Hotel muito agradavel. Para aqueles que estiverem de carro, SF fica a pouco mais de 15 minutos, no horario do rush. Apenas o cafe da manha achamos fraco. Excelente para ferias.

De 20 dias de viagem em 6 estados americanos esse foi o melhor hotel que ficamos. Decoração de muito bom gosto, limpeza impecável, café da manhã perfeito em um lindo terraço e muita educação dos atendentes.

Escolhi esse hotel pela comodidade de ter o aeroporto perto pois somente iria dormir e no outro dia cedo teria q ir para o aeroporto. Me surpreendi com o hotel. Quarto com geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, ferro, tabua de engomar, tv de LCD, canais a cabo, cama muito confortavel do qual não dá nem vontade de sair dela. Limpeza excelente. estacionamento gratis, atendimento no front desk perfeito. Café da manhà excelente com várias opções.

"WONDERFUL HOTEL IN A GREAT LOCATION"
The Argonaut was first class in every way. Lots of great restaurants/bars within walking distance. Also a wonderful trail to the marina where there's a great neighborhood, Safeway to buy supplies for your room.

We enjoyed our experience at the Argonaut Hotel. We stayed for four nights and had a view of the Golden Gate Bridge out our window (nice touch). The staff was excellent and very helpful. The location was either walking distance or a short bus trip away from all the sites. The wine tasting each evening was the ice cream on the cake for us.
Fantastic hotel in Fishermans wharf and right next door to the tram stop to take you into town. Staff were great room was lovely would go back tomorrow if I could

"Hotel on the bay"
Beautiful, historic hotel located on the between Fisherman's warf and the Aquatic park. I stayed in and would recommend one of the view rooms. My view, from the third floor, was of the cable car turnaround, Golden Gate bridge and the Aquatic park. Don't mind the mixture of 4s in rating....to me 5s equal perfection.
The Argonaut was a fabulous place to stay. Great service from the staff, very comfortable room and situated right in the heart of Fishermans Wharf. Only criticism is the adjoining Blue Mermaid eatery which served as the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was poor quality, service was not good and the prices very high considering. As it was annexed to the […] hotel, this was the most convenient place to breakfast, but being on Fishermans Wharf meant there was many other options, if you were prepared to walk somewhere for your first coffee of the day! "San Fran easy to the Wharf"
The hotel was nice and clean. The first night there was a problem with box springs being broken, probably from kids jumping on them, but they moved us the next day and upgraded the room. In fact they said they would have gladly moved us in the middle of the night had we called, but alas it only really bothered one of us to the point of not sleeping. […] We saw them bringing in new box springs next morning. The wine tasting with Sangria was a nice way to end the day and the afternoon pick me up with tea and pop sickles sure helped. Location was super! Staff were all most helpful and friendly. Add to it Ben and Jerry's next door and bike rental two doors down it could not have been a better location. Leia mais

The Argonaut is ideally located on fishermans warf, only a 5 min walk to pier 39 and cable car terminal just around the corner. The only negative was the price for parking, however I Guess this can be expected given the city location. Would stay again.

"Hotel Argonaut in San Francisco"
The bathroom was not that nice. It was clean and big enough but nothing special. There's no a place to sit down in the bedroom, just a chair in front of a desk. We were 3 person so the only way to have a small break at your room was on the beds. There was plenty of space but no small sofa, no small table with chairs like most of the hotels I know.

Every staff member is over-the-top friendly and helpful, which is a good thing. Great location and great service, can't be beat.

As usual, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was somewhat narrow and small. Despite this, location for the activities in the area -the docks , Ghiradelli Square was ideal. M
"A Very Enjoyable Stay Where Service is King"
We stayed at The Argonaut for a recent stay in SF. From the point if arriving at the door, we were treated very well from the doorman to the registration desk to the room service . Everything was terrific. I was drawn to the nautical them of the hotel and it did not disappoint with beautifully appointed rooms and common areas. The area around the hotel […] has alot to offer and we found Aliotos a wonderful restuarant within short walking distance. The location allows you to take in many of SF's attractions within a day. This hotel is definitely worth it's rating. One caution, be prepared for high daily parking rates but that is common througout the CIty. Leia mais

We were 2 adults and one teenager staying for 3 nights. Seeing the old train, the park and the seaview from the window in our room was fantastic. The hotel had a perfect location for walking to the piers and the Fismerman's Warf. We had a great time in SF.

"The Argonaut is extremely important to us."
Soon after we met, my fiance flew me to San Francisco for New Year's, so that I could meet his son and daughter. We stayed at the Argonaut. Last year, for New Year's, we again ventured to San Francisco...and the Argonaut. Dutch, with help from his son and daughter, proposed to me on New Year's Eve, in front of Scoma's. Steve, one of the doormen at the […] Argonaut, had helped them to set the whole thing up, and made a grand announcement of our engagement in the middle of the street in front of the hotel. We have always been made to feel very welcome, and very special at the Argonaut. I can't imagine staying anywhere else for our honeymoon, after we're married on Christmas Eve this year. Leia mais

"Charming bay-front hotel in Fishermans Wharf"
The entire family loved this charming hotel during our vacation in San Francisco. We had a bay-front room with a view of sail boats and Alcatraz! I enjoy staying at Kimpton Hotels - they welcome and accommodate our dogs, provide a lovely wine reception and at many have coffee service in the morning. During our particular stay at Hotel Argonaut, we had some problem with a high pitched hum coming from the vents (different from the refrigerator hum) and a neighbor who was smoking. Great hotel, great location! Very nice and has very cute atmosphere with nautical theme. Staff very friendly, rooms nice and clean, within 1-2 blocks of Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiardelli Square, Hyde St Pier, etc. Pier 39 is about a 10min walk. Restaurant attached very tasty!

Friendly staff, but concierge didn't seem that knowledgeable. Hotel predates the first SF quake, and it shows in the amenities (no pool, no spa). Fantastic location, and boldly decorated rooms give the place some character. Close to everything in Fisherman's wharf. You hare definitely paying for lcoation at this hotel. "Wonderful find!"
The Argonaut is in a perfect location for visiting San Francisco. It is near all of the piers and waterfront activity and has public transportation options nearby, including the famous trolley. Tons of food options nearby too. San Francisco is not easy to drive in, so instead of renting a car and paying to park it, we invested in this convenient room. […] We were so glad we did. The comfort of this room was wonderful. Beds were great. Exercise room nice. Bell hops were incredibly helpful... more so than the concierge, who seemed to be working for the people they were recommending. The hotel hires locals who can give the best advice! The evening wine socials led to discussions with others which also led to great suggestions. Our only complaints were minor. We asked for an extra suitcase rack and never got it. We asked for tea bags in the room and had to call down to remind them, but then they finally delivered a nice assortment, free. I would love to return to this hotel one day. I highly recommend it. "Kingfish of the Wharf"
This hotel is definitely the place to stay in San Francisco. Everything about the hotel and area tells you that you will have an outstanding time. Want to catch a fish? Go across the street to a great variety of fish and restaurants. Want to catch a cable car. Walk out the hotel and around the corner and catch the trolley to famous Lombard St.....then […] walk down the most famous crooked street in America. Awesome. Want to catch a buzz? Go through the attached doors off the lobby for wine tasting every day from all the winery areas including Napa, Sonoma, North Coast, etc. Just everything was perfect. "Argonaught San Fran-Fishermans Wharf"
Great hotel - staff, location, rooms, cleanliness were all great. Ideally located for choice of restaurants and bars. The wine reception and 5pm was a nice touch, chance to meet fellow guests and mingle. Would definately stay again.
The Argonaut Hotel is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is always helpful and cordial. The hotel is somewhat small and the remodel of a historic SF site is remarkable and charming. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is Fishermans wharf and there is lots to see and do. Brilliant location right on Fisherman's Wharf and next to a Cable Car station. Hotel great. Wine reception nice. Recommended. However, we could have used a coffee maker in the room and car parking very expensive. Suggest - Walmart kettle for 10 bucks and a jar of Necafe! Handy for tea too. For parking we booked a nearby car park for 60 dollars for 4 […] nights over the net. Took car to the hotel and left keys with valet for 20 mins whilst we booked in with cases etc then took car over 4 blocks to the car park and walked back - all good. Leia mais
"Argonaut Hotel-Best Choice on Fisherman's Wharf"
Despite the throng of summer tourists in the Fisherman's Wharf area, this interesting hotel is a true gem of comfort and relative quiet. Very attentive and friendly staff, great views w "bay view" rooms and a location that puts you right next to that magnificent bay. You can walk/bike all the way along the shoreline to the Golden Gate, hop cable cars […] and trolleys right next to the hotel and be anywhere in the city. The hotel's Blue Mermaid restaurant is quite good and convenient. added plus, the must see Maritime Museum NHS is right across the street. Will definitely book this hotel again. Great City! Leia mais
