Este hotel não tem o mesmo padrão dos hotéis econômicos dos EUA, tem áreas com jardins, lago com carpas, móveis rústicos etc. O quarto também tinha decoração rústica e camas confortáveis. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, tinha produtos de qualidade e ambiente agradável. Não é tão próximo da Disneyland, mas isto pode ser considerado uma vantagem para quem quer sossego e não quer barulho de trânsito. O pessoal da recepção recebeu encomentas feitas pela Internet sem custo e com boa vontade (ao contrário de outros hotéis). Recomendo a todos !

O hotel está passando por reformas e, pelo que entendi, até o final de 2012 todos os quartos serão totalmente reformados. No geral, é um hotel muito bom, mas que peca em alguns pequenos detalhes (lavanderia ineficiente, restaurante com poucas opções, frigobar fica trancado até que se solicite)... coisas que não deveriam acontecer em um 4 estrelas.

Hotel excelente, atendimento em check-in e chek-out rápido e cortez. Todas informações solicitadas foram esclarecidas pronta e eficientemente. Peca apenas pela localização, mas como em L.A. tudo se faz de carro, esse é um quesito que não pode ser levado em consideração para reservar esse EXCELENTE HOTEL.

A localização do hotel é fantástica, chega-se aos parques com uma caminhada de 10 minutos (o que é ótimo, pois nos permitiu deixar o carro no hotel e não pagar o estacionamento caro da Disney). Outro ponto positivo da localização é que o hotel esta próximo da Harbor street, uma rua lotada de comércio, lojas de convinências, restaurantes, farmácias, […] postos de gasolinas e mercados. O serviço do hotel e a arrumação do quarto são muito bons, aquilo que se espera de um hotel barato dos EUA: limpeza, tudo arrumado e uma cama boa para dormir depois de um dia correndo pelos brinquedos dos parques. "Eden Roc Inn"
The Hotel is kind of run down & older. The heater was broken, and a couple of lights were out. But it is comfortable, has a kitchen (less stove). It is however a very short walk to Disneyland & California Adventure. The staff is nice. The price for the night was outstanding! Bottom line - we will stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Can't beat the price, I knew going in that it would be one of those hotels where you get what you pay for... Not the cleanest, not too much attention paid to details... BUT the location was fabulous (for Disneyland), the sheets were clean and the staff was friendly. I will return...

The hotel is very close to the local attractions of Anaheim. Disneyland and California Adventures were two of the attractions that were within 10-15 minute walking distance. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. There were restraunts also within a 2 minute walking distance. The room itself was very clean, roomy, […] and confortable. "Walking distance to Disneyland"
The location was perfect for the Tinkerbell Half marathon. I slept right through the night. It's just not the MOST up-to-date hotel but it is what you pay for.

This place is not clean we were Terrified to sit down on the chairs, the bedding and floors were stained, we cam prepared with cleaning supplies & couldn't touch the service! A very Unhealthy Environment, with shady people walking around the property. I strongly advise anyone to pay extra and stay some where else. We ended up checking out early and […] the hotel manager was not willing to give us a refund, but we left anyway and lost $50. We stay here often and due to price and location will stay here again. I do feel the need to inform perspective clients that the bed had long black hair on it during our last stay, and this time the bed had large (possibly from a donut) crumbs all on the sheets of one of the beds. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. We didn't expect a fancy place and it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There wasn't really a breakfast just store bought pastries and coffee/tea. We had a kitchen suite which was good for us. You could easily walk to Disneyland. "Old and Dirty"
I spent a week at this Motel for a trade show. The location to convention center is prime! Motel is OLD and NOT clean. Maid service does a horrible job of cleaning the rooms. Floors, bathrooms, etc are dirty upon arrival and do not receive any attention from the staff while occupied.Room next door to me had 8 occupants who partied the entire week. Staff […] refused to address the 3am drunken rants. While the location is great, next year I will pay more and walk further. Honestly, if the entire area was not sold out I would have stayed somewhere else. Worst Motel I have stayed at in 15 years of consistent travel! Leia mais

"I recommend for a family."
I stayed in Edn Rock for 3days for disneyland. It was perfect place for 3 kids. In the morning we could eat bread and coffee, cocoa for free... It was really delicious.. Everythins was fine except smell on the carpet... But when I open the windows for long time it was ok.. Next time I want to visit again this hotel... "Awful! Dirty! Health Hazard!"
When I booked this room people said it was comfortable to sleep in and that's all you needed when going to Disneyland. That couldn't be any further from the truth. This place is dirty, outdated, and horribly uncomfortable. I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotel rooms. I'm also aware this place was only 52 dollars a night. Almost every hotel around […] Disneyland has updated their place and keeps them pretty clean. The Eden Roc owner and managers act like their place is fine and couldn't possibly have issues. They prey on people looking for something cheap and they won't complain about the horrible conditions. When I told the manager there was black mold on the tile grout and shower curtain he acted shocked. The towels are like sandpaper while drying off and the sheets are awful. The pillows are lumpy and are probably 10 years old. My sister and her husband were moved into 2 different rooms after complaints. The rooms were the same. We had 4 hotel rooms rented at one point with friends and family. We all checked out early and found a real hotel. The manager would not refund our money because we didn't complain right away like my sister and her husband. Do not stay here even if you are on a budget. "2nd time around, even better!"
Stayed here late last year, enjoyed it. This time was no different! Upon arriving, we were upgraded from a regular room to a "suite" style room with separate bedrooms, and a kitchenette! They treated us so well this time just like the last, showing they truly care for their customers. "Yes if youre broke! No if you want clean amenities"
We recorded the disgust in this apartment. The shower couldn't decide if it wanted to run hot or cold. The carpet didn't even go to the wall and left the tacks in the floor sticking up. It was clear that someone tried to break into the place. Oh and the door hinge was screwed into the bed table as a handle!!! The tv was green and only had a few channels. […] The saving grace: Tiffy's next door! Great food and ice cream. It's close to the park but our room was so awful that it put a damper on our fun knowing we had to return to it and sleep in the bed. "A little disappointed this trip"
This wasn't the first stay for me & my family at this hotel so we knew what the location was like. This trip when we were getting ready for bed the bed sheets appeared to still be dirty and we found a very long hair under the covers. Now the front desk did have the cleaning crew come change the sheets which satisfied us, but the next day we noticed […] that the sheets appeared as if they werent changed. Great service. They ran out of 2 queen bedrooms and upgraded me to a king and 2 queens for free! The breakfast wasnt bad either, coffee and a muffona nd you're good to go. Also, the distance from the hotel to Disneyland is unbelievable! Its about a 15-20 minute walk! I recommend this howl to anyone trying to save money when they go to disneyland!

I have stayed at this hotel many times with my family as we travle to California about 6 times a year for fun. We have stayed all over Anahiem and Buena Park and yet still come back to Eden Roc. It's not the Ruts but its clean, comforterble, and affordable. The staff is always great and the location can't be beat. For the price, we were very satisfied with this motel. Yes, it is older and could use some TLC, but the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels were very thin and there was only a shower. It was further away from Disneyland than I remember being portrayed in the description. The only real negative thing I have to say about this […] motel is that I could tell the bottles of shampoo and conditioner had been used and refilled. Luckliy, I had my own to use. I don't think I would ever stay there again, but only because of the location. I would rather spend a few more dollars and stay on Harbor Blvd to be closer to the entrance of the parks. The hotel is very close to the convention center witch is nice. But the bed is very soft, the shower is good for someone who is only 5 ft tall. Had to bend down just to wash my hair. "Hotel near Disneyland"
This hotel was very close to Disneyland. The hotel could use some updates, but it was clean and very close to Disneyland. In addition, the help was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

The staff was nice, but there is a 75 dollar deposit. The hotel was absolutely filthy, with stains on the comforter, sheets, and bedspreads, as well as the lamps. The towels and tub were disgustingly stained. There were definitely bedbugs in the sheets. We were on the first floor under a very loud group who made noise all night, and we had to switch […] rooms. From start to finish, this hotel is bad bad bad!!. The carpet was filthy, the headboards were torn and nasty, the bathroom was dingy and moldy. As soon as we pulled in we knew it was a mistake. They charged us a deposit for who knows what, the whole room is worthless. Older hotel but room was clean and reasonably priced. 1 1/2 blocks from Disney. Shower head a little low but not unusable. Good value for the money. Will stay there again.
"You get what you pay for...."
It's a great deal for a reason, It kept me in my budget but at a cost. I had to wait for the people on the floor above me to go to bed before I could, as I could hear every footstep. The enterance, bathroom and fridge room havent been cleaned in seemingly years. It's location is great for a quick walk to downtown Disney, which saves you $15 in parking […] a day. the carpet was so bad and the smell worst , next morning i tell oscar te guy and move me to another room , but the bathroom was so old , damage and i the towels were so old that i choice to not even take a shower, te toilet seat was in bad conditions,overall i regret staying in that hotel . the mattress were so bad conditions

It was by far the worse place I have ever stayed...ever. I would never in a million years recommend Eden Roc to anyone I know. The mold in the bathroom was beyond disgusting. The floors were black, fire safety with the bed pushed up against the heater/cooler. There was a nasty revolting snot streak on the bathroom door, (shows you how well they clean) […] and one thing that made my skin crawl worse than the rest..we pulled back the blankets and the sheets and pillows were full of hair. "NOT AS BAD AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE...."
Old, a little dusty, could use paint and new carpet...but totally worth it for the price...when I needed something, I called and they came pretty quickly. I would stay there again if I needed a super cheap place to stay.

"old rundown hotel"
Sheets to small for bed, mildew around shower door, burned iron marks in carpet, no where to put luggage butt on floor, no tv control, pillows broken in half, and towels so ruff we didnt have to use our loufa. wouldnt ever stay again. We checked out early and went to other hotel.
"Location is AWESOME, but that's it"
We stayed in a remodeled room, but still pretty shabby. Walls are SUPER thin. When our neighbors came in late and showered, I was kept up by the sound of the pipes running. You can even tell when they had their faucet running or if they flushed the toilet. Towels weren't always replaced, and they were rough. Blanket had HAIRS from previous occupants. […] Bathroom was only wiped down, not really CLEANED. When maid came in to clean while we were in the room, she cleaned the toilet, then walked out with the toilet brush DRIPPING ON THE CARPET!!! The bathroom had some black mold on the floor. I only stayed here because of the cheap rate and awesome location. Since we are rarely in the room, so it didn't really matter. I don't recommend walking barefoot on the floors. The people at the service desk were satisfactory, just there to do their job, not exactly all smiles. Room was clean enough but has a lot of room for improvement. I might stay again. On a positive note: We reserved a 2 bedroom (3 bed) suite, and I asked for my brother's family to be by us (they had a standard 2 bed). Not sure where to begin... The only thing Eden Roc has going for it is the decivingly fresh coat of paint on the outside. Once inside, our "suite" was more like a sour. The room was FILTHY, carpet stained and dirty, and black mold in the shower. Our family showered with sandles on, it was so disgusting. The pillows were so old and worn out that they […] were lumpy and flat. The thought of how many heads must have laid on them and breathed into them was enough to keep me up all night. I do not think of myself as a hotel snob, but this was complete filth. Just remembered that the outdated single window paynes didn't even lock, thankfully there were bars across them. The bedspread was laying on the floor when i got there and the tv had a green tint that couldnt be fixed. They couldnt find the key for the room they were originally going to give me. Maybe that one was better?

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We went to our room and both locks on the windows were broken. The room was also filthy. We were given a second room after we complained. The second room stunk, the carpet was filthy, towels were see through and rough, and oh there was black mold in the bathroom and water damage. The second night […] we left and stayed with some friends. I thought that it would be great for sleeping because that's all you need when you go to Disneyland however this was horrible. It took about 15 minutes to get to the park once we found the short cut through another hotel. That was awesome! Without the short cut it is a bit of a walk for younger children. Breakfast was NOT choice....muffins and cinnamon buns with either hot chocolate or coffee. Wishing there would have been milk for my little one. Wore my shoes while in the […] room, the carpet is old and feels dirty. The towels in the bathroom where old and felt like rough on the skin. Beds were fine. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Although they made an error with the booking, they corrected it immidiately and upgraded our room to something better than what we paid for. It was definately convinient for us to stay here because it was less than a mile away from Disneyland and its surronded by many places to eat. It was very affordable […] for us. We had a two night stay and it was very pleasant. The hotel is somewhat dated so it has some wear and tear. It was a ten minute walk to the theme park entrances. Close to food, a ten minute drive to Target, and in a nice location. The staff was very friendly and they offer free wi-fi in the common area, as well as an accessable computer.
