 a single night. Balcony is not private, open on each side. Did not really like that much. Was […] there for 6 nights, not once did they come in to clean. Had to use the washer/dryer to wash the towels. There are MUCH better condo/timeshare places out there for the same price. I would recommend you look at those than this place. I stay in Vegas only at these timeshare/condo hotels about 8 times a year. This was the first here, and it will be the last. this was an awful place to stay costed about 200 in cab fair, the shuttle service was not reliable, had wrong times listed on brochure. Staff was not very friendly, will never stay here again.

For a timeshare resort, there was no hassle or pressure from sales person(s). Our check-in was a breeze and so was check-out. A nice place to stay - especially with children. Lots of room to spread out.

Club De Soleil might be better for older, long term guests. Housekeeping is by phone call during daytime, not automatically. There are two separated locations a block apart, one has a pool, the other a tennis court. While kept up, it is showing age/wear. We were placed near a trash storage area (not preferred). If you don't want to be right on the strip, this is a great budget alternative for you. Pool, jacuzzi outside but also in the room. My toilet was not working so well in the room, but we're in Vegas, this was no big deal. I really enjoyed my Vegas Experience at Club de Soleil, would come back anytime!

The room was fine, fairly comfortable not a lot of luxury or anything like that. Couple of issues: - paper thin walls, I could hear the conversations in the room next door very easily, even the soft conversations - they don't clean the rooms unless you are staying there for at least 7 days - we had to call for extra towels and toilet paper (to their […] credit they did show up quickly with the requested items) - I hate it when a hotel charges for Internet access (Starbucks is right down the street and we went there daily) Not a bad hotel but, if you are going for business I would probably choose another location. Good service at reception. A good value. No unpleasant surprises.

I really liked the swimming pool- it's so clean and everything like free towels and a hot tub. the part I didn't like though was the only bed. There's no continental breakfast which is my favorite part of a hotel. Well overall, it's a nice place to hang out.

Will definitely be staying here the next time I go back to Vegas! Love this place!

Overall great hotel...the only annoying thing was the 100 dollar hold they put on my card (without telling me) and the fact that they ticket non hotel guests..that would have been nice to know as well.

Check-in was short and sweet...I wish I wrote the name of the lady in registration who checked us in...service w/ a smile and very helpful..thank you. We surely don't have any complaints abt. our accommodations either..clean,quiet and have everything we need.

Resort has 2 properties across the street from each other. Tried to check in at the first and were told to go to the second. Went to the second, checked in and were sent back to the first where are room was located. When I questioned why we couldn't check in at the first location which we were staying the front desk person didn't know why we were turned […] away.--very odd and inconvenient. Room was supposedly in the remodeled property. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was convenient, but water pressure is bad and if you want hot water in the shower the pressure gets worse. Whomever painted the room must have done it in the dark and doesn't believe in masking tape. Paint splatter on baseboards and bath floor. Not very impressive. Pool and spa area nicely designed, convenient and open 24/7. Only a couple of miles from the Las Vegas strip, Super market and convenience stores and gas station nearby. Leia mais

Hotel needs up-grades, Bed in bad condition and surrounding has nothing. you need a taxi or shuttle The only thing that we enjoy was the pool.

I stayed at this resort over a busy weekend at Las Vegas. Floyd Mayweather / Ortiz fight and the home show in town made this a viable solution to stay for the weekend. I asked for handicapped room as I am having trouble walking. room was right out front and not 100 yds to the pool and front desk. Jacuzzi was nice; did not see the creepy security guard […] that I heard so much about. Front desk and conceirge were stoic and were not helpful. supermarket a block away and frig/microwave in room made it very convenient to save a couple of bucks and get something quick to eat. traffic was not too bad on Tropicana and took 10 minutes to get to Aria, which is less time than if I stayed at Circus-Circus. resort had buses that ran hourly. Really enjoyed my stay at Club de Soleil because of the friendly staff! Eddie was particularly friendly. He was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make sure everything was great for us. The rooms were very clean, including all the extras (dishes, towels, refrigerator). We arrived early from a long trip to the hotel at around 2:00pm. I asked If I could check in early and I was told by a young lady that I had to pay a $25.00 fee if I wanted to check in early. I was disappointed since it was only 2 hours difference. She did mention that I could check in at 3:00pm which I ended up doing. The resort exceptionally met my expectations. It was conveniently located away from the strip. Definitely would recommend this resort.

We stayed there for 2 nights and liked the service and rooms. Didn't have much options for the breakfast but iverall it was a nice place.

Perhaps this is an oversight on my part but when I booked this place I was not aware it was a timeshare property and that I would not receive service to my room (bed/ towels, the basics). When I called for new towels after not realizing this, I was met with "attitude" over the request and never received them. We opted to ignore the front desk after […] that and take an "on our own" approach from there on. Another minus in that area was the check in process. I called to check what time I could check in, was told over the phone "right away" at about 10:00 in the morning. Excitedly we went to check in and leave our bags before hitting the sights and when we walked up to the front desk, we were told that we "could check in now but it would be for an extra fee of $25.00." We shook our heads at almost being fooled into that one, said no thanks and came back that evening to check in for free. At that time, there were three very young (perhaps immature is the better choice of words) desk employees who were much more interested in joking around with each other than in being welcoming to the guests. I don't need wine and cheese or mariachi band welcomes but HELLOOooooooo!! I was afraid to ask more than my first simple question for fear of being laughed at or reprimanded for distracting their fun. The room was decently maintained, considering the age of the property and all one really needs for sleep when out and about all day. Comfy bed! Location convenient to strip and many other businesses we were able to access. Too hot for outdoor property exploration so I cannot give much info on that. This "hotel" didn't have maid service and really almost seemed like some sort of time share that rents rooms. The location isn't really great for the strip or downtown. If you have a car, it is ok. The room needed maintenance (loose and broken things etc. The room was quite big however and had a small kitchen which we liked.

The Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort in west Las Vegas is a really good value. It is a converted apartment complex which for my business trips and for families, is perfect. You can get either a single, with an economy kitchen or a suite, with the single as the bedroom and a living room, dining and full kitchen. Either way, the costs is very reasonable. The […] other facilities are good as well. They have a good number of covered parking spaces, which in Las Vegas is a real treat, to keep your auto cool in the 100+ heat. The area is nice, only about 3 miles from the strip but equally good is a shuttle bus to the strip and bus thrice weekly to the market. Speaking of which, there is an Albertsons Super Market just down the street and makes the fully equipped kitchen useful. I stayed in the Annex, which is smaller and less hectic but still has a nice pool, Jacuzzi and a single tennis court (with a few rackets to use if you forgot your own). As it is off the strip, the traffic is light and by using Jones Blvd and the back streets and high speed parkways, you can get around Las Vegas in record time. I even received a courtesy phone call asking if I needed to stay an additional night and if there were anything I needed. Very different from the Casino Hotels who charge you an extra $50 if you stay 5 minutes beyond checkout. On check-in I was greeted by Maria, who gave me her extension and he counterpart's phone when she was off duty. A caution though, be CERTAIN to have a copy of your reservation and the confirmation number. As this is a time share condo which also jobs out to the various hotel internet sites, they have no way of confirming your registration if it is after hours. When I checked in "with my paperwork" my registration was finished within 5 minutes. However, another group who DID NOT have any proof of reservation or receipt or reservation number, took another 20 minutes as Reception had to telephone Hotels.com to fax a confirmation. The hotel was decent. As it is a timeshare, you have to check out by 10:00 am and went to take a quick shower before leaving, the handle snaps off. When I checked out, I brought the handle with me to show to property manager. It didn't faze her and she said I should have called maintenance. While pretty to look at, this hotel was run more like a prison than a guest resort. If you wanted an additional room key (because you have a tendency to lock yourself out), an additional guest was required to show proof of identity (if you're traveling alone too bad). A room key was needed to access the ( I found only one each) ice or soda machine. […] The lobby was gated locked at night (probably in fear of the surrounding neighborhood population) and they kept $100 of my money hostage for 7 days because I checked in with a debit card on a pre-paid room. I booked online. I felt it was a great value. But unless you stay for a week, there is no room service...i.e. bed's made, towel and incidentals service.

Resort was mostly OK, Gentleman at front desk needs more training on coustomer relations. Was told they were NOT a full service hotel and if I expected them to clean up daily that they expected more money. Room in general was great. Outlets for coffee maker and toaster were not working. AC unit was also not working properly. Would not get temp below […] 76. Did not call desk, thought they might EXPECT more money. Internet was not working either. Not a huge issue, however. Very nice place.. like that the rooms are enclosed and you need a key card to even enter hallways..24 hour indoor pool very nice even saw a security person stop and check on us.. nice clean kitchen. Our room had a nice stereo a DVD player and the spa bathtub was awesome. Great room and a great price.
