Fantasy World Club Villas - Kissimmee

We were very impressed how clean the villa was. It was well stocked with towels & sample items for our 2 day stay. Unfortunately, we were placed in a villa where construction was going on behind us for the new pool. The construction crew woke us at 6 am with all the loud noises(that was horrible) & their truck blocked the entrance to the parking lot […] at one point. Just like home, only better. We were very happy there. Kitchen and bathrooms nice. Large TV and comfortable living room with dining area for good sized family. Everything provided, dishwsher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, papertowels, washer/dryer plenty of towels and pool towels. Mattresses too firm for our liking. Decent hotel for the money. Close to everything "touristy". Nice pool area with bar. They had construction going on - looked like they are building a recreational area - but did not affect our stay.

It was clean and comfortable and the service was great. My only concern is that there was no sign as to where the pool was and there was construction in the area. Where once completed it will make the place even greater.

villas were very nice,however we paid for housekeeping. When we saw our villa was not cleaned, we checked with front desk. They told us they only do housekeeping after you leave,unless you stay more than a week, so we paid extra for housekeeping and didn't get it!

My family (in-laws, husband and 2 year old) went to Florida. We researched many suites and condos and hotels and world fantasy villas was the best price and nicest place we found. The condo was very clean and nice. You are only about 15 minutes from Disney! Only a few complaints...our upstairs shower did not work. I quickly found out that there is only […] 2 shuttles t magic kingdom per day which I did not read or see any where else. We ended up renting a car which was way better! I stayed there for a week and my experience was great. Its very close to all Disney parks and some good restaurants. My only issue was with the beds. They are very soft and we did not like them. Otherwise we enjoyed staying at this place.

It is a very nice hotel. Just need a little more maintenance and cleanliness. The staff is very nice.

The hotel was nice I would stay again. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and stores were close by.

I just recently stayed at the fantasy world resort on a universal/seaworld vacation; we had 4 adults and two kids in a two bedroom villa for 4 nights/5days, the room was an updated room with new bathroom fixtures, flatscreen tvs, updated fixtures throughout. The two bedroom was more than enough space for all of us!loved the idea of a full kitchen and […] washer and dryer in the room, really made the stay feel like we were at home and on vacation at the same time! Hotel staff was really nice, location of hotel is in the middle of everything, plenty of shopping and resturants within a mile, universal/seaworld/disney are no more than a 15 min drive. Everything worked inside of the Villa. Could use updating, But was good for the price.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst on route. The villas are really good value - centrally located for Florida's attractions, clean and very well equipped throughout and set within pleasant grounds - we sat out in the screen porch enjoying the morning/evening sun and watching the wild life. The pool/basketball net was fun and will be even better […] this summer when their huge pool extension/lazy river is complete. We would have been very happy to have stayed longer. Leia mais

I was allergic to the bed, and the beds were pretty poor. But the place seemed pretty clean and the pool was nice.

Staff was zealous in their attempt to make sure that we were happy. Rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking gear.

We stayed at Fantasy World Club Villas the week of March 22-29, 2011 and were quite pleased. We were initially concerned to see some construction on the property, but after checking in and exploring the property and the villa we decided it really wasn't a problem at all. The staff were all pleasant. The grounds are well kept, although very basic. Parking […] is more than adequate. The villa we stayed in on Sea World Ct. had obviously recently been updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and the tile, cabinets, and counter tops were newer. The appliances were slightly older but all in great shape. The upstairs bathroom was roomy and had a tub/shower combo. The down stairs bathroom was a very small but offered a second shower, which was nice. Even with 3-4 people showering each morning, the hot water did not run out. The dining and living room areas were simple and offered enough space. Overall, the bedrooms were a little small, but cleanly decorated and nice. All of us (three adults and one child) had no trouble staying comfortable and we did not feel crowded.The beds weren't the best or worst we've experienced at hotels/resorts - they were just okay. Both bedrooms had big closets, which was nice for hiding luggage and our other things out of sight - more like home. The screened back patio was very large and furnished with a table and chairs. There were only two minor concerns I had with this place: (1) The stairs were quite steap; more so than normal. I had to ensure my 4-year-old was escorted up and down the stairs, as I was afraid he would fall. (2) The washer/dryer combo is located upstairs with the bedrooms and was VERY loud. I intended to do laundry one night while my son was in bed and it was so loud I had to postpone until the next morning. It even interupted us watching TV down stairs! This was a great stay. Plenty of room for 5 people. Nice to be able to make our own food and have a room to sit around and visit. Staff was very pleasant. I would stay again.

nothing in the room was newer then the 1950's, a must not stay for anyone, the manager said he could change our room but its a $70 room cleaning fee, DIDN'T even have queen beds as advertised they are full size and twins with freyed edges and holes. showers were all rusted and chiped paint everywhere bath tub had the porcillin with big chunks in it., […] i was told it was a new room but id say it was new in the 50's. This was an amazing stay! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, in a great location and family friendly. We would stay again on our next trip!!!

This did not have the “feel” of a resort, but more like “staying with family”. I like the room size and fully functional kitchen. I would come back to Fantasy World on my next visit to Orlando.

Better than I expected.....I feell like home.

It was our second time staying at Fantasy World Villas and once again it was perfect. The villas are clean and comfortable. We had a great time and will come back again!

Very surprisingly true to representation.

The Villa was a perfect spot. It is on a quiet street and close to all the attractions we needed to see. The condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and exceeded our expectations on size and comfort.

This was the second time we stayed here. The first was 2007. We had a wonderful time then and an even better time this time around. Lots of room! The second bathroom was great! No long waiting in line to shower or use the bathroom. We had family stay there also that flew from San Diego and they thought it was great compared to a hotel room. This little condo was a nice place to stay. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but the rest of the place made up for it. It does look bigger in the pictures online, but there was plenty of space to make it feel like a home. The kitchen supplies were perfect for our "at home" cooking needs. Two bedroom, two bath condo with 3 tv's-good for the money. Bathroom on first floor included a shower that was made for a person that weighs about 120 lbs not to exceed 5'8'. Condo had decent beds, sleep couch left a lot to be desired. Pools and surrounding grounds should be updated and landscaping was poor-although they mowed at 7am and cut trees and […] bushes outside the bedroom window at 7:15am. Pool was old style, decently maintained but nothing other than a bathtub of water. Backyard pool at home has more amenities. Kids playroom was well lit, nothing challenging to play with, fitness center was fair, hot tub was no different than the pool. One pool was supposed to be heated, it was not or if it was it was a low temp and it wasn't heating at all. Could not adjust the thermostat in the condo to a pleasant temp-relied on fans in bedrooms for air movement. Temp set at 75, and 90 degrees outside. To hot inside. Screen porch, old furniture, pinestraw sticking through roof-no appealling to sit in listening to air conditioning units and looking at the parking lot. Leia mais

This place was great! It's like moving in to a furnished 2 bedroom town house for a week! Yes you have to bring your household stuff with you but it was great! LOVED the fact that they had a washer and dryer. I washed our towels every night and stayed up on the laundry everyday and didn't have but one load to wash when I got home. Which was wonderful. […] There are three pools shuffle board basketball courts tennis courts so the boys stayed busy when we weren't out and about. The shuttle was very dependable! So not having to drive every day was a bonus. The maintenance came quick even late at night when we called and they were friendly. We bought groceries so we didn't have to eat out every night and we ate as a family more on vacation than we do at home. This place was just wonderful. Would definately stay again. Leia mais

The hotel was a bargain as we got 35% off (good timing on Hotel.com!) and it had everything you needed. Close to lots of great restaurants and easy to get to all the major attractions. And thankfully not too close to the theme parks so you had a great choice of where to eat and drink rather than the madness of Downtown Disney or the expense of International […] Drive. Loved it! The townhouse was very convenient to Disney World. However, it was in need of maintenance. The sofa bed was almost unusable with broken/missing springs and there was visible water damage in the bathrooms.

Stayed here for 3 days between Nov. 14 - 17. Simply said this place is great. Each villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, and dining room. They give you lots of little things too such as towels, dish soap, toothpaste, laurdry detergent, and soap and shampoo. Staff is very friendly and the property has 3 pools, game […] room, and fitness room. This place is very convient to all atractions especially Disney World which is about 5 miles down the road. Comfortable rooms, our group was right next door to each other, nice hot tub and a warm pool.

For one low price, the condo included a full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve, including a disposal and dishwasher. A large living room with big flatscreen TV and eating area, plus a bathroom with shower on ground floor. On second floor, two bedrooms, one with two beds, one with queen (not large, but plenty of storage space). A washer […] and dryer and a full bath with tub. Rooms had ceiling fans and a/c was strong. Parking out front for two or more cars. Location convenient to much shopping and dining opportunities. Disney parks about 10 minutes away. Less than 5 minutes from I-4. 15-20 minutes from airport. it's a timeshare hotel, very clean etc. BUT it dosen't feel like a hotel there's no room service. if you finish your trash bags or toilet paper, you need to go to a store and buy them. we stayed 6 nights, and when you comeback from disney , you sometimes like to see new towels,bed made etc. if this doesn't mean anything to you then go for it. you see […] people carting around guests looking at the townhouses to timeshare. it just doesn't feel right. great pool bar!!!fully stocked with top shelf items...i had 2 beers though. friendly staff..a bit loose and too chummy. stay is you have a lot of guests and like to cook. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the hotel ammenities after taking in all the are had to offer. Our children remember the hotel as much as the area attractions.
