Really good value for the money. A full kitchen with supplies, 2 queen size beds. Very quiet good neighborhood.

Great location, and the interior is fairly modern; But cleanliness was not perfect, and the hotel was very noisy with no attempt by the hotel front desk to control unruly neighbors to our room on our floor. If I'm going to pay for downtown Toronto luxury with modern contemporary decor, I expect a little more. Will go somewhere else next time.

Didn't appreciate the large blood or lipstick smear on the side of the counter in our bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable but we were not fans of the pricey valet parking.

Great hotel. Good quality for your $. In the heart of the city, close to the Eaton Center and the Theatre District. In fact, its quite close to everything tourists want to see. Furthermore, its quiet enough for you to be able to sleep at night. I go to Toronto regularly and have finally found a hotel I really like. Will be back often.

Really didnt know what to expect but have to say was MORE than plesently surprised. Decor, rooms and customer services was EXCELLENT, in fact probably the best hotel I was in on my 5 hotel stay of Nort America.

The difficulty of getting to and from the hotel and the Pearson airport was noteworthy. This caused us problems both arriving and leaving, affecting our planning and ability to be at activities arranged. This is really a Toronto problem, not so much a hotel problem from what I can determine. Space was limited in the hotel but, not so much to affect […] anything. All staff worked conscientiously and cheerfully. I would like there to have been an area where one could wait when waiting for a room to be ready, and wait after checkout that is more suitable for reading or working at a computer. Excellent rooms. Very comfortable bed and nice kitchen area. Definitely reminded me of a bachelor pad condo. Will definite stay at the Pantages again.

The rooms were somewhat noisy, the doors need be insulated as the sounds from the hallway is most evident. Loud music on the Saturday night in the early morning hours. Parking and the fact it is valet only is not clearly marked or posted. We followed the Pantages parking "in" signs to get in and find out that we could not access the elevators. We had […] to walk up with our suitcases 3 floors in the underground parking to reach the outside and then proceed to the lobby. We met another woman in the parking with the same problem. The fact we left for the day and both our keys were deactivated and we needed to return to the main desk for new keys was not handy! The staff was not overly friendly. The only one person that made up for everyone else was the doorman Paul. He was wonderful. Ler mais

We stayed at the Pantages Hotel in Toronto. It has a great location. You can walk to Younge Street. There is $15 dollar parking in a basement garage. I parked at a $20 a day street lot and someone broke into my car but luckily didn't steal anything of value. The hotel is really modern. Very cool atmosphere. The door man was really nice. Excellent. The piano bar in the lobby is a nice touch. All the staff were great.

Very comfortable room--I was surprised to find a full kitchen with pots and pans, and dishes for two and a washer/dryer IN THE ROOM! A bar-height table with stools also was wide enough to roll up the bed for breakfast in bed. I could have had a seriously extended stay here. Traveling alone for business, the kitchen turned out to be great--I ate out […] a few times, but also could eat take-out on real plates, and make my own toast in the morning. Great firm bed. Times-Square like location--this is the broadway shows, bustle, tourists, but very close to the subway station Dundas, and easy walk to Queen West or Chinatown/Little Italy. I do have one big complaint. You pay extra for internet in room. And the business center costs $5 just to sit at a computer, then .50c per minute after that! I couldn't believe that they'd have a kitchen and washer/dryer as standard, but for wifi I had to pay an extra $30 for my 2-day stay! pretty cheap for such a swank place. The hotel and staff make our stay when we are in Toronto. It's our second home.

All the staff we encountered in our one night's stay were helpful and friendly. We were a little cautious about how good a sleep we would have being across from a major hospital in downtown Toronto but to our surprise, not a sound was heard from within our walls--and it was a Saturday night!

On my arrival the original room I had booked was located directly behind the elevator also the refrigerator had mold growing in it. I took the complaints to the front desk and they gladly upgraded my room to a full suite (stove, microwave, freezer / fridge and sink) for no extra charge. My 5 day stay was quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Very well situated hotel next to Massey Hall and the Eaton Centre. We had a corner room with lots of windows - some that opened but it is a very noisy area, even at night. Love that there is no carpets on the floor. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very convenient when you have medical appointments.

The staff were great!! Very personable and polite. The location couldn't have been better. We were attending a concert at Massey Hall and we could see the building from the window in our room. Amenities in the roof were awesome and if we had known they were that extensive we would have brought more food with us to prepare!!! Great for a one night stay […] or a week!!! Ler mais

The location is superb, are are the lobby, the front desk and overall service. However the rooms are tired--almost shabby and the hallways are very dark. The hotel needs a facelift.

Great service and very clean hotel. Room was very large, clean and bright. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Our room temperature was a little on the cool side, but we didn't complain, just made good use of the nice thick duvet. We stayed here because we were going to a show at Massey Hall, and it's right across the street, so perfect for […] a show. There is a lobby bar which unfortunately was closed for a "private" party so cannot comment. There is also a diner (Fran's) attached to the lobby and we did have breakfast there and it was ok and fairly priced. Ler mais

Great location, clean room, helpful staff. Would stay here again. Only negatives, pillows too puffy and tv in poor location. Most of the staff was fantastic with the exception of the man who did the valet parking when it was time to leave. I gave him a generous tip and he didn't even help us to put our suitcases in the car. Overall, very good value […] for the money and you can't beat the location. Hotel is quiet and clean. Ler mais

all and all it was a pleasant experience after taking in a show; though a little on the chic side for my ludditic tendancies; a great place for the young and the beautiful.

The only complaints that I have as it relates to our stay at The Pantages Hotel & Spa is the amount of noise in the hotel room throughout our stay from Hallway traffic as well as the noise below on the street from traffic around St. Michaels Hospital (Ambulance's). The windows in the hotel room did not seem to insulate any of the noise from the street […] traffic below compared to our stays at comparable hotels in the same area. The other complaint relates to the mattress was extremely firm to our liking and the pillows were also very firm. Unfortunately, noise and comfort are two very critical components for an enjoyable hotel stay. Needless to say the day following our stay we were both very tired. Ler mais

I adored this hotel, my stay was absolutely gorgeous. Friendly staff, extremely clean, very comfortable room and great view. I would definately recomend a stay at the pantages to anyone planning a trip to beautiful Toronto!! Sincerely,

We pulled up there was a garage entrance but when we attempted to enter the gate wouldn't open, so we went to front of hotel where there was no one to valet our car or welcome us. We had to physically go into hotel to ask for assistance, this on a busy downtown street. $32 for valet is outrageous even for NYC. They finally took the car, no one was there […] to take our luggage, we went to front desk where they were so busy answering their phones they didn't even acknowledge us, it's like we didn't matter and we were the only customers standing in front of them. The room was small, a lot crammed into one space, the bed was supposed to be King but it was a full, it was so small and so hard and the pillows were like rubber tires, extremely uncomfortable. Tossed and turned all night and afraid of falling off such a small bed, there were two of us. Overall I wouldn't recommend the hotel nor would I ever stay there again. The location was good but the are tons of hotel in the same area. Ler mais

I have been staying here since it opened. I loved the boutique feel of the lobby and floors......and that mood enhancing elevator ride. I think this hotel has changed hands or they are taking a very different approach to maintenance. The little tuck shop is closed so if you need supplies its the Eaton Center Shoppers or a long slog to a convenience […] store. The plants and other little touches are gone from the floor hallways and the elevators are showing age and in one case not running at all. Also.....no "little rock in a bag" ! I missed my rock! The staff are still great and the Martini Bar is still 100% so its only minor faults to a perfect hotel. The location still can't be beat and there was no discernible change in the rooms. At this price point though it is competing with One King West which is fairly close by and also well run. It was the little-somethings that gave this hotel the edge in my book and i preferred the boutique feel over the posh of One King. Pantages get those little-somethings back quickly. Ler mais

The room was clean, comfortable and the bed mattress very kind to old backs. Personnel more than helpful and very friendly. Very quiet environment. The only problem was that the TV didn't have a DVD player; the hotel wanted to charge $25.00. Would definitely stay here again.

We only had 1 washcloth to share between two of us. We asked for me and got 4 more towels! Kind of funny but annoying at bath time. There is no concierge so I felt like I was constantly waiting in line to ask hotel staff how or what to do. The lighting in the bathroom and vanity areas were very low. If you like being one of the pretty people, this is the place for you. This is a ultra modern hotel in a decent location, but you will get charged for everything. The gym was very nice, yet no towels were provided. In fact they were quite stingy with towels in the rooms. The rooms were large and pretty, but we had only one bath robe, and both days we […] were only given decaf coffee.
