Este hotel não tem o mesmo padrão dos hotéis econômicos dos EUA, tem áreas com jardins, lago com carpas, móveis rústicos etc. O quarto também tinha decoração rústica e camas confortáveis. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, tinha produtos de qualidade e ambiente agradável. Não é tão próximo da Disneyland, mas isto pode ser considerado uma vantagem para quem quer sossego e não quer barulho de trânsito. O pessoal da recepção recebeu encomentas feitas pela Internet sem custo e com boa vontade (ao contrário de outros hotéis). Recomendo a todos !

O hotel está passando por reformas e, pelo que entendi, até o final de 2012 todos os quartos serão totalmente reformados. No geral, é um hotel muito bom, mas que peca em alguns pequenos detalhes (lavanderia ineficiente, restaurante com poucas opções, frigobar fica trancado até que se solicite)... coisas que não deveriam acontecer em um 4 estrelas.

Hotel excelente, atendimento em check-in e chek-out rápido e cortez. Todas informações solicitadas foram esclarecidas pronta e eficientemente. Peca apenas pela localização, mas como em L.A. tudo se faz de carro, esse é um quesito que não pode ser levado em consideração para reservar esse EXCELENTE HOTEL.
Room was bigger than expected -3 queens frig/sink/microwave. we enjoyed our stay. My husband says it was great & the kids had no complaints.

I was booking based on price, and ER was the lowest; also on location, and it doesn't get any closer to Disney than this. 5-10 min walk, saves you the bus ride and Anaheim Transit's ripoff rates. The hotel is quaint and older, but clean and very comfortable bed; bring pillows if you don't like 'em flat. : ) Staff couldn't be nicer. Oscar in front is […] friendly and helpful. Towels are cheap like the ones in gym at my H/S, but ok. Some noise from other rooms and the heater/AC sounded like an airplane!! but still slept great and had a great time. The 'grab n go' breakfast is just coffee or tea and some pkg'd pastries. Not great but free! and right next door is Tiffy's (play the player piano for 25cents!) and Coco's which are both good. "An overall nice place"
This place was pretty nice. Very close to the parks and the people were very nice. The only issue was that I found hair in the bed. I trust the sheets were clean but it should have been taken care of. Also, we had a small issue with parking. Overall, it was a nice place.

Very old and outdated but we stay here because of the price and three beds. We're in Disneyland most of the time so this is just a place to sleep and shower.

The pricing and size of the room were decent but the floors and bathroom were dirty. I am not high maintenance and this place was not worth the money even for a one night stay with two kids. There was grime on the tub and the tiles were practically coming off. The toilet was barely clean. I clorox wiped the seat and handles. The lamps did not work, […] the TV didn't offer many channels and they ask for a $75 deposit. The heater was cheap and barely functioning. Made a loud washing machine noise all night. The front door knob was two shakes away from falling off. next time I'll fork out the extra money to stay across the street or around the corner on Katella Ave. I do not suggest this place. "Not the best but cheap and good for a night stay"
The carpet was dirty, so make sure you keep your socks on at all times. The towels were rough, so bring your own towels. But, on a better note. The service was great and its very close to disneyland. We walked from our room. And the beds were decent. I checked the sheets and the beds and they seemed to be fine.

Just have an extra $75 ready on your credit card so you don't get surprised. They'll take the deposit and hold it until you check out. Showers are mildew infested. Rooms are cramped. Hotel is older and showing its age, but adequate and a good value for the price. Staff varied from strict adherence to policies (no early check-in was permitted) to affable and helpful. Whenever I goto Disneyland, I like to stay at this hotel because it's location is PERFECT. It's about a 10 minute walk, and you're in the heart of everything Disneyland. The rooms have all the essentials you need -- and to be honest, you're only in the room to sleep, you spend most of your day in the parks. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. "Great for the price"
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and will highly recommend it. The location is great and the price is right. Its not a 4 start hotel but you are not paying for this either. I enjoy being able to stay within walking distance of disneyland for a great price.

"You get what you pay for!"
Had a trip to go to, wanted to save as much money as possible. This was the cheapest hotel I could find in price, but I didn't think it was gonna be that ghetto. There was nowhere to park the car for one, and the actual hotel room ceiling had mold on it! I didn't use the hotel bed covers, I took my own. The hotel is in a very good location. I had looked for good rates and this was the hotel with the best rates I had seven different rooms it was a family reunion some had 2beds some had 3 and some had 4 beds all very nice rooms. Beds are good it’s a little old but for the price it’s well worthy it. I was in each of the rooms and they where all nice rooms […] if your not a picky person u will be fine and yes I did have kids. "Close-ish to Downtown Disney"
This hotel was noisy, just shy of dirty, the towels smelled pretty bad- we went to Target and bought our own after the first shower. The mattresses have seen way better days. The shower temperature ranged from freezing to scalding with not too much in between. It was cheap, though. "Overall review"
In one room the shower did really work. They need new cover sheets for the beds. New rugs. More lighting because it was some what dark. There was a couple next door that didn't let us sleep we called but i guess they didn't do anything. I liked the fact that there was good breakfast.

The people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming, however the room was dirty. Not because the maid didn't come clean but because they need new carpets and a less painful shower. The carpet smelled bad and the surface was uneven, if that makes sense. The shower was set way too low so we had to hunch down and be stung by what it seemed like a […] machine gun. "Decent Bed for the price"
Well we came from a big suite in Vegas so we didn't expect much, and that's what we got. It did have wifi in the room, pool no hot tub, didnt check on breakfast as there was tiffys and another right next door and across street. Room has fridge and microwave, laundry room on ground floor. Anaheim resort transit picks up in front of tiffys. They run every […] 20 min during prime time and 40 after 9am. think we paid about $40 for a 3 day pass for it for 2 adults and 2 kids. Other wise it's like $4 and $2 a ride. They run till after Disney closing and are quick then. Use bus #9 for this as it drops you right in the middle of Disney and Cal. Adventure (the entry doors are about 100 yards apart if you didn't know) The floors, comforters and bathroom are far from clean according to the wife. Me and the kids were fine as we hardly ever were in the room. Thin pillows and super cheap towels, but for me, I'd stay again if I iknow I'm only in the room for 8 hours a day to sleep. "Please love yourself more than to stay here."
This hotel was terrible. It was cramped and dirty. The air conditioning, refrigerator and TV remote all were broken. The whole place looked old and dingy and dirty. The floors were so gross I didn't even want my kids walking around or playing, also the bathtub was so dirty I didn't want them to bathe in it. The final straw was the bloody snot we found […] one a supposedly CLEAN towel. Sorry to be graphic, but that is honestly what we found. The hotel itself is an older building that used to be apartments. While it is old, it is very clean. The shower head was a bit low and I am not a tall person, that was a bit funny. Their towels could be softer. The bed, however, was wonderfully inviting and comforatable. The walk to Disneyland was not too bad. You have to go through the Disneyland hotel […] and Downtown Disney to get to both Disneyland and California Adventure from the hotel, but we were walking anyway. Overall, I was happy with the hotel. The hotel is in major need of work will not ever stay there again pieces of baseboards missing shower door was broken would not stay closed glass in door was cracked not a very relaxing place to stay !!!
"No Heat in Room/Flimsy Lock"
We stayed at the Eden Roc in mid November when the temps get down into the low 40's at night. There was no heat in the room & the blanket on the bed was thin - we were freezing all night. The lock on the door was flimsy at best. The paint was peeling. The shower head was mounted so low we had to practically sit down to shower & it sprayed all over the […] place as the head was not attached right or was broken. It was just a very cheap hotel. Not even a coffee pot in the room. The towels were thin & dingy - way past time for new ones. We will definitely spring for something better next time. "HORRIBBLE...TERRIBLE!!!"
Listen to all the reviews & don't do it!!! Filthy!...checked in @ 3am & was checked out by 6am. Got my money back, but would've left regardless. Smelled disgusting, holes in walls, dirty disgusting fridge, yellow stains on sheets & pillow cases. "Perfect for a night"
We had a mini two day Disneyland trip, and needed a cheap place to stay for the night. Our two room suite was perfect for our family of 6....we were only there to sleep, so it was comfortable and met our needs. We'll be back when we have another two day Disney stay!

The hotel was filthy when we checked it... We felt unsafe... I couldn't believe this hotel received a 3.5 star rating... We will NEVER stay here again and we do not recommend anyone else stay here either...
"Great location"
We try to come to Disneyland once a month and look for reasonably priced accomodations. This is our "go to" place. It is close to Disneyland and I can put our 1 year old to bed in her own room. The down side is that it is not the cleanest of locations as our feet were black on the bottom after walking around for an hour or so....also, we complained […] last month that the light in one of the rooms didn't work, which was not fixed during our four day stay, and which still was not fixed when we came back a month later. They didn't fix it during this stay either. The small fridge is great to have but freezes everything, and the microwave is outdated and broken. My last comment and something to be aware of is that during all of our stays at this motel, we have NEVER had housekeeping come to our room even though we put out the "please clean" sign. Leia mais

We have stayed at this hotel several times when we've visited Disneyland. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular, but it is close to everything and the price is right.

My family lives a little over 200 mi from Disneyland w/purchase season passes and visit approx 4 times a year. It's not a fancy place its old and they have done some remodeling but for the price we can afford to eat more "park food" and have a comfortable place to sleep. we have other than this incident always been "taken care of" but friendly staff. My […] last visit in October however was very disappointing. (Before I start I understand the Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items left behind.) Here's what happened: We had taken our duel Panasonic DVD player inside it was in a purse-like tote (old sony walkman & $200) and left it in the room. I phoned as soon as I realized it was left behind (one or two days later) (kids too tired for movies on the way home). I was told if it had been found it would be in the safe in the manager's office and he was out but she could transfer me to his vm. I asked if there wasn't someone else who could check the room. unfortunately the room was already rented and not possible to disturb those guests. I left the manager a vm with no response. I tried again 2 days later and he said my phone number on the vm wasn't clear. (He didn't think to look on the room register for a number?) But assured me his staff cleans every shelf (it was a suite like a mini apartment they used to be long term stay rooms back in the day). But he would check w/staff and get back to me. I have yet to hear from him. Which means either the staff didn't clean every cupboard and are embarrassed to admit it or ... ....that was 2 months ago...I don't know if I will stay there in the future. Leia mais

Unfortunately, the room had mildew all over the bathroom, The tub did not drain, and had to be snaked while we were there. The sliding door inbetween the kitchen and bath were off tracks. "What a Nightmare!"
I have never stayed in such a poor quality place. I've paid less elsewhere and have been more satisfied. The carpets were filthy, there was hair on the pillowcase which didn't even fit the actual pilliw(too small), there were holes in the sheets and stains on the bed spread, mold in the shower/bathroom...we were afraid to lay on the bed. "VERY convenient and Cheap!"
Read the other reviews and was still not dissuaded from booking this cheap little gem. Yes. It is very outdated. I was hoping that it was going to be outdated like Brady Bunch 1960's old - but it was more like just really poorly taken care of and not matching. It felt like your friend's house when you were little, spending the night. Not as clean as […] you want it to be. Lived in. Musty smelling without the air on or the window open. . . comfortable but foreign at the same time. The water does fill up in the bathtub when you use the shower. There is a little bit of mold here and there. But the linens were clean, there was a small refrigerator built in to the dresser/entertainment center so when we brought leftover food from dinner back to the hotel we could store it. Quiet complex, with only the occasional kid crying or car door slamming, which you would find in any neighborhood back home! Coco's and Tiffy's are right next door and both had incredible breakfast specials and great food. And the directions to Disneyland given at the front desk took us to the gates of the theme park in about 10 minutes walking - no need for the shuttle pass or expensive taxi cab!
