Com instalações novas o hotel é muito confortável com destaque para as 2 camas de casal por quarto e um menu de travesseiros, sendo uma ótima alternativa para compensar a localização mais distante do centro comercial e pontos turisticos.

Excelente hostel. Tudo muito organizado. Total segurança e limpeza. O pessoal que trabalha no hostel é muito simpático e acolhe maravilhosamente os hóspedes. Fui maravilhosamente recebido e aqui quero agradecer a todos, especialmente às funcionárias ANA(a portuguesa), MÍRIAM, ELAINE e ROSA por me fazerem sentir em casa. A Sra. ANA, administradora do hostel, está de parabéns pela hospedaria e pelas funcionárias que tem. Espero retornar em breve. Um abraço a todos.

A localização é excelente do ponto de vista do metrô de Lisboa. Uma das entradas da estação de São Sebastião fica em frente a porta do hotel. O atendimento, paciência, cortesia e simpatia são primorosos!

"Bom custo x benefício"
O hotel está bem localizado e tem ótimo custo benefício, vale a pena porque está super próximo ao metrô e de fácil caminhada (perto de 10 minutos) de várias atrações turísticas e gastronômicas. O único ponto a melhorar seria o café da manhã: ele é super simples e, caso não esteja incluído na diária, não recomendo que o hóspede consuma por lá.
O Hotel não é luxuoso mas muito limpo. Excelente localização. Os funcionarios são extremamente atenciosos e solicitos. Relação custo X benefício muito vantajosa. Recomendo o hotel.

A localização é muito boa, pode-se fazer tudo a pé, e as acomodações são pequenas, porém confortáveis, e compatíveis com o preço. O café da manhã é que poderia melhorar um pouquinho.

It is a residential apartment turned into hotel rooms, the front desk was originally an apartment on the 2nd floor - hard to find. The bathrooms are tiny, the beds are twin size, if you turn around in your sleep, remember to make the turn in the air so you fell on the same spot or you are on the floor. The Dom Sancho residencial is located within walking distance to central Lisbon. It is convenient to reach by car, bus and is a 10 minute ride away from the airport. In our (plus my wife's ) experience, the service was quite attentive and helpful. We were shown several rooms to choose from, and while some are larger/brighter than others, they all were […] very clean, especially the bathrooms. My only qualm is the map provided by Hotels.com is not very accurate - the hotel is not as close to Restauradores Metro as it appears, it is actually closer to the Avenida Metro station. The guy at reception, Luis, was really really nice and helpful - he let us know of cheap ways of travelling, what routes to take where etc. The bedroom furnishing was […] traditional, simple and lovely. Fresh towels each day. Breakfast for 5Euros was very reasonable. The rate we got through this website for a twin room for two nights was a bargain - this hotel therefore exceeded our expectations based on the price we paid! Great location on the "Champs Elysees" of Lisbon, "Knightsbridge" of London. The old city on one side of the road, the West part of the city on the other side of the road. "Very friendly and helpful staff."
The staff were very friendly and ready to help me with whatever questions I had. They even let me keep my luggage in a safe place after I had checked out so I could still see the city. It is in a great location, rooms are small but very clean.
I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with rooms that have a real charm to them. I stayed there before and after a flight from Lisbon and was able to check in the morning following an overnight flight, which was a real bonus. "There are better places for the price..."
This place was just blah. For the price, we have stayed at much nicer places in Lisbon (which is not an expensive city). Their advertised free wi-fi was not working the entire time we were there (4 days). The room was very small and at night you could hear street noises. OK if you're not going to spend that much time in the hotel. It's close to the […] Avenida metro stop. But I'd recommend looking for hotels in the Park Eduardo VII area, which is just 2 subway stops away (Lisbon is very small, so all you need is to be close to a subway stop. Cabs are also very cheap). All three hotels I've stayed at in the Park area were very nice with big rooms and working free wi-fi, and there are 3 different metro stops nearby. Leia mais

Sentralt beliggende, lite hotell. Meget enkel standard med enkel frokost. Rent. Hyggelig og service-minded betjening. Ønsker du litt mer komfort, velger du noe annet.

- Sehr zu empfehlen für Stadtausflüge da hervorragend gelegen, - nettes familiäres Hotel in schönem Altbau - da es zur Staße auch nachts laut ist, bei Ankunft nach einem Zimmer zur Rückseite fragen - Frühstücksbuffet ist recht einfach - WLAN kostete doch einige EUR/Tag

Sehr gutes Hotel für Städtebummler die nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen. Saubere Zimmer mit angenehmer Grösse. Freundliches Hotelpersonal. Gute Lage direkt an der Einkaufstrasse in ca. 10-15min. zu Fuss am Rossio.

"Close to downtown"
The hotel was good, and I would stay there anytime. It was close to the city center and to airports and railroad stations. The hotel was clean and good. I did not have windows in my room, and it was not much place, but consider the price it was well worth it!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was very nice, better then expected. The location was perfect, 2min. walk from Avenida metro station, 8 min. to tramcars, busses and close to the city center. The Aerobus goes directly from the airport to Avenida. Very easy.

Dom Sancho är billigt och standarden är därefter. Ett budgetalternativ som i bästa fall ger dig en natts sömn och en enklare frukost, men knappast någon lyx. Välstädat, beläget hyfsat centralt (ett par minuter till tunnelbana och flygbuss, fem minuters promenad till centrum). für unsere zwecke wir waren 4 Tage in Lissabon haben nur eine Günstige Schlafmöglichkeit gesucht! Billiger als die Hostels eigenes Bett + Dusche (Dusche ist Übrigens Weltklasse) für Preis und Leistung nettes Personal usw. auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen ! Die Lage ist auch spitze!

Et meget centralt hotel med fine naboer, som ligger tæt på metro og lufthavnsbussen. Personalet på hotellet var meget søde og hjælpsomme og så er der sen (efter 11) rengøring på værelserne, hvilket vi synes var dejligt. - Så følte man ikke, at man blev smidt tidligt ud, fordi der skulle gøres rent. Udsigten fra værelset og direkte ind i en mur, var […] måske ikke den aller bedste, men i og med, at vi ikke var så meget på værelset, så var dette dog til at leve med. Hotellet ligger nära metrostationen Avenida och nära busshållplatsen som tar en till o från flygplatsen. Det är ett lugnt område med gångavstånd på ca 5-10 min till Rossio torget där det är mer liv o rörelse. Rummet och badrummet var renligt, dock hårda sängar och tyvärr ingen liten kyl. Betyget blir en trea (3) och den som drar ner är sängarna, dom var alldeles för smala (75cm) och korta (180cm) bäddade men en plast under lakanet som gjorde att det blev "klibbigt" att sova. Annars var det fint, rent, trevlig personal, enkelt att ta sig till/från.

Located in the center, small place with small but clean rooms. Nice receptionists although the B&B atmosphere might be a bit disturbing if you want to come and go anonymously.

Trevligt hotell och tillmötesgående personal. Trådlöst internet finns i receptionen. Finns även fast internet tillgängligt för liten kostnad. Enkla rum men med det som behövs t ex AC. Byte av handdukar varje dag! Enkel frukostbuffé dock ingen variation, samma utbud varje dag. Hotellet har bra läge med metro, flygbuss och andra lokalbussar på den stora […] avenyn utanför. Residencial Dom Sancho var ett sjarmerende og koselig hotell, i tillegg lå det sentralt i Lisboas hovedgate. Rommet var lite men det var rent og pent. Meget enkel frokost.

the rooms was actually better than I expected based upon the pictures - clean and in good shape considered the cost. close to the Avenida metro station as well as bus stop to/from the airport. 10 min. walk to the city centre makes it a good base for exploring this beautiful city.

Eindelijk niet een hotel uit zo'n grote keten, met voorspelbare inrichting. Goede ligging, vlak bij alle hoofdatracties,maar ook metro aan de overkant van het hotel zodat je in no time de stad door bent. Het hotel is sober, wat geen enkel probleem is, want wie zit er nou in z'n mooie stad overdag op zijn hotelkamer? Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "Personnel très accueillant, bien situé"
L'hôtel est au 2e étage d'un bel immeuble sur la grande Avenue de la Liberté. L'accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont correctes, le prix est acceptable. Points faibles : les lits sont très fermes, les chambres sont mal insonorisées et le petit-déjeuner est plus que passable.
