Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados por 3 dias no início de Janeiro. Excelente localização, com acesso direto ao Metrô. Perto das principais atrações locais. Quartos grandes e muito bem conservados. Funcionários atenciosos.

Estivemos hospedados em dezembro, antes do Natal. Como o hotel estava em obras, sua avaliação fica um pouco prejudicada. Mas para uma família de cinco, ficamos muito bem instalados: quarto, sala e cozinha separados e boa limpeza. Excetuando-se o continental breakfast - que é sofrível - e a obra, nada temos a reclamar. Porém, quanto ao café, nada que o Trader Joe´s, um mercadinho praticamente em frente, não resolva, já que o apto tem uma boa cozinha, com geladeira grande.. A localização é o ponto forte: à esquerda Georgetown, à direita o centro de Washington. Pra quem gosta de andar e não tem crianças, dá pra fazer praticamente tudo à pé. Ficamos satisfeitos com a escolha.

Esse foi um dos melhores hoteis q eu fiquei com minha família nos EUA! O café da manhã é ótimo, com boa variedade, incluindo uma deliciosa salada de frutas! O estacionamento tem um preço acessível, se compararmos com os de Was DC e com o carro tivemos a mobilidade de transitar por varios locais que não eram acessíveis de metrô. A Manager do Hotel foi muito simpatica e atenciosa, assim como todos os outros funcionários! Com certeza, estarei dando preferencia a essa rede nas próximas estadias!

"Very clean and up to date"
The only complaint I had about this hotel is that the girl who checked us in did not give us the required "ticket" for breakfast the next morning, so be sure to ask for this. We were short on time in the morning and unable to wait in line to get it straight. Otherwise we were amazed at how clean and comfortable the room was.

Room was freezing when we entered it, the doors are Pretty flimsy, Beds where firm! Very firm, thought it over priced for the room.

This is a great hotel at a very reasonable price considering it's location. It is a little aged, but the room was clean and the breakfast was good! I would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly, helpful staff. I had trouble getting connected to the internet from my room, they gave me their customer support toll-free number who happily helped me get connected.

"Best deal in the area."
Close to George Mason University for visiting your child if he/she is a student. The only complaint I had was the refrigerator in the room made noise and the late night weekend local teens/young adults who rented rooms to continue partying after the pubs closed. "Best Western Fairfax - a little old but ok"
This hotel is a little worn, but for the price and location, it's not a bad deal. It does have exterior hallways, and the sinks are not in with the main part of the bathroom. Many rooms overlook pool and courtyard instead of parking lot, though. Staff was helpful and friendly. Right off I-66 and only one exit from Vienna metro - so convenient for sightseeing […] into DC. Pool looks very nice, although was closed this time of year. Breakfast was good, with hot options, but crowded (relatively large dining area but everyone seemed to be there at the same time). Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with lots of hot food offered. In addition to eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles being served, there was a made-to-order omelette table.

Room had inch sized bugs all along the edge of the carpet. Had a stincy smell. would not recommend, stay away
"Good value hotel"
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and the breakfast adequate. Staff were all polite and helpful. My only criticism would be tha the room was dark and rather uninterestingly decorated. I needed the lights on in the room all the time.
"BWH in Fairfax"
extremely dissatisfied with accommodation and treatment from the Hotel Manager. Room was not at all cleaned (and dirty linens and towels still at room) when we left in the morning and came back late at night. Notified the Manager on the incident and was treated somewhat rudely. He had to settle the issue by paying us $40.00.

"what a suprise!"
What a suprise to find this jewel. The room was large, clean and nicely appointed. If this wasn't enough, how about hot breakfast with fresh waffles and, an omelette station.......What a surprise.
"Great Hotel close to the Metro"
It is far enough away from DC to be a good price, but only five minutes to the Metro. When you add in the free breakfast, it becomes a wonderful bargain! It allowed us to extend our DC vacation without breaking the bank. Hotel is older, but the room was very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping too .We would definitely stay there again.
"Perfect for what we needed"
This was my second time staying at this hotel. Much cheaper than staying in downtown Washington and very close to the Metro. The room was simple but comfortable. The room had a fridge and microwave which came in handy and the beds were comfortable. As the time we were there was during the heat wave, the pool was also very refreshing. The complimentary […] breakfast buffet always had variety and the little lady who works in there will do all she can for you. My only complaint would be the front desk staff. Although very helpful if you needed directions, they always made you feel like you were bothering them. We delt with at least 3 different guys on the front desk, and each of them treated us the same way. No time for small talk, just straight to the point and move on. Very pleasantly surprised!!! We were looking for an inexpensive room that was near a metro station so we could go into DC for sight seeing. The room was beautiful and spacious. The free breakfast the next morning was very good compared to what I have had at other hotels. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions to the metro station. "no appology and no smile"
the front desk never smile, in fact they ignore you when you get into the building, I spent my first night there, when I checked in the receptionist asked me if I was going to have breakfast before I leave next day, and I said why not, and asked her what time and where is the breakfast and she answered me, but she didn't mention anything about a " PASS […] " that I need to take from the front desk to have breakfast, so next day I went with my mom to the restaurant at 700am and in order to get there you have to pass in front of the receptionist and there where a man and another woman ( not the same one the day before ), so I looked at them with a smile in my face and both of them did not smile back in fact they turn their head away, that was not encouraging, and inside the restaurant room where they were serving a buffet of different stuff, another lady(employee) approached me and asked me about a "PASS" that I need to give her in order to have the breakfast, I was surprised to here that, and when I asked here where to get that she said the front desk, that was really embarrassing for me,so I went to the front desk and told the lady about the pass and I told her that the other front-desk lady who told me about the breakfast and didn't mention the pass, the lady without any expression gave me two passes and never apologized, I felt that I was UNWELCOME for no obvious reason, I will never go there again. We had stayed at this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. We had shopped and thought we could use the pool in the evening. We were disappointed that is closed early on Saturday and was closed until morning for cleaning. We did not get to swim any.

Hotel was MUCH BETTER than what I expected! My family and I took a trip to Washington DC (7/18-7/23/11) and not knowing the area we asked a friend of ours from VA to recommend a safe town close enough to Washington. He recommended Fairfax and I love him even more now! Not only was Fairfax close (30 minutes but there was construction so without construction […] 20min max) but it was also a small town but with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel rooms were very clean and the pool was great! I had read the reviews and someone had mentioned that the rooms had outdoor hallways and they didn't feel safe but I have no idea why they felt that way. We all felt very safe! In fact most nights we didn't get back until after 11pm and I was never worried. They had lifeguards until the pool closed which was surprising because I have stayed at some 5star hotels that do not have any lifeguards. The breakfast was great! The staff was great! and I would recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to go to DC but doesn't want to spend a fortune and doesn't want to risk staying in some of the nasty areas surrounding DC. (Trust me there are some very nasty areas in DC) There were a total of 10 people in our group (6 adults & 4 children) and we all enjoyed our stay. Leia mais

"Nice relaxing motel with short drive to Metro Rail"
We feel the hotel was excellent for our needs and gave us good value for the price we paid. The pool was delightful, the breakfast was great (the first morning there was no A/C in the dining room, but that was fixed by day two), the staff was very gracious, the room was a bit worn, but very clean and promptly attended to. We would stay here again!
"A bit off the main path but very nice"
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was its distance from the metro station. Otherwise, just great. Very comfortable beds, helpful staff, good value for the money.

This is a nice, older hotel that is close to everything I needed. The room was VERY clean, comfortable, and affordable. The only downsideof the room: the door seal was mostly missing. I think Rick has been on the front desk too long. He apparently hates his job and does not provide very good service. In fact, he acts like you are bothering him everytime you go need to go to the desk. We had to overlook his attitude and childish behavior every morning when we got our breakfast voucher. "Nice stay in NoVa"
Nice hotel. Good price. Breakfast included was good would just like some healthier choices.
Hotel is OK however most of the employee are spanish and do not speak English. The staff are some what are OK. It's too far from washington DC so the best way to get there is by train. The breakfast is good, WIFI signal is very good.

"Good hotel for family vacation"
We stayed in the hotel for three days and every day we had clean and vacuumed room, fixed bed. The very best thing in the hotel is breakfast. Pool was clean but water is a bit cold for end of June. AC in first room was noisy so we asked for another room and we got new one with kind of quite AC unit.
