O hotel muito bem localizado, casas de cambio, transportes, compras e perto dos pontos turístico vês vc é adepto de caminhadas, a conservação interna do hotel deicha desejar, outro ponto ruim, apartamento de dois quartos com um banheiro??

Fui com a família (5 pessoas) e ficamos num quarto duplo. Tudo funciona, mas nada é excepcional. Vale a pena porque o preço é justo e a localização (Notting Hill) é excelente: pertinho do Hyde Park e com duas estações de metrô (bayswater e queensway) em duas linhas distintas. Excelente localização, ótima vista, em frente ao Hyde Park, quartos atualizados e limpos, infra-estrutura ótima. Excelente custo-benefício. Recomendo.

Otima localizacao. Tinhamos lojas e restaurantes funcionando em horarios diferenciados. Alem disso contamos com duas estacoes de metro que abrangiam tres linhas muito perto. Os quartos sao bons, nao tem muito conforto, mas tem tudo que se precisa. Foi uma opcao muito boa para Londres.

O Grand Plaza apartments tem bons quartos, boa estrutura, localização boa, pessoal simpático, preços decentes, uma ótima opção!

Gostamos muito do hotel, o espaço do apartamento é muito bom, exatamente o que esperávamos, a região é muito boa com boas opções de transporte, restaurantes e metercados para o consumo do dia a dia. ótima escolha para quem quer um pouco mais de espaço e economia com refeições.

O Hotel é ótimo, a única coisa que fez falta foi o ar condicionado, pois estava bastante calor no mës de Julho/10. No mais foi ótimo.

Great location. Friendly service. Generous room size. Disappointed however that having requested a garden view we ended up in the basement.

The location was good but the hotel needs some renovation for floors and windows!!!

When we walk around the apartment, we are pleasantly surprised to find so many stores, restaurants, supermarkets, Chinese grocery stores, Peking duck takeout with few minutes walk! Apartments very overpriced for condition. Very small and two sofa beds in lounge, expected a 2 bed apartment. Up two flights of stairs and no lift. Breakfast in the morning was hectic. Worth it!!

A fantastic discovery. When first got into room though it was spacious and comfortable, think that it was a studio as there was a bed in the corner, which would have been fine. Walked down the stairs to what I thought was the bathroom to find a further double bedroom and bathroom. An excellent location, tho if you don't know London, could get a little […] confusing I imagine. 2 mins walk to bayswater tube. This place is very clean and comfortable, and everything you need as if it were your own appt for your stay. Apartment was very nice in the basement but needed a little deep cleaning in the carpet. Otherwise very nice, great value for money and VERY convenient. Staff were helpful and pleasant - we will stay there again.

Great location and just a a few hundred meters from both Bayswater and Queensway tubestation. Not very "clean" feeling in the room... Dirty carpets makes you want to wear shoes inside. The "apartment" was two tiny rooms - bed hard up against the wall, drawers and wardrobe made room even more cramped . Separate lounge / dining / kitchen room had shelf hanging off wall, table rocking and lights out Seriously not what the website suggested I would get

We stayed at the Grand Plaza one night, then went out into the countryside for almost a week, and then came back to London for almost another week. The staff at Grand Plaza gladly stored a couple of our bags so we didn't have to carry all our bags around. They also provided laundry services - including one free load. The apartments are well situated and convenient for a visit to London. Close to underground and there is a variety of restaurants close by. Rooms are basic but comfortable.Free wi-fi was very handy. I would use these apartments again.

Clean room, big enugh for a family of 5. Bath & shower excellent. Breakfast good, although slightly crowded - avoid arriving between 8.15 and 8.45. Short walk to Bayswater station. Good restaurants and pubs nearby. Best supermarket beside the tube-station.

The apartment I had was larger than I anticipated, was very clean, and surpassed my expectations. I will certainly stay here again

Too Noisy, the tiny apartments are crammed together and noise can be heard through walls/ceilings and doors at all hours. Stained carpets and bedspreads, and cheap mattresses do not inspire confidence . Staff are nice, and a good location, but overall a poor and overpriced experience. NB, Guests are bribed to leave a good review with gifts !

About Room: As other reviewers have mentioned, they do not have a sense of comfort when it comes to the bed. Be prepared for sleeping on planks of wood. A hard bed seekers dream. Kitchen was nice, clean and had everything we needed except for a spatula. Which was odd for a place that came with a skillet. TV in bedroom and living room carries all local […] channels and some SkyTV as well. Shower has no curtains, which is a bit of adjustment for us Americans, but not a problem. About Hotel: There was loud people in room next to us, but quickly resolved with a call to front desk. Do not go for the breakfast, it was expensive and not very good. Most of staff does not speak english very well, so try to work out any concerns directly through the front desk attendants. Hotel to attractions: Just 3 blocks from Circle Line and 5 blocks from Central Line Underground. We did not have to ride a bus or taxis the whole time. This was just a dream! I expected more travel times from our location, but really everything is just 8 stops or less from these two underground stations. Final Thoughts: This is a nice way to feel like you are a Londoner for the week. It is a small neighborhood with lots of locals. The staff, on whole, was very nice. Checked in staff was very friendly. My room was located at the courtyard (away from streets and quiet) The only problem is that there is no lift for apartments in the courtyard. We were given a room on the top floor (2nd level), although I made a request a month before my travel. Overall, my family is happy with the place and location.

The room was great even thought we didn't have a view of the parks around the building (but I didn't request this. I'm sure if I had then I would of had a room with a view) The rooms were very clean and the decor was not at all garish (as can be in simular priced b&b's) and as the room was an apartment you could stay all day. Close to Whiteleys Shopping Center. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was clean (except for the carpet-old & dirty). The room accommodated 3 adults fairly well. The only real con was noise from the hallway and unit above. Creaky floors and no insulation!!

Nice hotell conveiniently located near Queensway in the Bayswater district. Many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Breakfast room a bit to small to cater for the number of guests present when we stayed there. We had booked a family apartment for five people. We first got a two room apartment where access to the only bathroom was through […] one of the two bedrooms. This is not so practical for nightly bathrom visits, so we asked if they had any aparrtments with access to the bathroom from bouth rooms. We where offered such an apartment located in the courtyard after our first night, and was happy with that arangement. The sofa beds where ok to sleep on for the three nights we stayed, but I would not recomend them for people with back problems. All in all a good hotell/apartment for a resonable price. Ler mais

Nice hotell, super service by the employees.. Very bad breakfast. But im norwegian, and used to ekstremly healthy breakfast. And there where more sweets than fiber there. The rooms where nice, even if we where three people on the smallest rooms, it was big enough. The carpetcleaner smelled bad, so we`d had to have the windows open all the time. This is a very nice, well located hotel. We were close to the tube and used it to travel all over London. Also, the staff got us tour tickets, a taxi to the airport and other advice. The internet access, breakfast and laundry facilities were perfect.

This hotel is an excellent budget choice, 5 minutes walk to Qeensway Street with many restaurants and stores, the neighborhood reminds parts of Brooklyn. Lots of various ethnic groups, safe and energetic. However, unless you get a room facing the courtyard, you will not get a good night sleep- taxi cabs slaming the doors, delivery people yelling, drunk […] youngsters screeming... all night long. After recently spending the night at the Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments, I have to say that the hotel was definatley worth the cost. The location is great, right next to the Queensway line and you can be in central London within a few minutes. Nice Hotel. Was placed in Lower Ground, so the view was not that good:-) but apart from that nothing to complain about.

We were surprised by how well we liked our hotel! While it was a bit of a maze finding our room, everything else was great. The space fit our family well and we especially appreciated the free laundering of one load of clothes. The launderette did all the work so we were able to enjoy our holiday. Hotel was well situated with good facilities and near to popular convenience stores as well a tube stations. We used it as a stop over for a 2 day trip around the sights of London. Within a 10 minute stroll we had the choice of 2 tube stations (circle line or central line) and passed numerous restaurants and convenience stores. Initially was a bit apprehensive as there were lots of mixed reviews. But certainly found that the location was very convenient, easy to get to tube stations and also to lots of food outlets for meals, as well as preparing meals inside the apartment itself. The heater wasn't working when we arrived, which proved a problem especially with a 10 day old […] baby in tow, but the staff were excellent and quickly got their hands on two electric heaters to help heat the rooms. Staff were also helpful to get us a ground floor apartment for ease of use. Room was clean, and bathroom was excellent too. Size wise it could certainly fit in 6 adults without much of a problem. The only downside was the quality of the extra bed in the lounge - it was a divan type bed but the mattress was really too soft. Quite uncomfortable to use. The main bed however was good. Overall, I think people should give this place a go, and remind themselves that for a central London location, this should be one of the better ones! Ler mais

My wife left behind a piece of jewelry. My son went to the hotel immediately after our departure to ask for the assistance of the hotel to check the room. They were not very helpful.

The hotel has everything in easy reach, two tube stations within five minutes, groceries, restaurants and, for runners like me, Kensington park and its inviting paths.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the hotel over all. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was beautiful and offered us exactly what we needed. The first apt. they tried to put us in was on the 5th floor and the elevator only want to the 4th. Narow winding stairs to the 5th. Apt not what was advertised. Tiny and cramped. We complained becaue my wife cannot do stairs and they moved us to a 2ed floor larger apt. It was just fine.
