Gostamos muito do hotel. O que faltou foi um fogão no quarto. Havia um microondas e uma torradeira e a geladeira é bem pequena. A localização é muito boa e o silência à noite é total. Nada de barulho que incomode o sono. Para quem deseja descansar é ótimo. O quarto é com banheira. O hotel dispõe de píscina aquecida e jacuzzi com hidromassagem aquecida. É só aproveitar.

Bom hotel, um local agradável, tudo muito limpo e com jardins. Local próximo a praia e deixa os hospedes a vontade. O café da manha é simples porém muito gostoso. Tudo foi perfeito, melhor que eu esperava. Os atendentes foram super gentis. Recomendo.

"Pool and spa are small."
The pool and spa are very small but adequate. Spa is fine for small people. This hotel used to have a free breakfast but no longer does. However, the hotel restaurant food and menu were very good and prices were average. Even though the hotel is near the freeway, the rooms are quiet. This is our second stay here and not our last.

There is definitely a plus in the Best Western plus! The hotel was immaculate, the desk clerk was able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room, the hotel was quiet, the spa water was a perfect temperature, and the room came with 9 pillows! My only complaint is that there were only 2 electric outlets next to the bed and since the lamp and clock […] were plugged in there, I had to charge my cell phone at the other end of the room. "Goldilocks wants another bed"
This hotel is in a great location and has a restaurant in site. However, the queen size beds are too soft. Woke up with back ache.

The hotel is decent with a 3 start rating. The room is old, yet was clean. The service was good but a bit slow. We had to wait for the only person at the coucounter when check in and check out.

Pool is not for swimming only for cooling off, wouldn't recommend to a family, only couples. It had a beautiful courtyard, great dinning experience, even though the price of room service is crazy!! "Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn"
Much nicer than I had anticipated. Nice clean rooms and well kept facility. Only negative is getting the A/C working to a comfortable zone. All in all, I would recommend this place due to the cleanliness and proximity to downtown Carpinteria.
The location was great, easy access to everything. The cleanliness and comfort was Awesome, we stayed on the bottom floor hardly no noise from freeway traffic. Very comfortable I definitely will stay again. The atmosphere was beautiful and serene.

"Nice but little overpriced"
We stayed in this hotel for one night only and overall were satisfied. The hotel was well maintained and staff was very friendly. The location was OK, but in our opinion not within walking distance to the beach.We found this hotel a bit overpriced for what is being offered. It was a great location and the hotel atmosphere and service were great. However, our room was next to the stairs and exit, so it was a little noisy. We would stay there again, but would request a different room location.

Room was well appointed, clean and convenient. Inner courtyard (accessible from our little patio area) rivals some I have seen in Central America with rich colorful foliage, fountains, stately building - was an unexpected and very pleasing plus; A place to relax and feel pampered just being there! Must be able to endure the woefully inadequate staffing […] at the front desk whne registering. Actually overheard another guest complaining about the same thing while I was waiting in line for the single remaining staff person to stop answering phones and deal with customers in front of her. The complainer was apparently a frequent guest there as he said things like "you folks always...." Staff was apoligetic but the situation did not change. Once we were registered everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay very much. In case you are wondering whether things would go more smoothly if we had had reservations... We DID have reservations. We wanted to stay outside of Santa Barbara in order to save a bit of money. This hotel fit the bill. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

"Best Western in Carpenteria, CA"
Verrry nice hotel for the overnight or extended stay. The room was a little small but it was close to Santa Barbara, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The front desk person was very personable as was our waitress at the restaurant inside the hotel. Very good burgers! Would recommend this hotel anytime.

We wanted to spend time in Santa Barbara and could not find reasonably priced hotels - so we opted for this hotel which is about 10 miles away. Great looking property. A good stay overall. Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Ask the staff for restaurant recommendations - they are very helpful and the Thai restaurant they recommended was the best I've ever tasted!

Grounds were beautiful, staff very friendly and accomodating. The only thing negative was the soft mattress wich my back didn't care for. This was the Bestwestern hotel in Carpentria California.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times as Carpinteria is one of our favorite stopping points on the way up/down the coast. It is a nice looking hotel with a very cool courtyard in the middle but every room we've stayed in there has a problem where we can hear everything in adjoining rooms. "great experience"
This place has REALLY beautiful gardens and grounds that surround the hotel. The courtyards are great! The room we stayed in was clean and nice, but a little dated. The best part of the hotel was the outside, but all in all, it was a great place to stay, close to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again.
"Noisy!!!!"
The hotel is right next to, I mean literally right next to, the 101 Freeway. It was very noisy. I reserved a room with a King bed and was given a room with one Queen. When I called and ask the front desk if the bed was a Queen, she assured me it was a King. I was given a King bed after I went down to the front desk and complained.

Unfortunatelly, our rooms were one of the few rooms facing the freeway, which made them quite noisy. I assume though, that most of the rooms don't have that problem. This hotel is an overall excellent value. I stopped for an overnight stay while driving from Orange County to Santa Barbara. It exceeded all expectations. I booked this hotel for just a one night stay because I was attending an event in the area and didn't want to make the drive back to LA afterwards. I was looking for something cost effective and convenient. I was a little worried about staying at a Best Western because my last time staying at one in the San Diego area was sub par. Yes, the hotel "building" is older and there was still the "popcorn finish" on the ceiling. However, the carpet, linens, windown treatments, shower curtains, etc. seemed up to date, clean and fresh. I regularly stay at Westins with their famed "Heavenly Beds". This Best Western's bed beat the "Heavenly Bed's" comfort hands down!! (I did miss the Westin's Egyptian cotton sheets though....) I absolutely loved the mattress at this hotel! We had a double queen room facing the exterior. There was some road noise, but it didn't bother us in the least. This was a nice hotel but not the best and I'm not sure how many options are in Carpinteria but if you can find something different I would. The hotel looked nice and was clean but it was so noisy. Not just from the outside, which you could hear the traffic but also from all around from next door to the above floor. "The Best Western Carpinteria Inn in Carpinteria"
We spent one night in a lovely room with two queen beds. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the mattresses were very comfortable and I liked the Spanish architectural touch. We had our room towards the highway so it was a bit noisy. I recommend you book a room towards the other side so its quiet.

Fairly positve experience. Our room was quiet. We had an inner courtyard upstairs room. There was a little shared balcony with the room next door so we didn't feel comfortable leaving the door open at night. didn't have the king bed available that we reserved. we were sent to a handicap room. tile old and dinged. bathroom door falling off the wall. couldn't close the door. jacuzzi felt dirty. the rooms were so old without being updated that they just felt dirty. won't stay again and would not recommed to anyone to stay there.

Very pleased with the hotel for the price. Many rooms had small balconies. We did not get one and do not know how much more those rooms cost,nor were we offered the choice, but we were still pleased with our room. We were in the area to visit UCSB. "Good for a late checkin and early departure"
The hotel was nice and clean and the location is good if you are just passing through to a different location. Very close to the highway but if you are looking to stay in the city, then I would chose a different place to stay.

"Best Western PLUS Carpinteria Inn"
Was a clean quiet room with easy access to the freeway. The area has plenty of good restaurants and this Hotel is about a mile from the beach. This is close to Santa Barbara and is less costly and has less traffic to deal with.

"Nice Place To Stay in Carp"
I've been going to Carpinteria for 40 years - primarily to camp on the beach. When the campground is not available, we stay at the Best Western. It is by far the nicest of the neighboring hotels. Big, clean rooms and a nice staff. It's worth the additional cost (relative to the other hotels in the immediate area).

We had a short stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is clean and the room is beautiful. the bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely little balcony to sit on and enjoy the weather. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
